Very poor customer service. I asked the guy on the phone he said yes bring it in we can get you in pretty quick. I get here and this other guy is so rude to the point I almost put my spare on and went somewhere else. Will not be going to a business that treats customers very poorly! I just moved here and definitely will be looking for somewhere else next time.

If you're ever in need of a great auto shop this is the place to go. I've been to a few shops around my local area with hardly any complaints, but this shop is absolutely the best by far. The mechanic who works there is awesome when it comes to pinpointing your vehicles problem. Some auto mechanics try to squeeze every dime they can get out of hard working customers trying to fix things that aren't even broke, or tell you something's wrong when it's not even the case but not this shop. I will recommend Bruns to everyone I know to get a fair and honest deal no matter what the problem is. Really a great shop. Just call them and ask for Jimmy and see when they are available to diagnose your problem you'll never take your vehicle to another place.

My favorite shop ever! These boys and Alice treat me so well. They greet me by name and always steer me in the right direction with my car problems. I have never been screwed over by them. Prices are cheaper than other and the quality of work is phenomenal. Jimmy is a great mechanic. I never go anywhere else. I get everything from tires to oil changes to front end and mechanical issues fixed. I recommend my family and friends to them anything they need work. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to get good, honest, quality car care!

I would strongly advise not going here I spent $187 to get my brakes fixed and never fixed my brakes then when they said they did they were never where fixed cause problems in the long they crossed threaded one of my pressure side hoses on the master cylinder and ended up have to get another one they can't fix anything right

I had to stop and have my tire patched on my way to work and they were able to get me back on my way with no worries and I also still made it to work without being late! Thanks Bruns!

Our family has been using Bruns s Services for over four years and have always been very pleased with their work. They take care of all 5 of our cars and even our new editions. One being an aftermarket show car. Their very honest, and if they find a more cost effective way to fix it they will. Always timely and friendly! Highly recommended.

They're AMAZING to work with! Fixed problems that 3 other shops had missed and/or misdiagnosed, came in under estimate and my car is running better now than when I bought it.

Had them do a front end alignment on my VW Jetta. Burns Service Center got me in the same day, done an amazing job and was fairly priced. Good place and I will be going to them for future needs. Thanks!

They never overcharged me I get stuff done there for a lot less than what Clark's quotes me and it's done right and I don't have to worry about anymore

They packed my bearings and sold me tires for my camper before our long trip to Alabama then to Georgia and back. Everything was tight and secure thanks to these guys. They did a great job

I asked them to look at my breaks. I left my car there,, went to other stuff I needed to do. I got back 5 minutes after my scheduled time, and they had already ordered and started my break pads and rotors without asking or letting me prices... I'm glad I had the money to actually fix them however that wasn't okay!!!

The Bruns have always ran an establishment that respects the ladies of Eldon along with the Male patrons..Dave ,Jimmy, Alice and the rest of the employees are always there with smiles ready to help you with all your automotive needs...Kudos to Ken and the late Mrs.Donna ,Mitch and Devin on a family owned business Thank you for all you do....

Threw a belt on the way back to STL from the Ozarks. Had the car towed to this shop. Belt replaced the next day. No hassle. Reasonable price. Honest people.
