Give them 5 stars .. they're always polite, knowledgeable, willing to help. If they don't have it they'll get it. They really go out of their way to provide good customer service. Unlike other auto parts store, they have a huge inventory in stock

The guys at O'reilly Auto Parts continue to score high marks. Each and every time these guys are knowledgeable, motivated, friendly, and consider the many factors involved In maintaining an older vehicle. Cost is a factor. The staff is always willing to help, investigate, and coach me. In a world of automotive predators these guys still believe in straight forward and answers and customer service. I am thankful and appreciative of the extra effort they put out. Awesome job, See you soon.

Adam helped us replace an alternator on our truck in the parking lot on a Saturday night with only 30 minutes to go before closing. We were a few hours from home with no tools of our own. Polite, friendly people with great customer service!

Always helpful, good environment and attitudes. Eager to help if its needed but not annoying and repetitive "can I help you?" "can I help you find anything?" "Is there somethin specific your lookin for?" More of a "good ol boys" environment and like I said, willing to help if its needed.

The guy at the counter got on the computer & looked up the answers to all my questions, took care of me all 3 times that I had to come back & ask my questions, was very polite & helpful.

Took them 5 days to get my part not pleased also got wrong part on 2 other occasions just nerve racking when your trying to get your vehicle done
