If you re ever in the market for a new vehicle Chuck Anderson Ford is the place to go! Hands down the best dealership I ve ever gone to. The hospitality here is unmatched, and everyone involved did an extraordinary job. My salesmen, Justin, made the purchasing process super easy even though I live 3 hours away. Came to look at an 08 corvette with only 45k miles and the car ran flawlessly just as advertised. Paperwork only took about 5 minutes as Justin had it ready by the time we got there. Purchased the car and drove it home 200 miles with no problems whatsoever. Will definitely be returning here when I m in the market for another vehicle!

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from Chuck Anderson Ford.When I got there the car I was going to look at was being purchased.My salesman, Myles Casey met me out front. Walked with me and showed me a couple of other options. I really liked one, but it was a little out of my price range.Myles worked with the manager on my behalf and got the price where it needed to be.I had some questions about a few things with the drive train. Paul Palmer , the service manager came in and answered all my questions. After that I was more than comfortable buying the car.The entire staff was polite and helpful, but Myles and Paul are Rockstars. I would definitely recommend going to see them if you're looking for a new vehicle.

Ricky was helpful with pictures and information about the car since we had an almost 3 hour drive to look at the car. Grant was the salesman and was very nice and had all paperwork done quickly. Unfortunately on the way home about 2 hours into the trip, the air conditioner quit working. I talked to Ricky and Grant both about the air conditioner and was told that there were no problems with it when it was there and basically they were not going to do anything about it. Now I have to have the AC repaired and Im afraid it's going to cost alot of $$$ to repair. I understand there was no warranty with a used car but we literally did not even make it home and already had an issue. I asked if we could possibly work something out or I would even bring it back but was told again the service department said everything was working correctly there and checked out before selling and that was it. Not a very good way to represent your dealership of you will not even work with a customer that didn't even get 3 hours away and the car had issues.

The entire team at Chuck Anderson are outstanding! Mike Burton was the salesman we had and enough cannot be said about how helpful and genuine he was. When the owner Mike Anderson takes the time to shake your hand and talk with you and not seem to be rushed off to next person you know you have found the right place.

Mike or Mark was super sweet. Ricky on the other hand. I will not ever go back to chuck anderson due to his behavior. I was gonna go through one place but Ricky called said come in let's see what kind of deal we can make. I said fine you guys are closer to me. So on a Saturday. He gave me a deal I was unsure of the down payment of 4100 but I wanted this truck so bad. So the following Monday I put down 1100 and signed papers mind you the truck was in Joplin and we had bad weather coming in. The next day Tuesday the other place max ford called also offered a deal with 1500 down cheaper payment with the first truck I wanted. So with in 24 hrs of signing papers and putting my money down. I texted Ricky said I needed to with draw from the loan after going back and forth with him for over a week and catching him in several lies he Finley canceled the loan he charged me trade driver fee I thought that was funny since he didn't even go get the truck till several days after I said I wanted to cancel the deal. He charged me to buy back the loan and a title fee. When I went to pick up my money he said I got 800 back out of 1100 got to the bank to open the envelope to see it was for 737.00 lie when I went through my contract he didn't even give me what he said I was gonna get for my trade. He told me ford credit said I had no choice but to buy that truck since I already signed. So I called them they said that's not true all they had to do is with draw the loan but they waited long enough for it to start coming out of my check. So I've had two truck payments come out for a truck I dont have. Max ford has been so good to me that the money I lost from a bad deal they took off of my down payment with them. So instead of 1500 I paid 1140.00.

Excellent experience! Best car buying experience I have ever had! I am from Asheville NC and there was a certain build I wanted for a 2023 Ranger Tremor. The local dealerships told me things like I needed to put down a $5000 deposit just to order one, also I could expect around a $15,000 dealer mark up. I was referred to Nick at Chuck Anderson Ford through some friends. From Day 1 to the day we took delivery this was simply an amazing transaction. We flew in to Kansas City and Nick even picked us up at the airport. This family owned business is the standard which all dealerships need to be measured. We were greeted with handshakes and hugs and treated like family from all their employees. I will gladly travel the 800 miles anytime I need a new Ford Vehicle. Thank you Nick and family for this experience, excellent service and treatment!

My husband and finally found the car we were looking for at Chuck Anderson Ford. Everyone at Chuck Anderson Ford was a pleasure to meet and made doing business so easy. The car we were interested in was clean and ready for us the minute we pulled up. Andre, Ricky and (I believe it was) Chuck himself were great people, and we really felt like we were buying our car from old friends. This small town dealership was the best dealership we have ever been to. They were friendly, fair, and really made us happy. Would recommend anyone to do business with them, even if you are coming from the Kansas side -- it's well worth the trip!

Every part of service center was very pleasant! Unfortunately I bought my ram from dodge however for about the last year they have been unable to assist their customers with service as I have continued to be told 4 plus weeks to just schedule an oil change! Thank you Ford for picking up the slack and getting my Ram serviced more than once for this same reason. 5 stars all the way around for Ford service center!

They sold my friend a recovered stolen vehicle with an incomplete carfax listing and a warranty that would never be honored, concealing all these facts at the sale. The van broke down twice within a week, and of course the warranty company would not cover the repairs. The dealership delayed being held responsible for this by making empty promises of replacing parts before basically telling my friend to take a hike. When called out on social media, they called and offered to buy the vehicle back "minus the repairs costs" for the catastrophic failures the van immediately demonstrated in the week after the sale - a slap in the face, not a real offer to take responsibility for their illegal acts.

I will not go back here for any division of sales or service. After painting my hood ,frt bumper and chin spoiler they attempted to tape off stripes I wanted painted on them. The last pic is their 3rd attempt at getting the lines straight and they actually thought they were good(yellow tape). I took the car home and taped them off myself. It took me 5 days to get them the way I wanted.(The blue tape pic) Took it back to get sprayed and the following pics is what they thought was a great job and didn't see what I was complaining about.The owner offered to by my car if I was not happy with the paint job. I have not seen him since. Needless to say, they removed the stripes and repainted it all just red again. That took them 2 tries and I still can see the stripes under the red paint on the spoiler.4 months ago, I took my 2016 F350 Platinum with 3500 miles on it down there to get a trade in price on it for the new purchase of a 2017 F350 , but they refused to give me a trade in price for my truck.Thoroughbred gave me a price that day and I recieved another from a Ford Dealer on the Overland Park side over the phone.Then last week I took my Fusion there to get a diagnostics check done on the check engine light. I had 5-6 codes in it and was told that the computer and all the wiring was fine for all the components but i had a bad purge valve in the fuel evap system that could cause all the other problems to appear. So we started with that. Paid their price and imagine that didn't fix the problem. So I was told for another diagnostic fee,($108) they could find out what was causing my problem. Then the shot me a $500 estimate to replace the MAP sensor and a wire loom (That the day before checked out fine) and for them to reprogram the cars computer. I am a Ford worker and know what my map sensor costs me at Midway Ford ($75.00), so I knew something wasn't right. I have been a mechanic in some fashion since 1981, I'm not stupid. I called Crossley ford and they quoted me $250 For the sensor installed, there computer didnt say anything about having to replace a wire loom when it's changed, and the computer does not need to be reprogrammed for a MAP sensor. I called Thoroughbred Ford and they told me the same exact thing but were about $230-$240 parts and labor. If you are look for an honest, capable Ford Dealer......LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

If you want terrible customer service and a car dealership who doesn't care about anything but getting paid this is the place for you. Sold me a car with exhaust issues and when I came back days later they did not offer to fix the problem. They told me the easiest solution for both of us was for me to pay for half of the cost of parts and labor. I just paid them $30,000 for a car. No thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. This place is no better than the trash dealerships that take your money and sell you a lemon.

Cannot say enough good things about Chuck Anderson Ford. Went in a few months back to order a new truck and from the beginning everyone was welcoming and very easy to work with. It was nice not having to deal with high pressure salesmen like you see in most other places and being treated like family the entire time made the process simple and painless.Thank you to everyone on the team!

Brought my 2018 Escape in Monday morning to have it serviced, thinking it was battery needing replaced. I left my cell number and stated that if I was at work and couldn't answer, to please leave a msg. On Tuesday I was expecting some kind of update about my car but never received a call. When I got into town around 2:30 I stopped in to see about my car and was told that it's done and ready to go. It was done just before close on Monday, so I should've had a msg Tuesday that my car was ready. My car is running great, but no communication shows a lack of care or concern for the customer.

Had a good experience with the sales team. They helped me acquire a vehicle on short notice.That said, the truck came with an empty tank of fuel and needed an oil change immediately.Good but not great.

I don't know why I ever went anywhere else for my vehicle needs! When I had my Explorer they actually fixed it's issues instead "band aiding" it. Now, I have a Ranger that most places won't touch for an oil change (the front wheel has to be taken off). They seriously make my life easier.

My mom needed an oil change while visiting from out of town. They got her car right in, did the work timely, and at a fair price. The entire appointment was smooth and easy. I appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of the technicians. Great place to take your car for an oil change!

Was asked to leave a review a couple of weeks ago..I did and it was DELETED, when I left this review it was a one star. Reason for that was my family bought a car from here. Two weeks after purchasing the car it was having major issues with when. We we called Chuck Anderson they stated there was nothing they can do. Would you like to speak the GM, we can have him call you. Which NEVER happened. I wasn t expecting them to pay for the car at this point but was expecting a phone call. Very disappointed in that. The car we bought was a Chrysler so we knew they couldn t fix it there. But there should be no reason a car we just purchased two weeks prior should be having over $1000 of problems..Very disappointed in Chuck Anderson Fords customer service. I guess we will see if this review gets deleted to.

The mustang I wanted to test drive was dead but the salesman helped me start it up! Four stars because I went from one salesman to another making me feel like one salesman didn't take me seriously.
