We had a little mis communication on a job, but after that was resolved it went fine. I had a time restraint on my vehicle and Chris assured he'd finish the job I wanted done. They are a busy shop, but they will deliver just be patient. I've been doing my own repairs for 40 yrs so I'm picky who touches my vehicle's. I will return with more business I'm sure. Thanks Chris

I have been taking my cars here for over 20 years. Service has always been great and the cost of repairs is better than most. I pass a lot of garages between Liberty and Excelsoir Springs but I always end up here.

They helped me by making my car run a lot colder. They put freon in my car to make the air conditioner run colder. It was colder but it did cost a little much for me but everything anymore cost a lot. It cost me 167 dollars. Thankyou for fixing my air.

This place is beyond amazing! Fully checked my new car and found things that should have been fixed before it was sold to me. Made sure I got what I needed to know! They always check tires and fluids for free! Even if you don't need a patch!

Towed my sons motorcycle exactly 1 mile. Charged 250 dollars. Had 4 days on there lot. Additional 160 dollars they are theives and I hope know one does business with them

I will be taking my car here from now on!Costumer service was a 10!Thank you, Chris and Kevin for getting my car up and running smoothly again !Their Only downfall was that they didn t offer military discount!Overall this is a great place ! 5 stars

We've had a few emergency tire replacement needs and taken the car here everytime! They're friendly fast and helpful. It really helps that they have vending machines for when the kids are with us too!

I called the schedule to have my vehicle looked at for a safety issue. I was told, yes, and that there would be no problem with getting it in on a certain day. I had somebody take it up there for me that day. They were told that they couldn't be seen that day. When I called to find out why my car had been turned away. I was met with a flippant attitude. That they had been in business for over 35 years. Doing it the way they do it. I was also told that they don't make appointments. I was shocked at the level poor customer service and the lack of caring for a customer who was going to them with a problem.

Riteway saved me over $100 on tires and they helped me figure out what was wearing my tires down so quickly. If you need tires, you need to come to Riteway. They also have the BEST front-end man ATLEAST in the state of Missouri working with them. I dropped off my smoking truck thinking the head gasket was blown got a call that it was a simple fix of heater core connectors for $200!!!! So thankful!! They could ve take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge but they didn t! So thankful to Kevin and the guys!!!

Kevin and the guys at Rite Way were awesome! Order our wheels and tires had them mounted and balanced and ready to slap on our Rubicon. We went to eat breakfast, came back and it was ready to roll. Highly recommend!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I typically do not go out of my way to review a business unless it is exceptionally good or bad. I am happy to report that this business provides very efficient, moderately priced, and honest work. Absolutely the worst experience with them! I had a problem with my Kia Sportage gas pedal revving when i was on the break or when it was in park. I had it towed to Riteway. They took my car and had it for two weeks! One day I called up there looking for a answer on what was wrong with my ride and they told me they lost my keys They found later on but still very unorganized and unprofessional. I just got my car back today and they said i didn't have to pay them for how long they had my car. They told me that they cleaned out and unclogged everything that needed to be. Which i don't know what exactly cause i never received a list of what they fixed or receipt. Problem with my car is still occurring hence they didn t fix a damn thing. Had my car for two weeks, lost my keys, and didn t actually fix the problem. Very unsatisfied.

This is the best auto shop I ve ever worked with. I can t count the number of times I ve sat in the waiting room and heard them say, not as bad as you thought, all you need is this They understand the formula of providing quality and honest service to receive repeat business. What a complete relief to find honest and fun people to take care of our cars. Everyone there has been great. We had 2 emergencies and 1 oops in 2 days of moving and they were there to help quickly, honestly and just made what could have been major problems not so big. Very thankful to have found them!

AAA called 3 different tow truck companies to come get me off the side of the road, and rite way was the only one to actually show up. The driver was extremely respectful, helpful, and all around a good time.

When I find a reputable, honest and fair priced company that does great service I have to write about it! Just pick up my car and Chris did an amazing job with my oil change and inspection for a cross country trip I am taking. Took way to long to fix. Repair lasted couple weeks then failed from bolt missing cotter pin. Returned and thrown back together. Truck now at different chevy dealer. Hard to find good repair shop.

This is the shop I go to and trust. Everyone is super nice. I have taken many cars there over the years. As my 2 kiddos drove used vehicles. Always fair. Don't try to up sell you. I would recommend this place anyday all day.

Kevin and the cashier lady are AWESOME! I noticed my tire was going to blow so I actually went to another place first and they were rude to me and could not take 10 minutes to help me. I called Rite Way and a VERY nice lady answered and told me to hang tight and she will get service department. Kevin answered! He was so professional and helpful. He said they were really busy but he can fit me in. Thank goodness!!! I would of been stranded. It took all of 15 min to get me in and out. The cashier was sooo nice. I'm a customer for life. And....they are affordable!Service: Tires
