The first time I visited them I had an issue that 3 other places failed to fix. They took care of it with no issues. I've since used them for one more issue that has handled quickly and fairly. They've become my trusted shop for service work.

They charged MY ELDERLY FATHER 75 dollars to supposedly read the codes and check cutting out problem. Instead they said the transmission was slipping in every gear and it needed to be replaced. NOT!!! THE TRANSMISSION WASN'T SLIPPING WHEN IT WENT THERE, WHICH WE DROVE TO THERE!!! IT WAS CUTTING OUT WORSE WHEN WE GOT IT BACK!!! IT WAS THE SPEED SENSOR ON TRANSMISSION!!! A $20.00 FIX WHICH THEY CHARGED $75.00 TO CHECK AND FAILED TO GIVE A PROPER DIAGNOSIS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

They wouldn t order the parts to fix our car, wasn t greeted very professionaly, and they used the wrong terminology for the part that needed ordered. They might do fine work for stock cars but not for our custom cars. We took our car elsewhere and was charged a fee even tho we didn t have anything repaired, just went to our normal mechanic. For others they may be great but we won t be returning.

I gave them one of the hardest repairs to fix 08 f150 passenger ex manifold, and they did not shy away. Every other mechanic I called told me no way. I had to have my truck towed 60 miles to them to get it fixed. I normally do my own work if I have the tools and time. I dont always call mechanics but when I do its J and JService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Charges you 44 dollars for a scan to find out what's wrong with the vehicle. Do they know that you can get a scan for free?

I spent money on a repair. The repair done was not completedcorrectly and I was promised that the truck would be done by Monday so I could have it for work. Go to pick up truck Saturday night and it had not been touched
