Outside of understaffed, once into see the agent. It was a quick and painless transaction renting a vehicle for duration of my private vehicle being in repair shop after hitting a deer! It's been decade or two since having had to use them, but I don't recall it being as pleasant and easy of a process as this was yesterday for me to utilize a vehicle out of their fleet. For the gentleman I'd spoke with immediately after having claim filed, he called to touch base, and again spoke with when reserving the vehicle. He worked with me so I'd be able to get into one on the date needed. He too was whom I dealt with in person and a very pleasant bubbly guy! Highly recommend dealing with him at the ELDON store, located in Loyd Belt's dealership. Such an easy person to work with and kind! He sold me on using them again!

Thomas ALWAYS is a huge help.! He made sure an got me the vehicle I needed for my trip, stayed late made phone calls, sent emails an found the perfect vehicle for my trip.! Thomas goes above & beyond with his customer service an people skills..! Thank u for a great trip an experience

If I could give less than one star I would. My husband is on the lung transplant list. We have waited patiently. Now we get the call to start testing. My car of course broke down. Now $334.47 for 4 days is high enough. But nobody told me there was also a $300.00 deposit added to it. I spoke to this man 3 times in 3 days. Not one word. Now we must cancel the long awaited appts for his lung transplant. Why can't people just do their job.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My confirmation email said to be there at 4 PM. So, I was there. No one was there. I called the number on the door. The customer service staff we so very rude! Not helpful at all. They said I could get a car in Saint Robert the next day if I want. This company single handedly ruined my trip! Do not recommend using them!

Horrible! I would rate this agency as zero if I could. Having a confirmed reservation for an SUV and delivery time, they showed up 90 minutes late with the cheapest possible car. We need an SUV to carry supplies while ours in in the shop for repairs. They committed to deliver the proper replacement car later or next day. Following day the made up a story that their delivery personnel didn t know the area, so would I meet them at a repair shop far out of my way. I said, everyone has GPS, so what s up with your excuse. So he says their drivers are old guys who don t have phones with GPS; another excuse and most likely a lie. Oh, by the way, they already gave the SUV to another customer, but he will leave a note for me to be called the following morning to arrange the exchange. Now halfway through day 3, no phone call. Nothing but excuses, lies and lack of follow through.

Had a reservation for today. Was called Friday to confirm the reservation. Enterprise was aware that my mom s and I s inspection and repairs were today and we needed a vehicle that would hold two baby car seats. Received a call at 7:45 am (way too early) stating that they were closing the eldon location today and tomorrow at least. Then they wanted me to come to St Robert or Lebanon to pick up a car. Worst customer service. Now I have to cancel a car inspection and repairs to have a vehicle because they don t know how to send someone to the eldon location to deal with the rentals that are scheduled.

My nephew and daughter came in from Japan scheduled a mid size car to be picked up a Lloyd Belt, Eldon MO. the day before he was to leave. we went to pick it up , and they said we do not have a car, so we will give you a pick up . he was accustom to driving my town and country. being so late in the day , I gave him my car leaving me WITHOUT A CAR. WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE, OR RECOMMEND THEM.

Great company! My driver picked me up, and the van was so clean I can't imagine it had actually been off the show floor. Perfect van, no issues. I had been dreading the paperwork. But JP made it painless, smooth and fast. He walked me out to the van then showed me how to start and stop it. Something I did not know.I really appreciated the help. Thank you JP!

Horrible customer service. We reserved a car a month in advance when we went to pick up car was not ready. All they did was run it thru a car wash.NO COVID disinfecting what so ever. Car was filthy inside. It took my husband an hour and a half to disinfect the car, 2 cans of febreze to get the smell of DOPE our of a non smoking car. There was a sticky film over back and side windows that he could not get off with 3 different window cleaners. TireS were low had to put air in them no washer fluid. Lloyd belt should not be allowed to rent cars. Puts Enterprise company in a very bad light and we have always rented are cars from Enterprise. Never again.

I found myself in need of a rental car on very short notice and I reached out to JP in Eldon Missouri and basically gave him an impossible task. He not only came through but he absolutely nailed it. Great experience I cannot express enough appreciation. Thank you

We reserved a premium SUV and Enterprise switched the vehicle to a smaller SUV, even though they made and accepted the reservation for a premium SUV. We were told that this is a common practice with the large SUV vehicles. They over book them and change the reservation when you show up because they do not have enough of these vehicles and you are left with accepting the vehicle they choose or trying to find a vehicle large enough at another rental company. In this instance were told we were getting a Chevy Suburban and they gave us a Nissan Armada. You plead with them to help resolve the problem that the vehicle simply does not have enough room for your passengers and their luggage, but they apologize and tell you there is nothing they can do. You ask to switch it out somewhere along the way of 1100 mile trip, but they tell you nobody in the region has one available. Mia, Rico, Tom, and anyone else you speak with will apologize for the inconvenience, but will do absolutely nothing to help you. You end up having to buy a luggage carrier to strap to the top, and barely have enough room for the eight passengers for the 18 hour one way trip and end up leaving over two hours late. I will never rent from Enterprise again, their failures and lack of customer service and care have resulted in the most uncomfortable trip of my life and we still have to drive back. Absolutely unacceptable and absolutely never again.

They did an amazing job when we rented the car for our trip. The person renting it before us was late returning it but they cleaned it up nicely and had us on the road in no time.

Had our car hit so progressive was suppose to get us a car but either place failed to tell me there was a 50 credit card only deposit which I didn't bring with me so had to walk home.. never will I use progressive or enterprise ever ... thanks a lot

We've used this place several times.They gave us a price for the car by phone as always and once we got there they added 250.00. They said they had policy changes at corporate level which led to this 250.00 deposit. Who cares but they should've told us before we drove 45 minutes from our house to the store. We wont use them again.
