Scheduled an inspection, great. We drove 45 minutes to have it looked at and failed. Okay, so can we schedule to fix it? Sure, next Monday! GREAT! We wait a week, only for our appointment to be cancelled and moved to Tuesday. Sure, fine. We show up Tuesday, 10:30am after driving 45 minutes. Wait around for 15-20 minutes before being told the guy we needed to fix the car CALLED IN and won't be here. AFTER we were told multiple times he would be there.Only rated them 2 stars because they recommended us to another shop in Kearney, who took us in within an hour. Had us done, looked at, fixed, paid and out the door WITHIN THIRTY MINUTES. And for waaaaay cheaper than whatever Rob's was going to charge, I'm sure.Long story short, I don't recommend you go here, unless you really like wasting your time.

Bought 4 new tires and was pleasantly surprised when they bought my old tires which saved me close to $80. Service included mount and balance and took less time than estimated (about an hour). The shop is clean and the customer service is efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this business.

Got my tires put on here, and they did not tighten the bolts. My car was shaky all the way home and my boyfriend tightened them. Tried to go back and Call for an inspection and brakes and they didn t even do my break because they were too busy

I called today getting tire prices and the lady I talked to kelie sorry if I spelt it wrong but she was very nice and sweet. She answered all my questions and was very fast about everything. Love the effort

Came from out of town after the Beyonc� concert. They were the only shop open bright and early. They got us in right away and all 3 tires under $100. I highly recommend

Very affordable and the service was very quick. I went in for my appointment at 6 and out 10 minutes later for tire changed. Highly recommended.

This place is over priced an definitely takes their sweet time i set a 10:00am appointment to get a patch and they took over a hour and scratched my rim that is less than 2 weeks old. The own rob is a POS an says he aint going to do anything about my rim so their for you will hear from my lawyer. When a person brings in a 2500$ rim an tire you would expect the shop to take care of your property not damage it.

A friend of mine just had his brake booster replaced by Rob's guaranteed and the job was only half done. Rob's guaranteed did not bleed the air out of the brake system. Rob's guaranteed also told him the booster he had them replace was bad and wanted to change him labor for removing the bad part and replace it again. But there was nothing wrong with the part only the labor. as soon as I bled the air out of the system the brakes were working properly. Sounds like to me they were scaming him. I would not recommend this business. I called to ask about a refund and was put on hold for 20 minutes and nobody ever answered the phone.Service: Brakes

Not sure if they are incompetent or a crook. Took vehicle in for new muffler. Brought it home and it smelled like rotten eggs in cab. Took it back the next day for them to fix. They called me and said it needed new catalytic converter. I told them i was going to get a second opinion. Took it to another shop and they said 2 bolts were loose from the original install and that was all it took to fix it. Furthermore, the other shop said that no codes came back that signified catalytic converter either. Don't take your vehicle to this place.Service: Exhaust

Ive only purchased tires here. Polite counter help. They're willing to answer any questions you have. Prices aren't to bad. Good place to get used tires as well. They can do ATV and lawnmower tires as well. I'd call and make an appointment. Sometimes they get pretty busy!

Amazing customer service,awesome experience, very attentive to detail and quality tires. I paid 75 dollars for a tire I usually pay 300 dollars for and it is great quality with an outstanding warranty!!! Will definitely be coming here from now on!!! Went in for a flat tire repair. They said they could not find the cause but still charged me for the repair. Tire still kept deflating overnight. Took it to a different shop where they found a puncture that was causing a slow leak. Felt like they did not take the time to properly diagnose this issue. Would not recommend.

They were great. Needed an inspection, scheduled the same day, rescheduled the same day, then rescheduled for first thing in the morning due to me being stuck at the tax assessor's in KC. They were quick and considerate.

I stopped coming here after the girls were extremely rude and acting as if they knew more about mechanics than the actual mechanic. If you disagree at all or leave a bad review they ban you from the shop. They refused to work on my truck after initially agreeing to then I had to call shoemakers to tow it to someone more respectful.

New tire had to be ordered so they put the spare on. Got it all fixed up and picked up from shop. Got groceries the next day to find my spare in the back. Can't even take the time to put it away.

Took my tire in and got it patched. They got my car in and out of the garage in about 30 minutes. That seems like a long time but this was at a busy time as well so considering everything else it was a quick process. Rob was extremely nice and I highly recommend them for any tire repairs or replacements. They also have extremely competitive pricing so if you re looking for a cheap, quick tire repair.Service: Tires

We have been using Rob's for our car care almost since he opened. My son owns a plumbing company and uses Rob's exclusively for his entire fleet. They are thorough, honest and good at what they do. Their prices are reasonable also. When I first moved to the Kansas City area in 2011, I lived in Excelsior Springs. So naturally this shop was my first choice. I remember when it was much smaller, and my first time in the shop they knew they had made a profit if the receipt touched the floor at the end of the day. I quickly moved to the Liberty and Kansas City area. But I continued to use Rob's Used Tires. They have always cared about their customers. I've since moved back home 2 hours away, but still come back to Kansas City often. Today I had a soon to be blow out, and was very nervous to drive back home.When I showed up at Rob's Used Tires I realized they have expanded tremendously, and not to mention their ratings with over 1000 reviews are nearly 5 stars. So yes they did expand. They were booked solid and couldn't get me in until 7am. I went down the road to get gas and contemplate my options. But the tire was so bad I went back and told them I was too nervous to drive home. They said they weren't going to let me go home like that, and took special care to fit me in right away. I don't believe I deserve to cut in line in front of anyone, but emergency situations do happen. We're safely on the way home as I write this and it's smooth and reassuring. I had a second flat tire in 2 days. My son loves this place. Said how cool Rob was how he helps the community by hiring kids out of school. So I went. It was really easy to get a tire they were quick. Friendly. I definitely am going to try them out with car repairs I need done.

I purchased 4 used tires from this company on 11/28/2022 for $300 which they mounted on the vehicle. This past week I've been having to add air to one of the tires, I brought it back to Rob's thinking it would be warranty but I was charged $43 for the repair. When I questioned the price I was told there's only a 30 day warranty and they had to repair a plug and two nails. I've not had the tire repaired so the plug was there when it was sold to me. I will not be using this company again or recommend them to anyone.Service: Tires
