The Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Eureka, Mo. is my go-to oil change place because I always get in and out quickly, the price is reasonable and the attendants are always courteous and professional. My whole family uses this location as well. They are the best!!

Not only was everyone beyond friendly, helpful, and informative, they were also extremely quick and efficient. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes for an oil change.Special shoutout to the CSR I had, Jeremiah. I have a new Jeep and was not entirely sure the answers to his questions, however he guided me throughout it all.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was greeted right away and asked what services I needed. Jeremiah, Andrew and Sheldon were my techs. They were professional, friendly and explained all they were doing. A really great experience! Got me back on the road in a timely manner. Very good atmosphere, no big pressure to buy extra items or service, just a simple recommendation. Well done!Service: Oil change

Driving through from out of state and my low oil light came on. I instantly remembered that I'm long over due for an oil change. Not wanting to deal with a huge wait time, which would add even more time to our several hr long drive home, we opted to stop here. There was no wait time, pulled right into the stall, and got to stay in my truck. Friendly service, and they were quick, too!! Legitimately took them less than 10 minutes! I am very appreciative of the quick, convenient, and friendly service.

I got there with my 2015 charger specifically to get my oil change done by mr.Jeremiah s team. Fast professional and just some of the best people you ll meet. Really attentive and does quality over everything. Highly recommend anyone to go see Jeremiah and see for yourself. I pray this helps-colt

Just got a simple oil change. Staff was all friendly, especially the technician I had, Kat, was quick yet careful and made sure all systems were properly working. Didn t try to upsell anything and made sure my coupon went thru. Thanks Kat you re the best !

You guys earned ya a customer for life! I went by just to get some air and it was very busy. The gentlemen who helped me had glasses and tattoos on his arms, I didn t get his name but he was exceptional! He checked my pressure and filled w air and even helped me back out safely. I really hope you can thank him again for me and to know that I will get both my vehicles served here from now on. I will even spread the word. I m just in Aw on how well I was treated, thank you guys!

I'm from out of town and needed oil change services. Not only were the gentlemen friendly to me, each man was polite to each other. A well organized efficient operation. If I from here, it would be my go to place for service.

I always get great service by a bunch of great workers at this place. But it's the third time I've been here and they don't have the fuel filter for my RAM diesel. They need to get there supply chain issue fixed or I'll have to find a different place for my 6 trucks.

Very friendly team!! I got there when no one else was there, and I had an oil change and tire rotation completed in about 25 minutes. The crew really showed their teamwork, and it was great seeing how friendly they are to each other and customers. I will be back, along with other members in our home, and I d definitely recommend. Google asked if I used this business. I tried 4 times, and still nobody who could do an emissions test. On my 4th try, I called ahead and they told me someone was in today. Showed up within 15 minutes, and nobody was working that day for emissions testing.

Both times I have been to this location I have been very satisfied. I worry about being taken advantage of as a woman but both visits Jeremiah was friendly and never pressured me to do anything. I will definitely be back.

Awesome service the other day. Philip was extremely helpful and his customer service was on point. I recommend coming and getting him as your customer service tech. Told me the things I needed and don t need very honest. Whole team was fantastic, definitely coming back again.

BEWARE I used to like Valvoline, but they didn't put all my bolts back on my engine skid plate and it was flapping around and had to return to have them put them back on. Well now it's completely missing and they take no responsibility because they can't prove it...when it's in their system I go to Valvoline for my oil changes. (There's 17 bolts holding it on, if didn't fly off) BEWARE make sure they are putting your car back together properly!!!!

My son had an oil change Thursday evening. Friday his oil light came on, pulled over immediately and took a look under the car, and the plug was gone. 10 minutes and a large puddle of oil later he is out 130 dollars for a tow truck, much more in taxi cab money so he can get to work, and a possibly irreparable car. To say I'm angry is an understatement as this was the car his Uncle gave him just before he died. Will never return and will be calling Monday morning to voice my complaint.

Went for oil change. They could not remove skid plate to do oil change because their equipment was underpowered according to Doug. They proceeded to ruin the bolts and bent the skid plate in order to do the oil change. If I was told that they could not perform the service upfront, I would have gladly left and gone elsewhere. As it was, I left with a bent skid plate and ruined bolts for the skid plate. Manager, Gannon, was totally unreceptive to even replacing the bolts with new ones. I drove out with a damaged vehicle and no resolution for what they did to my car!!If your car has a skid plate that needs to be removed in order to do an oil change, take your car elsewhere. It's not worth taking the chance that damage will be done to you car. The only suggestion from Valvoline was to cut off the skid plate altogether--that it doesn't serve any purpose. WRONG! It protects your undercarriage from damage done by weather, rocks, or other road debris.Service: Oil change
