DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE CROOKS!!!! UPDATE-- AS OF 12-15-23 THIS COMPANY HAS LIED TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. This company forced my husband to sign over our vehicle, i have made complaints on the company and our previous insurance Company over how we lost our vehicle because both this company and American Family Insurance both feel they can make their own rules and laws.These people scammed my husband last year, he got in a wreck on his way home, tow truck towed our car to a shop we hadn't heard of and that shop didn't disclose storage fees, claimed the damage was worth more than the car that was still covered partially under dealer warranty and had full coverage insurance, they forced him to sign over his car, otherwise they wanted thousands of dollars in storage fees, we were scammed hugely and are still fighting for justice while still having to pay off the car. Whoever owns this company , I suggest you rethink how things operate.

I called about 10pm because my daughter had wrecked my fathers truck on the way to WORK. He was too sleepy to care, told me to call someone else. Only wants business when convenient for him. My daughter, a young lady, 21 being in need. Stuck alone the side of the road after having an accident in someone else's truck. I was able to call reliant towing who immediately was concerned for my daughter and was happy to help me anyway possible. Was able to allow me to take her to work and meet them at the vehicle. This place answered the phone to tell me they were no help. Why even be listed as a tow truck place if you are not really doing that service. Unfortunately I can't always only need help from the hours of 8-5. So, if you travel anytime outside of 8-5 I'm not sure what this guy could help you with. He wouldn't recommend someone to help me either. So if you need help quickly and reliable, try reliant towing
