Very unprofessional staff. Bought a Z3X a couple of years ago from here. Brought it here for service twice what a joke. Can t answer any questions, one s attempted are filled with contempt. Was told 1 week for service, ended up being two. No call to keep me informed, just come get it. Asked about different tires, both guys seemed annoyed. Whatcha got on is all that s made, is there anything else!? Stay away! This place is a joke

I have been renting equipment from them for a few years and I have never had a problem whatsoever. The guys loading the equipment always take their time to explain everything. I have also been servicing my mower, weed eaters blowers there with them and same story, if I have a question the mechanics are always willing to take their time and answer them. I never second guess going there.

Many thanks to Sam and Tim for helping me get sorted out with my skid steer and stump grinder rental for my sister's property clean-up project. The equipment worked great. And those are both fine, respectful young men who represent the company well. I will definitely be back in the future as I have need. Thank you again, guys!

Perfect place to find Stihl products! I purchased a pole saw for my husband. Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me pic the perfect one. Made sure I knew about the saw, helped me load it, and checked in to make sure everything went great. I highly recommend Eureka Rental!

No follow through on warranty claims. We had HOURS into fixing 2- 1 Day old salt spreaders. We buy new because we need equipment to work They were not gone through by the dealer, before we bought them. Missing and un tightened screws. Missing sheer pins. We had money in parts. We bought these salt spreaders in February. Our warranty claim was in February. Its now the middle of may and the only solution was $125 or if we bought 70k worth of more product from them, they would discount it $500.

This place is great. I m upset about is that I have not found this place sooner. I have multiple small engines that I am always battling in this place repairs them and save me the headache. The gentleman working upfront are fantastic and greet you as soon as you walk in.

Have used Eureka Rental for over 10 years for all my personal and business Rentals and Lawn Equipment purchases and Maintenance Repairs. Being Family Owned is what is most notable in all their Employees. They are Up Front and Honest about all their Services and stand behind every Sale, Rental and Repair.

This place is an absolute disgrace because they took full advantage of a woman that was renting that had no knowledge about renting a machine or how the process works or whats expected ! First off the daily rate was high , then after they came an picked up their machine the doubled the price and here's there reason why it was almost $1500 for a one day rental1. They charged $150 because the machine was returned dirty, but yet the machine was dropped off dirty to the point I mentioned it to another employee that the machine had dried mud clods the size of volleyballs still in the drive gear2. They charged for the extra 5 hours put on the machine despite the fact that 4/of those hours were spent trying to get the machine unstick due to it having completely bald tracks like 0 tread slicks and we even called first thing sat morning and asked wjat could be done and were told they would not charge us for the extra hours that we were stuck but they most certainly did , then when finalizing yhe cc sale they say well mame you didnt fill the machine up with diesel but dont worry we will fill it and just charge you our price for the diesel ,insinuating there price was a better deal when actually their price was double what she could have gotten it for at the station down the road . completely disturbed how they treated someone and ripped someone off jjsy because she was ignorant to the process , I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVEN RENT A SHOVEL FROM THIS PLACE ! HORRIBLE ALL AROUND HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE MACHINE , HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ,ONLY REASON I GIVE THEM 1 STAR IS THEIR DELIVERY FEE WAS FAIR BUT THAT MEANS NOTHING IN LIGHT OF EVERYTHING ELSE

Great service and very responsive. Tim will come out and deliver parts and pickup our machines if we have any repair or service that needs to be done. They say dealer support is everything and Eureka Rental delivers on service!

Update: after posting this review, I was contacted by Daniel at eureka rental. We discussed options and Daniel is having the work completely redone. He also offered ideas to improve on my original plan.This is a great example of very good business practice. My thanks to Daniel & staff at eureka rental!Well done!******************************************************************************These folks offered to fabricate a gate for my flat bed trailer. I was first told about 200 to $400 .Price estimate was later raised to $600. I have been a customer of theirs for many years. It was completed in about one week as estimated. But it was a different design than I thought we had discussed.It s very heavy, and will require some type of lift assist.

First time going to Eureka Rental was for a Commercial Lawn Mower rental, as one of ours broke in the middle of a busy week. Equipment was in great condition, rental price was great, and ease of rental and customer service was great. Have been back several times for other rentals, new equipment purchased, and used equipment purchases. Definitely recommend Eureka Rental for all your equipment & supply needs!

They have a great selection of tools and equipment. They acknowledge you right when you walk in even when they are swamped; and tell you they ll help as soon as they can. We buy and rent there frequently. We had a miscommunication on when a rental return was due. We were going to be charged an extra day despite what we were told. The owner immediately stepped in and said No problem, we ll honor that. They didn t have to but they helped us out. He could have said It s a he said she said but that s our policy. Good on them. Go see them and support a great Eureka business.

I have rented several pieces of equipment (gas auger, aerator, lift..) from ER. Recently rented a trailer. I didn't have the correct size ball on my hitch, they grabbed the correct size and hooked the trailer up for me and I was off. It is great to have ER so handy for projects .

I use Eureka Rental from time to time for general repairs for my equipment for my lawn business, I've spent what, to me, amounts to a large amount of money there. Sometimes I wince at the repair bills, but it's really just part of the upkeep of equipment and I think a lot of people seem to not understand that this is a business that needs to make a profit. When I drop equipment off, it's serviced at a price that is fair and when it's fixed, it's always my experience that it has been fixed correctly. Another reason I tend to support this business is the customer service provided by the owner, Scott. Scott always does a good job telling it how it is... some people wont like that, but straightforwardness is important to me in business(even when it isn't something I want to hear) He will recommend equipment that is of better caliber, not because it is more expensive, but because it is worth the extra expense.A couple of years ago when I was only using one walk behind mower in my business, it was in need of a new motor and several other repairs that I couldn't justify. The mower was on it's way out and I didn't have the money for a new walk behind and I honestly didn't have the credit to finance one. I couldn't afford repairs because I had just been royally screwed over by another mechanic. Scott personally financed a used walk behind that he had at the shop, he gave me a great deal on what has been a very reliable machine, and he did so simply based on my word that I would repay the value of the mower.I might not be in business today without that mower and because of that generosity, I take all of my mowers there for repair and also plan to buy equipment from eureka rental in the future.The only thing I would change about Eureka rental would be the turn around on equipment repairs, which sometimes can't be helped when parts that are on order take time to get there.Thanks to Scott and his crew for keeping my wheels turning and blades spinning.

I have purchased a leaf blower and Stihl multipurpose machine it is a tiller, weed water and dethatcher. Absolutely love my machines. The staff at ER was easy to work with and showed me how to operate and maintain my equipment. I would highly recommend.

Been Renting from these Guys for the past two years off and on bought parts for my equipment and so forth I was always treated fair until i reserved a trailer over the phone had my brother pick it up and drop it off with out my knowledge charged my card $210.00 DOLLARS for said damage's that i never saw ABOSTLY TRASH didn't even call to say hey we are charging stealing then i confronted them about it and said he would return my money then lied to about never retruned the money they stole from us

Today was my first rental from Eureka Rental (a concrete buggy and trailer). This is not to negate or question anyone else's bad experience, but my entire experience was extremely positive. The whole staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The equipment was in top-notch shape.When I returned the equipment, I was greeted by the owner (Scott) who was working hard on their building expansion. He didn't HAVE to stop what he was doing, but he did. He stopped the backhoe he was running and genuinely wanted to know if my rental was helpful. That's customer service.Everyone has bad days. Equipment breaks. It's easy to get frustrated and vent. But, kudos to the Eureka Rental team... I look forward to renting from them again.

Love these guys. We have an extremely old lawn mower. Probably from around 2001. They got it up an running again. Hoping to get another summer out of it before we get new mower. Great job guys! Special thanks to Timmy Peters.

My experience with Eureka Rental has been great. They got my chainsaw working again at a fair price. I am pretty handy but have not used a lot of tools in my life. The guys there take the time to explain how to operate their tools safely and what I really like is that if you tell them what you are trying to do they take the time to understand it a recommend the right tools for the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had a good experience with eureka rental for several years. Sam has been especially helpful. I have rented chippers and aerator and have purchased chainsaws, blower and power pruner. Glad to have it in eureka

I rented a MT100 on a Friday and after about two hours, it blew a hydraulic line. I called them up and they were there to service it in about 30 minutes. They couldn t fix it that day so they brought me a full size bobcat in about an hour and said to keep it until Monday with no extra charge. Sam and Dillion were excellent to deal with and they went well above and beyond to take care of the situation.

I run a local lawn care and landscape company. I rent equipment from eureka rental often and buy a lot of my parts from them. Rentals are in good working order. All normal parts are usually in stock when needed which is great. I have bought a new Ferris mower from them and they will try to work with you when applicable. I have had good experience working with them.

We have been working with Tim and the crew over at Eureka Rental for almost 2 years now. These guys are great, always go the extra mile for us. I ve purchased 4 - 61 Ferris commercial mowers in the last year and a half. Great products.

I rented a mini excavator. It was delivered as promised, was in great condition, and fairly easy to use. They were super clear about hours per day, charges and cleaning it prior to returning. Typical expectations. I had it delivered and picked up since I did not have a way to haul it myself. I've never had an easier experience renting equipment before and plan to rent more from them in the future for my projects.

I have been a customer of Eureka rental since 2005. However, they are under different service managers from the past. Training their staff on how to use the equipment and subsequently how the service people train you how to use their equipment is faulty. I rented equipment. They started it even though it took them about 10 minutes. You then sign the required contract to say you were trained and then you get equipment. I get equipment. Itt starts right up. Then dies. Doesn t start anymore. Spend two hours messing with it. My wife takes it back while I do other stuff. Brings it home saying they started it but they gave her no instructions on what they did. I try to start. Would not start. I called them back and they walked through starting it again. They told me on the phone of a secondary step which the original service tech did not mention since he had a hard time starting also. Got it started but End result I got about 3-4 hours actual use of full day rental. They did not offer a credit of any sort. They said we got it started when you brought it back but they did not admit or bring the tech in to see how and what instructions he provided. They imply it is all the customers fault. I won t be back. I would suggest refusing that you got trained Until the service tech requires the customer to repeat instructions they were taught at time of training. Isn t that what normal? Other rental companies. here I come.
