I have State Farm for all of my insurance needs! We recently had a tree go through our roof. Chris actually called personally - FROM HIS VACATION- to check on us and make sure everything was OK and that we had all of our questions answered in a timely manner. We were amazed at how fast and professional our clIm was handled!!! We couldn't be more happy and grateful to everyone in the office who helped us in our time of need!

Chris Morrison State Farm consistently proves to offer the utmost in customer service and value to their customers. My family has been a part of the Chris Morrison State Farm family for several years. The staff always goes above and beyond to assist in pricing, claims, discounts and will take the time to explain when you have questions. Chris and the team are amazing! This is truly what I love about our small town. The location is very conveniently located on the main downtown thoroughfare. The homey feel is exemplified by the offices locale inside an older home. You are always greeted by the office dog who is extremely friendly. It could be the large bowl of candy that also keeps me stopping in regularly to ask questions and to pay my premiums. The team goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service and truly competitive rates. You cannot match their ability to make you feel as if they have known you your whole life. Chris responds quickly to phone calls and emails. He is very knowledgeable of the industry and almost always responds to any question immediately. While always professional, Chris feels like a friend who is concerned with providing what is best for you and has the best value for you.

I highly recommend this insurance agency!!!! We have home, auto, and our farm livestock insured through them. We always have joe helping us and he goes above and beyond! He not only takes as much as needed to get our coverage just right but he also educated us! We left there feeling confident that if ever there was an accident that we would be covered fully!!!! He explained everything on our policies and how they work! Again... choose this agency if your looking for a new agent!

I switched to this agency a few months back and they have been extremely helpful with all my needs! Any time I have a question, I always get a quick response! I also have lower rates but better coverage through this agency versus other agencies I ve checked! 10/10 recommend!
