I appreciate Logan and Chris so much!! My Jeep was acting up on Wednesday, and I was planning to go out of state for my mother's funeral on Friday. Great communication with both of them getting my auto stop/start sensor with a lifetime warranty the next day, and they already had the batteries. Top notch batteries. Logan installed my batteries for me. The jeep ran perfect. I trust you guys so much more than the dealership!

Wonderful place. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and the manager is really a "go to" kind of person. If they can' order it, he's the guy to talk to.

The O'reilly manager at the Eldon Mo. store treats their employees like dirt. My son's job was terminated via a voicemail with no valid reason whatsoever. After contacting him to find out the reason why he was let go, he could not provide one. After I contacted his supervisor, the district manager, he finally reached out to my son and "made up" a very "lame" excuse for letting him go. The employee turnover in this store seems to be unreasonably high. BEWARE if you are considering to seek employment in this store. The manager is not a good person to work for! Very unprofessional!

Had a great experience on a Friday! Even though the guys were all busy, once it was my turn, Christopher went above and beyond by helping me choose a car battery and then driving across the street to the park with it where my car was dead and I was stranded with my 3 grandkids, to replace it and get me back on the road. Thanks again Christopher!

Ended up actually getting the right part the first time, but personally, I would recommend Napa over these guys. They actually care and try to help you out. At oriellys it's like they just want you to get out.

This place went above and beyond. I had alternator short out and destroyed batteries. They had everything in stock and loaned me the tools and helped change it on there lot so I could get back on the road

I'm usually not an auto-parts store kind of guy (I prefer OEM parts for all things). However, the staff here are among the friendliest I have met at an auto parts store. I work in the industry, so I knew what I needed, but they also seemed quite knowledgeable, which is appreciated.

Easy to find what you are looking for. Only reason I am giving three stars instead of five is when you order a part that's not held in stock they say they will call you when it arrives but they never do. I would prefer going to AutoZone if you have to order parts they always call you Everytime a part arrives.

Was able to purchase exactly what I needed. It happened to be the last part one in stock, but at least they had it. Paid a little more than ordering online, but that's the convenience of having it in hand at time of purchase.

Top 5 in auto parts always the go to shop when comparing prices. Great customer service and has always gotten the part in the very next day if it wasn't in stock.

This isn't the best O'reilly's, staff isn't the easiest to deal with. We ended up with the wrong part this time and took it back to the Osage Beach location just because they are easier to deal with.

4 workers standing around and none could cash us out. One cashier on phone, one out in aisle and 4 standing there talking about hay. Left and didn't buy.

But how the parts are cheap very easy to change and maintain nice Friendly Smiles and loves to help you find the right parts at a reasonable price I have used O'Reilly's for a long time on all my vehicles

The guy who helped me stopped helping me in the middle of helping me to go help somebody else that is rude and not customer service friendly I'm not happy about it that's why I only go to O'Reilly Auto Parts when I absolutely have to
