Works hard to do right by the people coming into the shop. Cares about sustainability of the company and customers. Came in told them my situation and instantly started working on a resolve told me the parameters while diligently working to make them meet my needs. I have never felt more respected as a customer by any other business. Thoroughly recommend taking your time and being honest and open.

I'd never do business here again. We agreed on a set price for a jet ski, after we drove from Kansas City to Eldon, MO a 5 hour trip collectively, he said he changed his mind and wasn't interested. After going back and forth he offered much less than what we agreed upon. Overall, seems like they don't operate with good morals and business acumen. This was just my personal experience, but I'm writing to ensure no one gets conned and defrauded from this business in the future.

We bought a car last week 2 days later it is broke down . Needs a transmission waiting to see if theyll do us right. I really hope so almost 13,000 dollars for a 2019 ford escape. If they fix it ill praise them everyday. And tell everyone how great tjey r if not. I guess im stuck with a lemon i have a 4 yr loan on. They seem really nice family so im.hoping theyll follow.thru. ill update either way. Thnk u.

I recommend not to buy a car from this place. Spent my last money on car and the next day check engine light came on. Was told to bring it back and they would fix it. Had car a week and when I got it back sane issue happened. I spent all my money on vehicle and have two children. Do not buy a car from this place unless you have money to waste!!!!

Mike took care of my wife and I treated us very good and was very open about the SUV we was looking at , so good after we purchased it I went out and 2 days later I purchased a truck from him. Couldnt be a better dealership to deal with.

2nd vehicle i have purchased from allen . Iam straight shooter and not fond of pushy salesman with poor customer service . With allen this wasnt concern
