I've had several great experiences here. Most recently the clerk helped me save $30 by suggesting I restore my headlights instead of buying new bulbs. He recommended this brand based on personal experience. Worked like a charm.

I stopped in to pickup some more 3M headlight restorer. It worked well for my truck so using it on my other car, staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is the first time I have actually been to this O'Reilly's in several years. The guys working at the store were very friendly and had exactly what I needed and looking for. Though I live by several other automotive stores I'll make an effort to drive a few extra miles to get my parts from this O'Reilly's store.

Always friendly and very helpful. Bought an air filter and as bad luck would have it, the one they gave me didn't fit. Took it back in with the old one as well. Tried a different brand and it looked perfect. Fit the car just right.I rely on O'Reilly's and they've never let me down.

The worker who helped me was very helpful. He has been my favorite person to speak with because he is very knowledgeable about the store's layout. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer satisfaction is achieved. He really goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care as a customer.

Had both cars tested because the oil change place said battery was done. They were correct, O'Reilly checked, sold and installed two new batteries on our vehicles. Thank you for the great service.

The guys here are very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help you. The store is always well stocked and clean. I won't go anywhere else because they've always been so helpful to me. In fact, one of the staff members here saved me a ton of money on car repair. Honest, helpful, and hard-working folks. Only sell you what you need.

Wanted to post a shout-out to the O Riely Auto Parts store in Eureka. Stopped in with a bad battery in my dad s pickup truck today and their team member Chris helped me get the right battery and installed it while I waited. The truck is running great now. I can t thank Chris or recommend the O Riely Auto Parts store enough!!!

I kindly asked of I could get a diagnostic done for a check engine light. The guy says to me " well let me help this customer first then i will look for the plug but I AIN'T GONNA LOOK ALL NIGHT." I left of course. Well I went to Autozone right down the road. They helped me the second I walked in the door. I purchased a 200$ part as well as 150$ in cleaning supplies for stocking stuffers. I own 5 vehicles that I service myself. Ill buy for Autozone.

We bought brake pads. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The man that sold us the pads suggested that we borrow a special tool that is used to retract the piston in order to remove the pads. They loaned is the tool for free! We just had to pay a refundable deposit.

This O'reilly's location does not require employees or customers to wear masks. Let me re-phrase that, at this location employees do not wear masks nor do they enforce the county directive to do so. When employees were asked about mask wearing they replied that they do not enforce mask wearing despite the county directive and the sign stating on the door that masks are required prior to entrance. When asked, the employees said that it was too difficult to answer phones with a cloth mask on. I find that interesting considering surgeons have successfully been communicating to their surgical teams for decades with masks on, but is apparently impossible for a young man to speak loud enough to overcomer the barrier of a cloth/paper mask into a telephone microphone centimeters away from his face. I have seen people improperly wear masks at businesses, but until today, I have not seen a complete lack of masking wearing like I did at this location. Not a mask in sight. The employees have total disregard for public health, o'really's mask policy, and county directives. Now, let see what kind of automated response from O'reilly's I get stating that they do the best they can to protect customers and employees.... Unless this location comes out and says that will re-educated their employees and enforce masking wearing, buyer be warned.. they don't

My favorite auto parts house . Knowledgeable staff. Don't be afraid to ask for what you want. Sometimes the bargains are behind the counter....such as wiper blades.

Not as big as say Advanced Auto parts, or AutoZone, but they usually have what I'm looking for. The staff is always helpful, and their prices are pretty decent too.

The gentleman at O'Reilly's was veryaccommodating in explaining what I needed as well as selling me the part and installing it.
