Vehicle taken in twice over a period of 2.5 months. Required 4 techs to identify the issue which we had discussed and named upon drop off. Had the vehicle been repaired during the first drop off, it would have still been under warranty. We did not opt to use them for repairs after this incident. I will not use this dealership in the future for any repairs or purchases.

Updated from January 2024 visit. There is now a 2.5% fee to pay for any service with a credit card. That s on top of the generic shop supplies fee with most services. Unfortunately, we won t be back since we don t agree with the decision to pass a standard cost of doing business on to customers. This is just a way to inflate profits.Super fast service! My appointment was at 9 am and I was out there door by 9:30. Awesome job!Services: Tires, Oil change

Called on Monday about our.park assist fault showing up that something was wrong and was told to bring it in on Thursday morning. We get there and no one had put us down for an appointment.They wanted to know if we were leaving the Expedition and I had driven up from near Raytown Mo.and would have to wait on it. This is the second time I ve had it up there and either didn t have that part needed to fix something or not been put down on the schedule. If it wasn t for Michael Gardner I don t know what I would ve done

Went to get a oil change and inspection done and all they did was an inspection and tried to tell me that s all I scheduled. Then when I proved to them that I scheduled both they tried to say I didn t know what I was talking about and all they did was reschedule the oil change.

Love taking my car here! Had four recalls that needed taking care of and had them do an oil change / tire rotation (The Works package) and everyone there is great. I even had a question when I picked my car up and talked directly to the mechanic. Very reasonably priced and the process was pain free. I called the Chick Anderson Service department-my low tire pressure and change oil soon alarms were showing on in my dash and I was to be the chauffeur for OOT company coming in town. Justus got me scheduled right away and even arranged for a young female employee (Beth ?) to provide a ride to/from the nearby Community Center so I could get my swim in while the car was being serviced-a WIN-WIN situation! Everything was complete in about an hour and the best part was getting to use a coupon for the works service (really helps during the Holiday season!) I felt confident/safe driving my company around the next week. THANK YOU Justus and your service department!My change oil soon warning light kept coming on-I needed a 120,000 mile maintenance for my 2013 Ford Edge. I called for an appointment and was able to get scheduled in promptly with the help of Celinda and Justice. When I called back to cancel and RESCHEDULE (because of an unforeseen conflict), Celinda was very understanding and promptly gave me a different appointment day/time. I brought a new book to read but before I could really get into in, my car maintenance was done and Justice patiently explained what had been done and reported some medium grade wear on two tires. I was to reschedule a more timely transmission flush for later. I thought the price for this service was appropriate. I ll be taking a road trip soon and I feel so relieved to have the maintenance completed. Thank you Chuck Anderson Ford!I had been going to Chuck Anderson Ford almost once a month with low tire pressure alert. Justus, in the service department was always very gracious to have me stop in to have air added to my tires (this was always after a cold spell, so some tire air loss is expected) Finally, he encouraged me to make an appointment to have my tires checked further for a slow leak, which I did. At this visit, a slow leak around the intake valve was diagnosed on the front drivers side and promptly repaired. I was so appreciative to have this finally taken care of especially in this cold time of the year. Thank you Justice and your service department.My vehicle needed 115,000 mile maintenance and also new working key fobs. Dusty, service manager, ordered my key fobs and got me scheduled with in that week, so I would be good to go out of town safely the NEXT week. I knew going in the cost of the ordered product and the cost of the service. I was allowed to use two discount coupons which lowered the overall cost some. In addition, Dusty took the time to connect my new iPhone with my vehicle so I could drive safely AND respond to my iPhone hands-free. On my appointment day, I was greeted by several staff, Dusty and receptionist and my needs were met fully!I called on Monday to schedule a battery check and Justus helped work me in for the following Wednesday for 2:00 pm. I was praying my battery would last til then and get me there. Wednesday morning, I m able to start the car and was driving to my 10:00 am appointment, got a message that there was low tire pressure. (Rear driver side tire seems to lose air occasionally, so I thought no big deal) At noon, I m leaving my second appointment and happened to notice not a LOW tire, but an almost flat tire (rear passenger) I immediately tried to add air but was not having much response. I went to Chuck Anderson Ford at 1:00 pm (instead of my scheduled 2:00 pm time) with a dying battery and a flat tire.Justus greeted me and talked with Dustin and they both reassured me they would get BOTH issues taken care of. They go me right in and started to work. Grace came to inform me within 30 minutes, my tire was unfixable due to a sidewall defect and would need to be replaced as well as a battery with only 320 volts instead of 840 volts. She also offered to replace all four of my tires for a set price but was gracious when I told her it was not in my budget at this time. Grace also took the time to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes, to see if my extended warranty program covered batteriesService: Tires

This last service I had a few issues. First was they installed the wrong battery. They didn t even look at the factory battery they removed to confirm what they were installing. Next they didn t replace the plastic oil drain plug so now I have a small drip/leak going on. Last my new wheels now have multiple scratches from the tire rotation. You can tell the kid that did it did not care and the impact gun came off the lug nuts and chipped/scratched the wheels. When I went back to have the proper battery installed I was talked to like I didn t know what I was talking about. The tech should have confirmed what was being installed in the first place. After that I didn t even bring up my wheels because I knew they would have denied it anyway even though they have less than 5000 miles on them.

They fixed the problem within the time frame they gave me and checked the antifreeze for me before we left due to the expected cold temps

I've ignored this review request 3 times. I suppose it is important. I usually have great service at Chuck Anderson Ford. There have been a couple of challenges lately. Hopefully, it will be squared away by the time future visits are scheduled. I know this organization prides themselves on customer service.

Called in advance for a transmission recall on my ford escape very accommodating on dates. Arrived on time, was received promptly by the Service Advisor who sets in the first seat as you come in the door. Very Polite and amenable. Gave me a little history of the problem, and said I wouldn t be there that long. I have to honestly say 10 minutes wasn t long. Great service, Nice people. Took my 2020 F-150 in for The works package and what I thought would be warranty work. The electrical plug in on front dash wasn t working and the steering felt as though it pulled right. I had ask for the electric issue and steering be checked two previous times and it was never done. Due to the high turnover rate of service reps it hadn t been noted either.The work was completed this time as ask with a surprise charge of $100 to replace the fuse and no charge for tweaking the alignment.(As the service rep stated) The service rep said a relay had to be set as well as changing the fuse and it took about 30 minutes to get to the relay. No call to for warn me of charge until all the work was completed. I argued it was not a fair charge, so the rep suggested I could pay $169 for the alignment tweak and he wouldn t charge for the fuse replacement. Needless to say I paid for the $100 fuse replacement charge. Not sure what a warranty covers anymore, but definitely unhappy about this.The repair and works package were done with no problem in a quality manner as expected. But very unhappy about the surprise charge.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I've been doing business for over 30 years with Chuck Anderson Ford I know all three Anderson's two of them know me by name. I've bought from Lincolns to Explorer and so forth and I come in and have some work done on warranty and take a chip out of the Body ; me and Paul Palmer had agreed on a price. I was told I had an open ticket until the warranty work was done. Have to wait for the part next my wife is in hospice and I was with her when they called and wanted me to come pay the $100 for the body work I was livid. I thought we had some kind of agreement but to tell me I have to come in and pay that $100. I'm sorry it just hit me very hard, I thought we had Trust and a relationship in business. I guess I was wrong I sent my daughter to pay that $100 and I hope you enjoy it.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I called and they said they would run diagnostics and if nothing showed up then I wouldn't be charged. The dash light was not on when I took it in but they said the messages were still there which was a good thing. They we not able to find anything and said that they couldn't determine what was wrong because the light wasn't on. I paid 170.00 dollars when they should have told me immediately that they would not be able to find out the information since the light wasn't on. It was there all day on Monday and 1/2 day Tuesday. Nice people but not a business that is honest.

2 plus hours wait for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous and I was not the only person that was there that long. Watching the guy splash oil all over the underside of my truck and the floor and not cleaning it off the brakes and control arms is wrong. Watching him try to drive over the arms of the lift he just lowered it from is not right. And he did hit them because it got the attention of everyone in the shop. When saying something about it I was scolded for ask what braille Institute they hired him from. When I got my bronco home, I saw Oil leaking out from underneath it and had to go back to verify that things were tight and I was not leaking oil. At this time I got scolded again because of the comment I made earlier. I said I would apologize to anyone I might have upset. But I don t feel I was in the wrong for drawing attention to his several mistakes.Service: Tires

After finding out how much the transmission was going to cost, we bought new. Cody did great working with us through the whole thing. Kevin? In financing was great also. I will use these people again. I had a recall on my truck. Had a 8 o'clock appointment. They got me on did the programing and I was out the door in about an hour and a half. I made a appointment at another dealer for 9:15. They said it would take 6 hour which they didn't tell me up front. Had to leave my truck and pick it up in the evening. Won't go there again for anything.
