Very professional, clean, and great customer service! We were traveling through and had a breakdown. Had our car towed there and Matt at the counter was very professional and understanding of our situation! We had to leave our car there. We obtained a rental car and proceeded on the rest of our trip and picked the car back up on our way through! They got our car fixed and we had a great trip back home! If you are in the St. Louis area and need a nechanic, I highly recommend them. Joe is the Manager and he has a great team! Thanks for taking care of us!

I've been here about 3 or 4 times for inspections. They (usually Matt but everyone else is good as well) always do a great job making the appt, checking in and out and performing the inspection. They're always done very quickly even for drop off appts. Their knowledge even saved me from booking an unnecessary inspection. I was very appreciative of that. I will bring all my personal and company business here!

Matt joe and Tommy are amazing human beings. They really take customer service to a new level. Went in for an oil change and these guy realized my tires were dry rotted and then were able to beat online prices! Can t say enough about the crew there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These gentlemen were the most helpful. I called them to see if they could fit me in within an hour of closing for tire hole repair.... They were willing and ready to do the job and stayed over for a bit to finish the task.... plus an extra hole they found on another tire. Very very very helpful and kind staff members.

Last month, a car that I was looking to purchase was taken into Dobbs for replacing a part that alleged caused an oil leak. I called Dobbs and ask them to do a thorough inspection to make sure there's nothing else concerning or alarming before I purchased it.They're replaced the part that was leaking and called me personally letting me know it has a clean bill of health and don't see any other oil leaks.I went ahead and purchased it from the individual on site and then the very next day it started leaking again.I took it into Dobbs, and they said it's leaking from the rear engine main seal and after further inspection they say that this likely has a major engine issue. Took it in to Mercedes, and they said the engine needs to be rebuilt and has major blow by.In short, taking it into Dobbs has costed me thousands of dollars because I'm going to have to sell this car at a discount or pay $4-5,000 for a engine replacement which is half the price of the car.You make your own decision but I'm sharing what happened to me last month and pretty sure you know where I won't be taking any my cars. They wouldn't reimburse the repair to me, own up to it, or do anything to help for the oversight.

My power steering stopped working while passing through on a road trip. They got my car in and took a look at it despite being VERY busy! I am so grateful for them fitting me in. They explained everything that was wrong with my car thoroughly. The employees at Dobbs are top tier!! Couldn t recommend them more!

Normally the service here is great. But a little disappointed to have my car inspected and have the tech doing the work do a very lazy job. Didn't bother to remove the old inspection sticker, left sticker mess and goo all over the windshield. Then slapped the new sticker 3 inches higher than the old one and crooked. Cars are too expensive to have people you pay to work on them not give you the respect to do the job 100% correct. Do better Dobbs, do better.

Brought my truck in for a brake inspection and electrical diagnosis I dropped it off on Friday evening they had promised they would start looking at it and I would have an answer by Saturday morning .Saturday morning comes I heard nothing. I called them multiple times that day before they close did not get an answer until after they closed. They didn t charge me because technically they never took the truck apart. They lifted my truck to tell me I had a blown out brake line on the driver side, were they proceeded to tell me it was gonna cost me $500 to replace to tell me my rotors are bad and so where my brake pads and if I wanted to do all that work, it was gonna cost me almost $700. I picked my truck up Saturday night after they had closed they left my keys in my truck and I get in it to find my armrest on my door is hanging off which is a part of my door panel and now they refused to pay for the damages that they ve done. My truck is a 32 year old pick up truck cost almost $400 to buy two for this truck you will not find this truck in a junkyard. I will never ever bring my car back here. Nor would I recommend anybody bringing their vehicles here because I don t do work in a timely manner they cannot meet deadlines. They will damage your property and deny it. and I wanna note they never told me what the electrical issue was with my truck on why my driver side rear light doesn t break, nor does it have a turn signal.Services: Electrical repair, Brakes

I took my vehicle to Dobbs Eureka because the brakes were squeaking. They replaced the pads and the squeaking continued so I went back. They replaced the pads a second time and the squeaking STILL continued. They told me that I was just hearing things and the brakes weren't actually squeaking. I told them it's not only me hearing it. My family is bothered by the squeaking too. They then told me it is my fault for taking my vehicle to a local car wash, that the chemicals were destroying the pads. They told me there was nothing more they could do. In frustration, I decided to take my vehicle to another place, Selberts Eureka. At Selberts I was treated with respect. They heard the squeaking.They checked the brake pads and found they had metal poking out that was grinding a groove into the rotors. Because of the incompetence of Dobbs, I now need to pay for new rotors and a THIRD set of brake pads. My business will be with Selberts from now on.1/16/2024I am updating my review to 3 stars because of the good customer service I received from Dobbs today. I took in the faulty brake pads and rotors they had installed and they gave me a full refund.

We had the absolute best experience today. While on our way home from vacation, our tire blew. After calling Dobbs, Joe actually came out to help us with our spare since we were so close to the shop.Joe was extremely genuine, kind and couldn t have been more patient since we had a car full of kids and it was so hot outside. We followed him back and they fixed us up and got us on our way. We are so grateful for Joe and the workers at that store. The best customer service!!!!!

Another great experience at Dobbs in Eureka, MO. Shout out to Josh and Donnie for great customer care as well as all team members! I needed a new battery, they got the battery in and installed it all within about 3 hours of when we called them. Great job!!!

Got a pretty respectable deal on tires.They squeezed us in pretty short notice so that was awesome.They got us out fast so no problem there.The problem came when one of their younger kids was hot rodding my 7.3L diesel excursion around their parking lot causing it billow black smoke. That truck doesn t roll coal unless your foot is all the way down. Absolutely disappointed.

Our air conditioner failed us on our trip crossed the country. They we so honest and helpful. Unfortunately our vehicle needs to return to the dealer but they advised us on what the issue was. Stand up guys and would recommend this shop to anyone

We called about a noise coming from my car. They were able to get me in that afternoon and diagnosed my car with brake issues while I waited. The showed me what the issue was and repaired my brakes immediately. I was in and out of there in less than 3 hours! These guys are so polite and respectful. I have been to other Dobbs and would not go back to any other one than this one here in Eureka. Thanks guys for being Top Notch! The Eureka Dobb s team is 10 out of 10. Recently had both my daughters cars in for service and they took care of them as if they were their own children. Performing a thorough and comprehensive assessment and discussing and allowing us to make an informed decision on next steps. Last call out is the honesty and integrity and respect shared with my wife and daughters as many other individuals/service entities have not. New tires are good, but check their work while you're still there. They will replace your lug nuts without your approval and strip out the new ones without telling you because they're a chain tire shop and that's just what chain tire shops do.

While driving on a nine hour road trip, I was suddenly halted by a catastrophic failure of my water pump which had resulted in my engine overheating, total coolant loss, and being stranded exactly half way into my drive. I was able to get a tow quickly and was met by a very receptive staff and technicians at Dobbs. They were able to work with me quickly, as it was a friday afternoon to get my truck ready and back on the road the same day. "Under-promise, over-deliver" should be this stores motto because they were able to quickly identify and come up with a solution for me. Within three hours of arriving there, I was back on the road for another five hours and had no further issues. Both service and customer service was excellent at this location, and i would recommend this for any traveller or local.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Auto service was quick and efficient. I dropped off a tire for repair in the morning, and they were able to fit in a patch despite the chaos of the day.Customer service was above and beyond. Store manager Joe is a class act. Even with the phone ringing off the hook, he gave his full attention to everyone who walked in the door, making sure they knew their business was valued.Originally, I went to Dobbs in Eureka out of convenience because other businesses couldn t fit a patch into their schedules, but they will be my first choice from here on out.Service: Tires

Waiting room was freezing. Good tires, price and friendly service. Walked out to 1 missing valve stem and the rest were mismatched.. I spent enough when they lost it they could have at least matched the rest, were black, replaced with bright gray. ..and maybe wiped down the tires, but I'm picky.

Went to Dobbs in Eureka on March 11th for an alignment. They charged $209, they did give me a "coupon" for $20 off that price. Went to a different place today to get tires and they said my car was out of alignment. I had to pay $130 one week later for another alignment. The other place said per service specs, my car had the same issue, it was toe out, that is what dobbs said one week ago. How can it still be toe out if dobbs fixed it? Don't go to Dobbs for alignments. They over charge and don't do the work.
