Very good group of guys, shop manager is very knowledgeable and explains stuff in detail to where you understand it. Would definitely recommend anybody using this exact group of guys over any other automotive place around

Tire choice has been under new management, store manager Mitch is awesome. They repaired my tire and had me in and out of there at my scheduled time I totally recommend them and for other services as well they can pretty much do anything.

The employees of the Tire Choice Eureka were extremely professional and efficient. They found 2 nails in my tire and agreed to rotate them as well. They sent us off with a coupon for a snow cone as well while we waited. The waiting room is kid friendly and the a/c is in perfect working order. Overall a 5 star experience.

I took my vehicle to Autotire for a inspection. Ryan failed my vehicle. I had them fix the problem so I could pass inspection. Then I had another issue, so I asked them to inspect it. Ryan said it was "this". I returned to have them fix that "issue". Nick, the manager, informed me it would take hours because no lifts were open. When they came back with a price quote for the issue (singular) I desired fixed, Nate the assistant manager, gave me a list of "other issues they discovered". The original "issue" wasn't even the problem, but it could be "this" or it could be "that". "Before "it" is fixed we would recommend having "this" done, and "it looks like you also have 'these' problems". "In total you are looking at thousands of dollars to have your vehicle fixed proper."

They were super friendly and fixed my flat tire as I was driving through town today. They also rotated my tires and seemed to do a great job. I'm thankful for their services last minute today.

We had just started the drive to the lake for our vacation when we noticed something was wrong with the tire on our trailer. We pulled over and called a couple of tire places close by. This was the nicest on and they got us back on the road fast. They saved our vacation! We highly recommend them.

I noticed I had a flat tire early on a Saturday morning & a long weekend of activities ahead of me. I called Tire Choice in Eureka MO & they told me to come on in & that they d fit me in ASAP. When I arrived a technician came out to my car to meet me, took a look & said they could take care of it right away! The technicians had me out of there in under 20mins! They were so kind, efficient & professional!

We we re road tripping through MO Memorial Day weekend and our tires were bouncing all over the road. Tire Choice was able to get us in quickly and fix the balance issue.On top of the quick service they were also super nice and friendly to our curious little boys.

Quick and friendly service! Top notch information to educate me on all my mechanical questions! They allowed me to ride along to test drive the vehicle before and after the courtesy inspection to make sure the problem was fixed! I highly recommend them to anyone with all full service vehicle needs! Will definitely be making this my new go to shop for all my vehicles needs!!

I have never been to this place before but I had a trailer tire in need of repair.I already had the tire off the trailer so it would be easier and quicker.The front desk technician was not very friendly and continued to be unfriendly until the repair was finished.They had just opened on a Saturday morning and no one else was waiting.Technician acted as if I was bothering him by coming in asking for a tire repair.The tire was fixed and I was happy about that, however I would prefer not to return for any other needs if this is the kind of service that is expected

I had came here about 2 years prior to get tires installed and my experience was not good. I was told that around that time, they were changing companies and crews. The team this time went above and beyond for me to get my alignment done. A huge shout out to Mitch and Alyssa. You guys were fantastic :). If management is reading this, whatever you re paying them isn t enough.

Mitch , the store manager is amazing and so helpful. Would recommend this location to anyone. I've had an AC hose installed and new brakes in the last two months and never felt like I was being overpriced on the parts or services!!!

The folks at the Tire Choice in Eureka were, to say the least, tremendous in both vehicle and customer service. Not only did I get an oil change (which was the lowest price I have EVER paid), but they also rotated my tires free of charge. The guy who checked me out informed me of some car facts that will DEFINITELY save me money in the future (regardless of what shop I use) AND took my military service into account when gauging the price. I am extremely grateful for how considerate everyone there was, especially because of the financial straits we all seem to be in these days.11/10 would recommend. Do yourself a favor and use these guys for a cheap, but high-quality, oil change AND a free tire rotation if you're feeling squirrely. These guys and gals rock.

Mitch and his crew made us feel like we were home even though we were 1,000 miles away when we got a flat tire near his store.His clean, welcoming store and helpful manner made a potentially stressful situation no big deal.

Popped in here last week after the wife had a flat on her way home from work. She made a couple calls while I was changing the tire. It was close to closing time and most shops didn't want to mess with it til morning. The fine folks here said they'd keep the light on for us. They ended up staying late and patching the tire that evening and even swapped the tire back on for us.

(THEY HAVE TESLA PUCKS!) I am an Uber Driver and I rent a Tesla through Hertz. I went to 4 different places that I was told by Hertz that could service the car (none of them could) before I found this place and they were AMAZING! Mitch, Alyssa, and Alyssa's brother are three of the kindest and friendliest people I have encountered in quite sometime, let alone when interacting with customer service of any kind. If you also drive a Tesla from Hertz, you can get your Tire services done here, and if you drive a Tesla in general, you can get tires here! They also cater to non electric vehicles, but if you've specifically been struggling with finding a spot to service your Tesla tire needs, THIS PLACE CAN DO IT! Thank you all so much!

Excellent customer service. Was able to get tires alignment and oil change in all the one day. They were even short on staff. The mechanic was very understanding of our concerns were for our upcoming trip.Appreciate the smooth ride

My wife and I were **hundreds** of miles from home and just starting the drive back when we ran into an unfortunate wheel issue. It was a Saturday around 2 PM and other tire businesses in Eureka were already closed. Not only were these people open, but they were exceptionally kind, and they spent about an hour of their time to do an inspection of the vehicle, fill up our fluids, and told us that we could stay to have it fixed, but we could probably make the long journey home without a problem (which is what we ended up doing) - all without charging us a dime.

This place is ran by children! They have no idea what they are doing! The place is dirty and gross. There is oil all over the place. The bathroom is terrible! They never have what you want or need in stock. Do not go to this establishment! They will rip you off. And mess your vehicle up!

This location seem very passionate about making your services as quick and painless as possible. They are very friendly and customer oriented. I came in for a flat tire and they showed me the tire, what was wrong and made recommendations on how to proceed. They then showed me the new tires and made sure I approved of them. Overall excellent experience hopefully will never have to come back for an emergency but this will be my first choice.

Heading to Florida, so we did the 32 point courtesy inspection for our SUV. The staff got us right in and out. They were very professional and honest. The inspection was free. We now have piece of mind as we head out for our vacation. I highly recommend the Tire choice Eureka location!

Great service. Had a rental car tire repair that was needed before traveling back to Memphis tomorrow. Called and got booked within 2 hours and was out within 20 mins. Friendly team and great value. Much appreciated!

I don't normally write reviews, however I just wanted to share the exceptional service I experienced with the new manager Matt and the technician Asa,as they both have went out of their way in making sure everything with my vehicle was taken care of. They both are costumer friendly and very knowledgeable in their jobs. I cannot thank them both enough!! I was in and out very quickly, as I received a new caliper and oil change. If you are looking for fast,friendly and,knowledge this is the perfect place!!! I hope they both get a chance to read this and know they are very appreciated!!! Thank you!! Debbie

I went here for an oil change a few days ago, and will be returning to get my car serviced in the future. They are very professional and are willing to work with you! The prices are very fair and they are very kind and reasonable people. I 1000% recommend this place!

Everyone there is so nice. I called because I had some nails in my tire they were quick and fixed what needed fixed they didn't try to sell me any extra stuff and let me know how long it would take will definitely be taking my vehicle in there for now on! They have an amazing team

We were on our way out of town when we had trouble with our boat trailer tire, we called a few places but Tire Choice was the only one who would take us with such short notice. They were so nice and did everything they could to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. It was an all around wonderful experience. We are so thankful for their help and would recommend them for any service u may need!
