Had A little bit of a wait, which is to be expected. As soon as I made it to the counter, Chelsea did an amazing job, she renewed my vehicle and titled another one in no time. She was able to answer my questions and did so with a smile. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Clerk Chelsea and her supervisor went above and beyond! I had a personalized license plate that had been expired for 2 years (I had switched back to a regular plate). I wanted to renew the personalized one. They couldn t find it in the system, and had to make a call to Jefferson City to figure out how to get it done. It was at the end of the day, and I m sure they were just ready to go home. But their customer service was friendly and they worked really hard and got it done! Thank you for the smiles, kindness and professionalism! Very much appreciated.

Efficient. Friendly. Not in a hurry. She let me pull documents as needed and not as a bunch of papers. Made it easy for me. Offered me options on what to do and how to go about it in the most expedient manner. The clerk was Molly.

We live in Gladstone but, we come to the Excelsior Springs office for very friendly and polite service.Erica was my clerk. This young lady was very pleasant and helpful and smiled all the time.Thank you Erica!

Ashley was an amazing help. I came in with a folder of paperwork because the original owner signed the title in the wrong place. I did think to get an affidavit saying they intended no fraud though. Anyway, this is about Ashley, not me. I was stressed when I went in there because I just knew I didn't have the correct paperwork and I had gotten there 15 minutes before closing. I wouldn't have been able to make it back for a couple of weeks because of a hectic work schedule.Ashley was a breath of fresh air. Somebody coming in at the end of the day could have made anybody grumpy but Ashley was as pleasant as could be. She calmed me down, pulled the necessary paperwork out of my pile, and completed the registration. She was as nice as could be. I hope the others that work there are as nice and helpful as Ashley is.Thank you for hiring great employees!

I went to the Excelsior DMV twice today. In the morning Dawn took care of me and she was very pleasant extremely helpful.In the afternoon Chelsea took care of me she was also extremely cordial and knowledgeable.Both visits were 5 star visits. I can finally say I will look forward to going back to the Excelsior Springs DMV

I visited it Excelsior Springs dmv to renew truck tags on Friday 11/17/23. I thought I had all my docs and it would be a simple process. Unfortunately I forgot my proof of insurance and Becky advised I could find it on my phone. After several attempts of getting to the proper page Becky politely took my phone and scrolled though to find exactly what she needed to get help me out the door with the renewal.Becky was patient and tolerant of my mistake.Much appreciated her help.

I visited the DMV in Excelsior Springs, MO. Erica went above and beyond my expectations in assisting me with the multiple items I had. She was patient, knowledgeable and kind! She seemed to enjoy her job and was never bothered by all the transactions we did. This is why I drive past three other DMV locations and go here as Excelsior Springs has the most pleasant staff. GREAT JOB AGAIN!

Molly is incredibly nice. She is truly festive from her ear rings, to her entire outfit but more than that she positive fast and friendly. Truly best DMV experience my whole life as a a Veteran I have dealt with alot of Government Bureacracy that is not here. GOD BLESS Molly amd ES Team.
