Best customer service I ve received in a while. Since my car was totaled, I didn t really talk to any mechanic.. but the front office ladies were amazing. So helpful and kind. I knew the moment I called that they would get my service. The person who answered was so informative and helped me understand the process, even with insurance. She never made me feel like I was a bother. I will definitely use them if ever needed in the future.

Took my 2019 to Bob s after a deer ran into my rear quarter panel. They were good about calling with updates and were very friendly. 2 weeks later when I picked up my car, I was immensely disappointed. The work was shotty, at best, just horrible (my rear door wasn t even on straight and my trunk leaked, which was a new problem). I called my insurance and they told me to take it back to them to fix.I did.This time Danny was on the verge of rude and I was told it would be 4-5 days. On day 7 (there were no updates or communication of any kind this time) I had to call and was told it would be another week. 2 1/2 weeks later my car was finished. It was much better this time ..EXCEPT that my trunk STILL leaks and upon replacing my rear window graphic, I discovered that they cracked my rear window in 3 places.I have contacted my insurance again and they want me to take it back. I m extremely hesitant .I would not recommend this place at this point. Very disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have had work done at Bob's Collision on several of our vehicles and have always been very happy with their work. Many years ago they fixed our Saturn after a hail storm. We were given a Lifetime Warranty. After many year of sitting out in the sun the paint was starting to peel. We took the car back and they repainted the whole car...not just the part that was peeling, and also found some parts that were missing along the windows. They totally went above and beyond to what was required of them. We will definitely be using them if we need any more repairs to our vehicles.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a terrible job fixing our car. Came highly recommended by the tow truck driver we used. We tried to take the car back because there was a loud noise and they said they couldn't hear it. Took it back again and they told us we would have to pay for them to look at a job they first did. We took our car to our dealership we purchased the car from and there was an aftermarket part put in our car that didn't even fit our car. It was hammered into place and that was the noise we kept hearing. Cost us over 1000 dollars to fix what they messed up! Do not use!!!The response of "You do not show doing any repairs for me in your system" is unfortunate. I have all the paperwork from your shop. It was through insurance and we have already reported this to the insurance company. No way did they agree to pay for a part that did not belong on our car!

Bob's repaired my car so well after my run-in with a deer that it looks brand new! They replaced the fender, hood, door, and tire, and it only took 5 days, drop-off to completion. Danny was very nice and helpful, and he left me a very detailed message with all of the repairs that were needed. He was super accommodating with dropping off and picking up too - so much so that he even offered to give me a ride back home, though I didn't need it. Plus, they are a preferred repair center with my insurance which made the whole process literally pain free. I wish I could give even more stars! Customer for life, should I need repair again!

I have had a terrible string of luck in the past year, from a tree falling on both of my vehicles, to someone rear ending my brand new vehicle, (hadn t even made one payment on it yet). Bobs collision has taken care of my cars both times and all I can say is they re the best! The customer service is outstanding, and the workman ship is absolutely top notch! The turn around time on repairs is really out of their hands since most parts have to be ordered from dealers and sometimes have to be found in junkyards if the part is no longer manufactured. This I totally understand. If you find yourself in need of collision repair, this is definitely the place to go!

Bob and Danny are great guys. They run a good shop and do high quality work. They are also on my insurance list of shops to go to. Over the years I've taken my vehicle's there and when I get them back you would never know they were damaged. I highly recommend this shop for repairs.

I traveled from East coast to West coast. And was a small accident happened, hit a squirrel on highway. It damaged the bumper and the bottom of the front of my car. They helped me quickly attached the bottom and checked if I can continue drive safely on highway. They did not even charge me on anything. many many thanks. Absolutely WONDERFUL shop! Why can't every business be like Bob's? Danny and Bob both are great to deal with. They know exactly what your car needs, the costs and time required to make it as good as new again. They deal with insurance companies and cut through the red tape for you. They truly go above and beyond! If I should need any sort of body work again ever, the work will be done at Bob's for sure.

This has been the 2nd time Bob s Collision Repair (Bob s) has helped us. The 1st time our Ford Flex was rear ended, Bob s made our Flex look like new and it runs straight; they did a fantastic job. Our 2nd visit was after our Flex was involved in another Fender Bender ; when Bob s got done our Flex looks like it s new. After both accidents Bob s did an outstanding job, no air leaks, no rattles, and the finish was/is outstanding .Thanks to all of you at Bob s, while we hope not to see yas for repairs lol, if we need repairs you ll be the first and only call we make!

I hit a deer tore up the whole right side of my 2019 Ram 2500 pickup took about 2 months to get it completely fixed what she thought covid couldn't hardly get parts but they did a fantastic job the truck looks like brand new I was very pleased

I wrecked a Brand NEW 2019 car. they've done amazing!, keeping me informed on what's going on, making it as fast as possible. My life flipped upside-down in many ways but they've been the easiest part.more than my family or Landlord lol.

Bbob's does the best body work. Have never been able to tell that they did any work on past vehicles.
