What a wonderful experience I had. The staff was very kind and accommodating especially with my 3 kiddos I had with me. They were very attentive and had things for the kids to do and watch while I car shopped and made the purchase. The vehicle I purchased perfect from the inside out. I came into the dealership with a budget and they made the deal happen. They took my trade in with Zero hassle and I was able to walk out of the dealership in about 2.5 hours with my brand new ride. I couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience. I would recommend them any day!

Overall as you can see from the ratings it does not appear to be a bad dealership. Those ratings were one of the reasons why we chose to deal with them. However, our experience does not come close. The sales associate was nice. But many questions were answered with I don't know.There was a problem with the driver side seat adjustments where it would blow the fuse. They were to fix that beforehand. Instead, all they did was replace the fuse and not find the problem. It continues to blow fuses, and they refuse to return my messages on this issue.The advertised the mileage of the vehicle as one set of mileage but in actuality there is nearly 5,000 more miles on the vehicle and what was advertised. When this was brought to their attention they refuse to budge on the price.One good thing I told them I would not purchase the vehicle with the bald tires that were on it so they did indeed put a new set of tires on. They said it would take one day. And ended up being three days before we could pick up the car. When they said it was ready we came to get it then we had to wait another hour and a half for the temp tag. Apparently, since we had already done the deal we were now less important than the people in the room where the temp tag would be printed up. They said they only have one printer and the entire facility that prints the temp tags and they did not want to disturb the finance agent who is working a deal with another couple. So we had to wait an hour and a half before they could print up the tag. They could have had all that paperwork done well in advance of our arriving since they had three days to get ready for our pickup.We bought because we wanted a local dealership and while many people have had positive experiences ours was not.There are many more things to discuss about this vehicle purchase but this should suffice so ones can be aware. We decided to wait a little more than a month before writing this review so it could be an unbiased honest review.

This was the easiest, least frustrating car deal that I have ever done! Everyone i worked with was amazing. Special shout out to Jenny, Robert, Andre and Lynn. I was able to negotiate the deal all by phone. When I arrived all paperwork was ready for me to sign, temp tags were ready, car was gassed up and detailed. There were no hidden items, no pressure to purchase extras. Everyone was so nice. I was in and out within an hour and that included a quick drive, signing the papers, and a very extensive tutorial of my new Jeep from Robert. I will be coming back! Highly recommend this dealership. Thank you.

If I could give more than five stars I for sure would! We had a flawless car buying experience here. No pressure and up front about everything. Robert is absolutely amazing at what he does! I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this Heartland Chrysler and I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to come here! (Ask for Robert!)

I must say, all the interactions I had with the employees from Heartland CDJR were nothing less than extraordinary! I had been searching for a specific vehicle, and I spotted it at Heartland - I called at 345p and had an appointment at 430p. I showed up fashionably late at 5p and Austin was understanding, and so professional to say the least.Austin allowed me to go through my phase of second-guessing myself for this "new to me" "more expensive" purchase. Austin suggested I take the Jeep for a spin - I couldn't resist. He was patient with me during our whole interaction time, including when I was silently talking myself out of this decision. I LOVED everything about the vehicle, the color, specs, etc. I informed Austin that this just might be an early midlife crisis situation, but I'm doing it. We had a good laugh about that. So, the process started.Brad in the Finance Department was just as excellent! Professional, answered all my questions, wasn't pushy, and most definitely explained in detail the warranty, gap coverage, etc (just about everything you'd expect when purchasing a new vehicle).Even after such a good experience, the only thing I'm giving a negative review about is that I didn't get "ducked" but it's okay; someone did duck the Jeep the following day. (I'm positive Austin & Brad will get a laugh outta that one). *Peep the mini duck in attached photos*Thank you, Austin & Brad, for making my experience memorable and being so kind. From the moment I contacted the dealership, they were courteous and very helpful. Jaqueline went above and beyond using all the resources she had available to help me find what I was looking for. I never felt pressured to buy any particular car, I felt like she wanted me to find a good car and deal. I recommend her and this dealership to anyone who needs an expert to help with purchasing a vehicle.

I just purchased a pre-owned SUV here and had a very positive experience. My sales person Chris was polite, knowledgeable and very low pressure. I was in and out in about 90 minutes and that included my 20 minute test drive and a trade in. I can't stand spending hours upon hours at car dealerships so the efficient transaction was greatly appreciated. They also gave me fair value for my trade in.

i just bought a 2015 audi q5 from them yesterday. Andre was our sales man and he was the best, the check engine light came on in my car and I brought it to them this morning and they made sure everything was okay. A very easy process for helping me get my first car, definitely the best place to go for looking for a car!

Highly Recommend! Working with Cody was fantastic! You can't do any better than the service and attention to detail that was provided.Overall buying a truck was an easy, pleasant, and fun experience - just like it should be.I'm an out-of-state buyer from CA. I found the truck I've been looking for at Heartland. Cody was fast to respond, gave me all the details about the vehicle, showed me everything I needed to see in pictures and over the phone. I recently purchased a truck from Heartland and the entire experience was amazing! I contacted them on Friday evening and by 2:00 the next day I was driving home in my new vehicle! I love the low pressure, small town feel! Trey Hubbard was awesome to work with and I would recommend this place to anyone!!! Great service, nice people and no pressure! What more could you ask for?

Our experience in dealing with Heartland was really great. My husband and I really appreciate that Trey wasn t a pushy salesman. When we arrived he has the car warmed up and ready for us. He simply showed us the car, explained all its features, and joined us on a test drive. When I expressed concerns about the rough ride of the car, we turned around so he could check and fill the tires with air. Trey was courteous, respectful, and honest. He helped us quickly close an extremely fair deal and then had the car cleaned well so we could drive it home that afternoon. The owner was easy to work with and reasonable and closing was quick and hassle free as well. Trey offered to drive the extra key and final paperwork to us an hour away, while also retrieving the final payment so we don t have to drive back to Excelsior Springs. What a thoughtful gesture!! We really enjoyed our experience with Heartland Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We would definitely do business with them again and will recommend them to anyone we know. We especially thank Trey for all his help, honesty, and for going above and beyond. He is the main reason our experience went so smoothly.

Overall was pretty good experience. My sales guy chuck great very friendly. I like there lifetime powertrain warranty included. They even delivered the vehicle. Only issues was I waited to long for paperwork financing officer and I ve never had a car not have a full tank of gas when I take delivery they delivered it with a 1/4 tank. Besides that great job.

This was the best and most timeless experience I have ever had buying a car! I will definitely buy through them again. The guy was so nice and helpful and even gave me and my dad a sweatshirt when we were leaving. This guy knew what he was doing and worked so well with us. He really took care of us. I wanna ask you to just stop and read this. If your in the market for a vehicle. (truck/Jeep) If your anywhere near Heartland in Excelsior springs. Then get to my friend!! Don't hesitate.His name is "Red" and when it comes to a salesman they don't come more professional or informative then this gentleman. I walked in and out of the dealership within 40 min and was driving exactly what I wanted. I was able to put down exactly what I was wanting to put down. I actually managed to walk out with a lower payment then I asked for and there was ZERO pressure or intimidation from management . " You know how it goes ".. Anyway, being an ex car salesman myself. Drop dodge off on Monday they said 24-48 hrs to diagnose. Called Friday they "just" got it in was told it would be ready on Monday afternoon. They didn't work on it Monday now looking at Tuesday afternoon to replace a injector that I told them that was bad lots of wasted time. Lack of communication. Online appointment is a joke. My first time using the service department and probably my last. The 24-48 hrs must have meant work week

Knowing what we wanted and getting all paperwork filled out online and completed. We went to dealership and did a quick test drive. Then signed in 2 spots and initialed in 1 spot. Had new keys in hand walked out. Salesman was putting on temp tag. Shook hands and away we went. Total time in dealership might have been 30 min. I had a small bottle of water and finished it while walking out. Prompt quality service. Thanks for making it so quick.

I didn't expect them to be able to finance me for anything. I already have one loan and my credit isn't the best. I've tried several times lately and nobody could do anything. Red is amazing sales man. Brad was the financer. They where able to get me financed for a 2023 Kia forte gt no issues and the whole process only took about an hour with my trade in. I will only buy cars from them from now on.

If you go to buy a car from here, ask for Austin!! He is seriously the best salesman I ve ever worked with anywhere. Usually when buying a car it s inevitable to feel uncomfortable at some point for whatever reason but I never felt that way with Austin. My husband and I vowed to only buy cars from him from now on because he was that amazing. He went above and beyond during and after the car buying process and has always made me feel like I can reach out to him even months later if I need something or have a question. Thank you Austin!! Simply a breeze working with Mark at Heartland, they gave me the best deal on my new purchase and trade in from the start, no haggling and very professional. This dealer is worth the extra drive out of Kansas City, the service was well beyond anything I ve received from other dealers in town. This is also the first time a salesman sat down and explained all the infotainment systems. I appreciated the time and effort to get me comfortable in my new Jeep. Will be coming here from now on for future purchases, no doubt.
