Invested into a new cm flatbed for one of our trucks with some truck bed equipment. New strobe plow cab lights were installed by Nick. Did an amazing job with the wiring and install for the control box. Art, Meg and the team were excellent in every aspect to communication and installation. Midwest Motors is the all in 1 stop shop! We have been going to Midwest Motors since 2010 and have purchased a truck here back then when we were just starting out and had horrible credit. Owners Meg and Art helped us get into a used truck (07 Ford F-250 6.0 Diesel Super Duty) by staying late and working really hard to find us the best deal and are still grateful to this day. We have since then bought 2 new CM flatbeds (one for this same truck listed above and a 08 F-350 V-10) and they installed, with a great price and very fast turn around! Nick is the shop manager and he is very knowledgeable on every year, make, & model of all my trucks we have brought to him over the years. He has done all kinds of repairs on several of our trucks including removing 2 cabs on 2 of our trucks ('08 F-350 6.4 diesel super duty, & a '11 F-350 6.7 diesel). These were complete overhauls like new injectors, glow plugs, oil pumps, exhaust manifolds, stud heads, seals, power wash/clean engine, gaskets, ETC. Thank you Meg, Art, and Nick at Midwest Motors!!!

Recently bought a Jeep from them! Carol was amazing came out and greeted us right away, friendly answered any questions we had. Meg was so friendly and quick with paperwork. Nick went over the top with helping me when I had a problem arise while out of state. Stayed in touched and made sure I got the help that was needed. Would recommend to anyone buying a vehicle. Will for sure look at their inventory for future purchases.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a truck here! We needed a truck that had a brake controller for our camper, and one that we were looking at did not have it. One of the guys in the office made a call to see if it was wired for the trailer brakes, and they ended up ordering and installing the part for free. They seemed like great people, and we will definitely start our search here when we need cars in the future.

Huge selection of flatbeds, didn t try to pressure us into something that wasn t right for our application. We went with the intention of buying a used take off and ended up with 3 total. Great people great service!!!!

Update: Last go around of service working with Nick and his team went very well, as they went above and beyond to workout any previous kinks. On the previous comms issue, this was nothing major and was easily resolved by just a quick call. I strongly recommend Nick as a Diesel Mechanic Specialist, as I prefer for only him and his team to work on my truck. He always takes the time to answer any/all of my questions without rush, not to mention being very friendly and accommodating.

This was our fifth purchase from Midwest Motors. The fact that we keep coming back to do business with Art, Meg, and Nick speaks volumes. Our children have purchased two vehicles from Midwest Motors as well. We have always received excellent and courteous service during our purchases and servicing of our vehicles. We will see them again next time!

I recently made a purchase from Midwest Motors in Eureka, Missouri. My experience was nothing less than exceptional! My "sales person" , Nick, is actually the Service Manager, because all of the sales staff was busy with other customers. Nick was amazing and very attentive! Meg was my paperwork person and she was equally attentive and patient! My purchase was very easy! And I will be back for regular service and and needs that develop!

I had them install an aluminum flatbed on my 2022 Ram 2500. Looks amazing! I get compliments everywhere I go. Their staff knows what they are doing. They have a vast knowledge of the best way to customize each bed they do. I highly recommend this location for any service they do.

Art, Meg, and Nick and all the guys I ve talked with are all awesome people and always take good care of me when I come in. I ve purchased and had installed many things from them including; dump bed, inverter, onboard compressor, and airbags for my Ram 4500. I ve brought both my work trucks and personal car to them multiple times for many service items and tires and have always had a great experience! I brought both my work trucks to the dealer, for seemingly the same reason, as they both had service ABS system on the dash and I had an extended warrantee. The dealer told me that the warrantee did not cover the, around $2200 for each truck to replace everything that needed replaced. I took it to Midwest for a second opinion and Nick dug through both, repaired and they are back on the road for less than $500. My experiences have always been great and they always fit me in when I m stuck without a vehicle and need an emergency fix.

I came to purchase a new vehicle at Midwest Motors for the first time and had seen a Jeep Compass online that I loved. As soon as I arrived I was assisted by Meg who quickly got me behind the wheel to test drive the vehicle and it had more features than I even expected. My previous vehicle was a total loss thanks to a pesky deer and she was very helpful with attempting to obtain the documentation I needed, and very quick with the paperwork. All of the staff was very friendly. Great first experience! I will definitely be back to do business with them in the future!

My boyfriend has purchased several trucks from Midwest Motors. The latest truck being a 2019 GMC 3500. Also, recently purchased a bed for another truck. Their inventory and prices are hands down the best we have found in a 300 mile radius. The owners and staff go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We love the new truck. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with Meg and Art at Midwest Motors! They embody the spirit of the midwest and make you feel like family. You can tell by the way Meg looks at you that she is really listening and cares about what your needs are. Art is her friendly, easily-approachable other half who is just plain fun to be around! I had tried several other dealerships, test drove several other cars, was turned down for financing then given financing terms that were unclear by pushy, over-worked sales people who looked at me like a paycheck instead of a person. Meg made all of that go away. I got a beautiful,safe van, at a fair price, with an excellent interest rate. If you are in the market for a new vehicle do yourself a favor and go see Meg and Art at Midwest Motors. You won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend doing business with this dealer! I bought a short bed cm bed from here and my pickup looks better than ever! the week I was scheduled to get my bed installed we got bad weather which cause road closers, but the guys at the place was able to fit me in the following week also while staying on tract of that weeks work! No corners were cut, it was all professionally done RIGHT. Plus having the extra lights makes night time visibility so much nicer behind you! Hooking up to my trailer has never been easier

My husband researched for over three months on finding the right towing vehicle and visited many dealerships. We finally found Midwest Auto. As we drove several different trucks, Nick (Service Mgr) rode along explaining all the goods and bad of each vehicle. We bought a Ram 2500 and are very happy with the purchase! We felt they were very workable and knowledgeable. Caryl made the sales process so easy and stress less. It was a great experience and we now have a new truck and new mechanic for future service!

Got an emergency repair on a cross- country trip when my windshield wipers quit working. Nick started on it right away, had the part delivered and got me back on the road in about one hour... All at a very modest cost.Kind of a miracle that my windshield wipers quit working just before their exit on I-44.Thank you Nick. Sorry it took me so long to post- was not sure I found your business.

I had the best experience at Midwest Motors! This is by far the easiest dealership that I have ever worked with, Matt is the best, he goes above and beyond for his customers and made the process pleasant and stress free and he worked hard to get me what I needed!!! He found me the exact Jeep I wanted at a fair price with excellent customer service! I highly recommend this dealership, this place is great, the whole crew there is amazing, and I am so happy with my Jeep purchase!!! I will say it again, I highly recommend them, and we will definitely go back again!!

Simply put. A joke of a dealership. I was in the market for a specific car. Searched 500 miles radius around my home for it. Found that this dealership had one and seemed like a fair deal. I call and talk with Art. He passes me off to Meg. I asked for more recent photos and she sent them. I asked for a FaceTime walk-around the car and she did that. I asked SPECIFIC questions and she answered them all. She knew i was coming from 370 miles away and she knowingly lied about everything with the car. I went to see it. After immediately seeing it i told her i wasn t interested. That it was in EXTREMELY bad condition. She said, it is 10yrs old & it s a driver . Her response to every blemish i pointed out was, that can be buffed out . She insisted i take it for a drive so i did. The car couldn t go over 50mph. It did nothing but shake & sputter during the whole drive. The oil pressure fault light came on twice while i was driving it and the pressure went to zero. The dash was coming off. Power window switch broken. The car was absolute junk and she had it priced like it was mint. And again, she knew I was coming from 6hrs away and didn t care to be honest. These people are a joke and their dealership looks like a junkyard. CUSTOMERSBEWARE.

I was on my way to another dealership for a truck and just stopped by to take a look around when it happened. I got my first truck from Midwest Motors and it was an amazing experience. The staff is extremely friendly,helpful and I'm looking forward to taking my son there for his first truck.
