I have no words to describe the store manager Mr. Chris B but absolutely amazing, an absolute blessing. After a long trip back home from NC, we stopped for fuel one last time in Eureka. Well our old faithful car would not power on. My husband thought it was for something. When he called AutoZone, Mr. B answered and my husband explained the issue. Mr. B did not hesitate to bring the part to my husband and help troubleshoot the issue. They spent about 20 minutes or so trying to figure things out. He said. It's about bringing people together and not dividing. Thank you Mr. B. So grateful for you.

Always go there to get this and that but had some stuff both come out and help with changing of a brake light. Very nice of them and customer friendly.

Had to test if my battery was bad, sure enough it was. The kind employee gave me a discount from $220 -> $170 which included a 3 year warranty and he installed it there at the store. Highly recommend here for any auto needs.

This place was AMAZING! While driving across the country my battery went bad. The store manager came out and changed it while he had my family wait inside where it was cool. They even let my two dogs come in from the heat. The workers there were really amazing.

I bought a battery, they disposed (and paid for) my old one, and changed it for me! Nice guys! They even researched to make sure they were giving me the exact battery I needed. I also bought a cool steering wheel cover!

Rating 5 so this can be seen! Went in with my boyfriend for spark plugs as he's talking with an employee I was looking at all the gadgets below the counter I grabbed an extension magnet to buy with the spark plugs, I then went to the oil aisle to grab my oil and oil filter as my boyfriend says they don't have my spark plugs so I have to go to O'Reillys instead....I go back up to the counter to put the extension back in the box ON THE COUNTER. Walking outside and the manager was banging on the window as I'm getting in the car he walks outside and says ma'am where did you put that extension you carried all around the store? I said I put it back. He smirked at me and said " oh yeah? Hmmm.... You put it back huh? I said yes I put it back on the shelf off the counter he said mmmk and walkedback inside. I'M EMBARRASSED!!! Accuse me of stealing a $1.99 item!? Omg. Never going back again! I remember why I only use O'Reillys.

Pulled into the store in the middle of a severe thunderstorm with battery issues. Chris B the store manager came out in horrible rain and checked out my car charging system. He pulled and charged my battery and retested the system and I had a bad battery. While the battery was charging Chris asked my wife if she wanted something to drink and explained what we were doing to her. I had a bad battery bought a new one Chris installed it in the rain and we continued our journey to our home in Oklahoma. Chris is an example of outstanding customer service and he and his team have created a autozone customer for life. Thanks Chris B and the guys at the eureka mo. Store

The customer service reps were absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful and even caring. They helped me diagnose my car, right there on the spot, with a scanner. They easily saved me several hundred dollars and a heart attack, since I was over 1700 miles from home.I highly recommend this location.Thank you guys for everything.

The heavy set woman (possibly the manager) was very rude to my sister. She didn't know I was with her but then she was nicer when I approached. Then she gave us the wrong part and gt upset when she was confronted with that acting like we were the ones who were wrong.

Bought a battery here today. It was more expensive than I wanted, but the great service and helpfulness of everyone made it worth it. Might have saved some money at Walmart, but it probably wouldn't have been worth the headache that undoubtedly would've went with it. They even installed it for free. I didn't expect that. Great experience!

I was completely freaked out when when I wouldn't start on Burger King lot. I was lucky to get Trenton on the phone at Auto Zone. He's very knowledgeable, friendly and was professional and went above and beyond to help me get me back on the road asap. Thank you Trenton at Auto Zone in Eureka Mo.

Dropped in after a lovely day at Six Flags and purchased a battery for my nearly 20 yr old beater. I enlisted the support of the parts manager and off we went to the parking lot, tool cart in tow and brimming with confidence that this seemingly simple task could quickly be completed. Unfortunately both terminal and battery compartment bolts were severed and nerves eventually frayed. With a poorly secured battery and terminal line barely hanging on, the car miraculously started and off I went. As I reflect on this 2 hour long ordeal, I m inclined to believe that it simply just wasn t our day. It definitely wasn t for a lack of effort from the staff, these 2 ladies put their heart into the task, at one point they even brought bottled water out for my daughter and I. 5 stars for genuine effort and dedication to the customer.

Super awesome people, the manager is great!! I bought some windshield wipers (amongst other things) she came out in the cold made sure they fit right and changed them for me.

Becky was awesome. Diagnosed the battery & Alternator. We were traveling through.She wouldn't let us leave without finding the repair shop to fix it. Three phone calls later we were on our way. THANK YOU BECKY. HATS OFF!!!!

Horrible customer service from the employees. He was arrogant and offensive. I strongly NOT recommend this place. After my purchase I asked if He could show me where the bathroom was. He told me where it was in a very rude manner. I was so upset, I was about to return what I just had bought. It was the tall guy that works there. This place deserves a 0 star. Next time I'll just go to O'Reilly.

Ashley at this AutoZone was the most helpful employee I've run across in a long time. She was so quick and efficient in figuring out the problem with my light and went the extra mile for me. She helped my kids while I paid for what I needed and just was overall a wonderful face to fix my messed-up engine trouble day. Thank you Ashley for your help and I hope you get the raise you deserve :-)

They are my go to store for my truck needs. The employees are always a great help! I always need help installing my wipers and no matter what the employee offers to install them for me! Great store, great service, organized store and old-time customer service! They will always be my go-to store for my family's auto needs!

I have gone here twice. My experience has always been positive. One man walked me to the isle and helped me pick the right part. The second time I called to see if they had a part in stock, as I drive a 13 year old car. She put my name on it and held it for me. I will use this store again in the future.

Terrible management from Becky the store manager. She acted like doing a return was the end of her life. Talked over me and interrupted me a few times while I was trying to explain the issues with the part not being correct and why I was returning it. Would recommend any other automotive parts store.

I was in the area yesterday 500 miles from home having mechanical issues with my duramax these 3 youngmen in the store between the hiurs of 330 and 6pm went above and beyond to help me get my truck back in the road one even followed me to the fuel stop to check on me without even asking i highly recommend this place not one other place in that town really even wanted to talk to me one place was going to charge me 249 dollars to change tge fuel filter on my truck which takes 5 minutes lol so thank you eureka autozone for your kindness and makin a stressful situation go pretty smoothly

Went into the store to ask questions about fuses. Older gentleman really had no clue about dash cams so i asked the youger guy who at least gave me enough info to get the right fuses and fuse taps. So i am still talking to the guy helping me and i think Becky is the manger, was very rude and cut me off so she could get this guy to do something for her. Excuse me, i am a paying customer. So RUDE!! Let your staff do thier jobs. Ill find another store that will treat me with respect. Young man gets 5 stars, manager gets zero!!

The staff here really tries to be helpful. Great place to recycle used oil. They play it fast and loose with returns and warranties too. Seems like they actually enjoy saving customers money.

My battery died when I was VERY short on cash because of the pandemic and everything going on so they were able to meet me on a deal. I'm always so nervous to go into a car place as a woman but this AutoZone didn't make me feel that way. Thank you!

Pleasant gentleman used his magic tool to tell me why my engine light came on. He even printed out a sheet I can take to my mechanic in case I can't remember what he said. Awesome! Thanks AutoZone!
