Amy was AMAZING! Took my Lexus in to get a new drivers front door, rear door fixed, back bumper and wheel repair. My car is a pearl coat so blending is tough, but they knocked it out the park! Can t even tell where they painted it at! Seriously great communication! Will recommend them to everyone I know! They deserve more than 5 stars!

We used Eureka Auto Collision to repair our son's door panel on his 2008 Ford Escape after it was run into in a parking lot across town. We spoke to Cam; he bid and scheduled the work. We dropped our car off and a week later it was finished and looking good. Everything was billed through the insurance which made things easy on us. Thanks to everyone who worked on our sons vehicle.

I don't write reviews but I had to for these guys. My girlfriend Dominique takes her car here and they have ALWAYS treated her fairly. It's alot harder than it should be to find mechanics that not only do a fantastic job but are HONEST. She's had some bad experiences as I'm sure alot of ladies have being taken advantage of because she's a girl and not a "car guy" but your girlfriend, wife or daughter WON'T have that experience here. You can trust Bill, Dell and everyone at Eureka Auto with not only your own vehicles but your loved ones as well!

I am a customer of Eureka Auto Collision Center for more than 10 years, all the repairs I had were of excellent quality. The communication with it's employees are straight forward, they are helpful! I never need to worry about unnecessary repairs, it is a very honest and fair business to deal with.

I had a shattered sunroof and was short on money. Eureka Collision Center was one of very few places that does work on sunroofs, and it was a reasonable price. They not only replaced the glass in less than a day, they did a full detail on my very messy minivan including around the kids' car seats. Our sun roof is like new, we didn't see a speck of leftover broken glass anywhere, and we are very happy. The customer service was spot on and friendly!

Had damage to the front of our RV. They did a superb job of fixing the damage to the fiberglass cap. After they did the work you couldn't even tell it had been damaged- not an easy thing to do with fiberglass !! Very reasonably priced and they did the work in short order. My first time using them for an accident on my vehicle, and the service was outstanding! My car looked brand new again and you couldn't even tell anything ever happened! Paint matched exactly, I also had an issue after they were done with my vehicle, it wasn't their vault, but Rick took care of me anyway! It was so nice of him!! And when I picked my car up again they washed and vacuumed it!! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!!!

These guys are have been a godsend - honest and thorough. They treat my wife with respect and I've never been over-sold on useless repairs. Had to get my car repaired twice in a span of a month and a half due to two separate accidents where I was rear-ended. The employees made the experience easy and painless and I was welcomed and recognized each time I walked in the door. Not to mention they did a great job on my car both times! Highly recommend.

Amazing work. Had an insurance job they were great to get along with very good at communicating along the way will use them for all future jobs. Amazing work family oriented and handled everything in a quick and ordery fashion.

If your read the other reviews they will back up this one. Been using the body shop for misc. Car needs for over 3 years. Never an issue always upfront and always reasonably priced. Very friendly service and accommodating. A bit pricey, but things are done right. Only place I can find in the area to work on my sunroof. When my sunroof shattered, they fixed it and vacuumed my whole van even areas where there was no glass (all the way to the trunk). Not the easiest to get in and out of, one driveway on a busy outer road. Overall, I would reccomend.

I don't even know where to begin with how PHENOMENAL this service and experience was from start to finish.I had originally blown a tire and went to buy a new one from a different location. Turns out I had a broken stud that that location could not fix nor could they put the new tire on.I went here and they were so accommodating it blew my mind. They were kind enough to take my car even though they were very busy. I expected it to be HOURS if even the same day. They called me in right over 2 hours to let me know it was done.And the most INCREDIBLE part - it was such a reasonable cost I almost had a stroke. Everywhere that I had called was close to the $200 range. They kindly and Compassionately fixed my car for less than A THIRD of what everyone else was offering.I seriously do not care where I ever live in STL - they will 100% be my go to for every single thing car related and I will send everyone I know here.Just choose this place for your needs. I promise you will in no way be dissapointed. I wish I could give a billion stars. They deserve it.

I have been to Eureka Auto Collision Center twice in the past couple months for body work on my cars. They are very quick, professional, and courteous. My cars were back to like new in great time! They are very helpful and I know I will be using them again and recommending them to everyone!

These guys are awesome! This is the only place we take our vehicles now. There mechanics are great, their customer service is excellent and the prices are incomparable. I picked up my sons tires and needed one to be put on a new rim. He said it was bent and couldnt do it. But when I got back home and was removing tires realized he had done it and not charged me. Thank you Sir. God bless you all

Took a week longer than what was quoted, terrible communication, worked from an estimate and did not complete everything on the estimate but still charged for it. Double charged for two things. When it was all done there was dirt in the paint, number and fender are misaligned a chip in the bumper that had to be touched up. I think that's it.

Would not recommend this place. I took my car in for repairs for a noise coming from the engine. The next morning I got in my car and started it and guess what, the noise was still there. When I called to speak to someone about it, they said the part they replaced needed to be replaced any way and they said it sounded like a transmission problem and would have to call their transmission guy in to diagnose the problem. I asked them if there would be a charge for this since they didn't fix what I brought it in for and they said yes. They didn't even offer to reimburse anything or offer a free oil change on the next visit or anything. My opinion is they take advantage of people that they assume don't know anything about car repairs. Oh and it is not related to the transmission at all, so a lot they know. I will not be going back there.

I have known RIck and Dave for 12 years now after moving from CA. With my bad luck I have had to deal with them on all 3 of my cars several times due to fender benders and collisions. They are absolutely the best at what they do and you could not find anyone that is more honest and proud of what they do! My latest experience last week was on a dead engine on my 2011 Hyundai. Dave graciously did the research and recommended a solution that got my problem fixed under warranty! That is a Honest Business! Thank you guys! Customer forever!

I have taken several of my cars to Eureka Auto Collision after numerous issues with Schaefer. They not only fixed Schaefer's mistakes but provided a high quality of service.I just wrecked my car and took it to them for an estimate/repair. They provided me with a quote however when I dropped it off they found additional repairs were needed. They provided me with pictures to validate the expenses. In addition, they honored their quote for all other items even though some prices were actually greater than quoted. Knowing I was trying to pay out of pocket rather than filing a claim, they gave me several options for my repair (ie patching the bumper vs repairing). Originally we were going to try to repair the bumper but it turned out it would be cheaper to replace and they advised me of that.Upon picking up my vehicle had been cleaner, without charge, and repaired like new. I HIGHLY recommend Eureka Auto Collision. We have even started using them for regular routine services because we trust them.

AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!!1. Their estimate for body work $1500.00. Insurance cut me a check for $1900.00 -- suddenly I had $400.00 worth of unexplained rust.2. Clanking noise in my undercarriage - they replaced my axle for $285.00 which didn't help the noise. Another shop replaced the oversize brake pads that this shop put on for 200.00 in January. No noise now.3. I'm out 400.00 for no rust problem, 285.00 for an axle I didn't need, 200.00 for oversize brake pads & 213.00 for replacement brake pads.3. I've written letters to try to appeal to the owners sense of decency but have not heard back from him at all.

What more can I say about Ric and Dave? These two guys are awesome. I have known them for the past 10 years and they have helped my family and me countless times with our cars at a drop of a dime. Can't give enough credit and praise for them!!

I had my car "fixed" by these guys, but it stopped holding a charge and needed to be jump started the very next day. When I went back, they talked to me like I was an idiot, just because I was a woman, and told me to go to the manufacturer. If you mess up someone else's stuff, you should fix it but, obviously that's not their philosophy. I will not be returning. Terrible service.

Courteous service and great mechanics you can trust. The owner Rick, is a pleasure to deal with. This business is a credit to the city of Eureka.
