I had a one of a kind issue on a "Frankenstein" project. They went above and beyond to get my issue figured out, and were extremely fair on pricing. Other more standard work they have done on our vehicles has all been top notch as well. Nothing but good things to say about the whole crew here!

I can t say enough how happy and grateful I ve been through the years with Angie and Matt to help me through and my daughter. couldn t have done it without them how they worked on our blazer, all their patients and kindness, and made it possible for me and my daughter to drive our blazer and get what we need. their work is so honest and so excellent, thank you so very much Casey.

Absolutely phenomenal repair shop! Exceptionally honest, trustworthy, and competitively priced. Our vehicles always receive prompt and top-notch service whenever we bring them in. Working with them is an absolute pleasure, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have such a fantastic service provider in close proximity to our residence. Without a doubt, even if we were to relocate, I would go out of my way to bring my vehicles to this outstanding establishment. Their service deserves an unequivocal A+++ rating!

My Experience with this company has been exceptional!!!!! When I brought my truck in for an issue they fixed it in a timely manner and also found other issues I was unaware of and called and wanted to know if I wanted to fix it while it was there!! Angie, Jen and Matt are very helpful and very personal and professional and treat their customers with respect and make sure that you are happy!! When working out of town it s always good to find a place like this!!!! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING AND MOST OF ALL THANKS FOR GETTING ME BACK ON THE ROAD!!

We were having brake trouble when stopping in town with our 86 VW Vanagon road trip. If anybody has had a Vanagon before, you know how each one can have its own unique personality. Well, despite this, Old Town Automotive helped us out a ton and got us back on the road that day. Very nice, professional.

Angie and Matt s team did a great job on getting my work truck fixed and back to me the day of our appointment!They fixed a power steering leak and have also done a motor swap for me in the past with a reman motor that turned out great and was affordable!They are easy to work with and have had the same consistent employees working on my company trucks over the past 2ish yrs, i definitely recommend OTA!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Over the years we've worked with many automotive shops... Some good, some terrible, some average. We found Old Town to be one of the best we have ever worked with. They know what they are doing. They are fair and reliable. I'm always a little hesitant to try a different shop, but I can't say enough good things about Old Town. I dropped my truck off over the weekend, and they (despite being busy) had it wrapped up Monday by 1 p.m. for 1/2 the cost I expected.Very, very impressed with their professional, kind service and excellent pricing. I can't say enough good things about this place. Its the only mechanic I've ever been to that didn't lie to me, over charge me, or try and sell me on stuff I don't need. If you want an honest mechanic who does outstanding work, I would highly recommend this place. You won't regret it. They're very easy to work with and care about their customers and do quality work. I couldn't be happier.

Great experience! My car was in one day and all fixed the next day even though they had to order parts. I don't know how they did it, but thanks Matt! No a/c in the St. Louis summertime is not a good thing. The experience was fast, fair, and friendly. They're the best!

I took my Chevy Cruze in as it was really running rough and shaking. Angie and Matt got me in very quickly and fixed my O2 sensor and PCV valve. They were very nice and professional and fair price. So far so good, I would recommend them!

Our family has been taking our cars to Old Town Auto for years, They are always honest and do not sell you something you don't need. The owners, Matt and Angie, are so nice and every time we call them they help us in every way possible to keep our older vehicles running on down the road.

I contacted them with an emergency on my wife's car. They said to bring it in and they would take a look at it. I explained I had to be at work 2 hours later. They put me up front, and fixed it in an hour. Not only that, but they charged me less then other's would. Instead of the industry standard of 1 hour, they only charged me .75. Outstanding customer service as well as friendly. I will be a customer for years to come

Have had them service my previous car and have had them inspect my current car. Now they are working on my son's car. They are very professional, down to earth, the work is done in a timely manner and done right. The prices are fair as well. Highly recommend them.

Only had 1 experience here but they were extremely helpful and nice in that experience. Water pump failed on the way to arkansas and then thermostat failed in eureka on the way back to chicago. So was stuck roughly 5 hours from home, worried im gonna get screwed on price and whatnot, but they were able to squeeze me in on monday and get it done fairly quickly for a very reasonable price. Extremely grateful this was a shop that would help me out of a sticky situation rather than overcharge me considering they could because i had nowhere else to go.

Great repair work at a fair price! Did more work at lower cost than one of the large shops in town. I hope I don't need their services for a while but I will definitely return. Nice people!!!

Awesome customer service! My transmission broke down in Missouri on my way to Texas and they went out of their way to assist me. I made to my destination thanks to them. Recommend this place to anyone who needs a car repaired.

I needed an oil change, so I came here, everything was fine til i needed another oil change. I took my car somewhere different, cuz I was in another city at the time, well, the mechanic couldn't even get my oil cap off! It ended up breaking because of how obnoxiously tight it was screwed on. So I called Old Towne Automotive to kindly ask for a new replacement on the cap that broke because of the unnecessary tightness they put on. The lady on the phone was full of excuses saying things like "they break all the time." - I'm sorry, no, my cap broke trying to pry it off because of your service! I asked for a new manufacturer cap cuz that's what broke. They refused.You admit your mistake and fix it, that's great business. Just be careful here is all I'm saying.

I have used Old Town for several issues for my 1968 Pontiac Firebird. I have also used him to repair my A/C on my 2005 Trailblazer. Very quick service, very happy with results!
