I have used Republic Services, personally and professionally, for 20+ years. The quality of their services has always been top notch. What I love most is my rep, Kristie Altman! In a day and age of automation, being able to reach a real person with one call is so refreshing. She represents the company as though it's her own and working with her is an absolute pleasure. She is an excellent communicator who listens attentively and responds promptly to any questions or concerns to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Her customer service skills are second to none, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure that we are satisfied. I would highly recommend Republic Services and, more specifically, Kristie, to anyone looking for exceptional customer service. Thanks to Republic Services and to Kristie!!

We have used RS for years. Our Rep, Kristi, has been great to work with! She has always been professional, curteous and seems to go above and beyond to help us.Republic's pick-up is always on time, and anytime we have needed to modify our service in any way, they have been accommodating and punctual. When increment weather or holidays interfere with our regular scheduled pick-up, we receive a call informing us of the schedule change. We have a dumpster and have used their container service multiple times. I highly recommend Republic Services, and will continue to use them.

Our service with Republic Services could not have been any better. We have several locations in a few states across the mid-west. I can confidently tell you that our rep Kristie knows how to work with business customers. You can tell that she takes pride in what she does. We had some complex billing issues that were corrected to our satisfaction in a timely and professional, manner. It is a rare find these days to have a company with real humans to speak with but they have just that!

Republic services always lets us know about changes in pickups. If I have questions on our bill, Kristie Altman very helpful with getting it cleared up. Excellent service from Kristie Altman and all employees.

Republic is THE best trash service company in Southeast Missouri!!! The employees are very nice and work their butts off to make sure trash is picked up in a timely manner. They go above and beyond for their customers! 10/10 recommend. Keep up the great work!

I have used republic services for the poplar bluff school dist for the past 25 years in my tenure there as director of facilities. They have always performed well and my account rep, Kristie who I have dealt with for as long as I can remember, has always taken excellent care of the district. If there ever is a problem, I make one call to Kristie and it is taken care of almost immediately.

After 15yrs of service ,I had to stop the bleeding. They continuously don't pick up the cans and even on the reschedule days, it still gets missed. After ANOTHER PRICE HIKE FOR SERVICE they claimed to give us a better rate, only to see that they swapped the size of the trashcan to a smaller one. Now it fills faster and they still cant seem to run a route completely. Good bye good riddance. Same service for a 1/3 of the price is available.

Placed trash out and because van was full set additional bag next to trash can. They left the bag. Absolutely ridiculous and poor service/Customer Experience.

We have used Republic Services for the almost 10 years I have been with my company, and Kristie Greer has always been prompt and attentive to our needs. If there has been a problem, she is quick to contact us and collaborate on solutions to mitigate the problems. I can generally call the day before and get a special pickup scheduled the next day in most cases. Our driver is courteous and helpful as well.Service: Junk removal

If I could give negative stars, I would. They hang up the phone whenever I have questions, and to see why the bill is so high. Trash removal for them is $120 for 2 Bins. I went to sharp disposal and I'm going to be charged $32 for 3 bins. It's a no brainer. Plus, the guys for sharp disposal actually get out of the vehicle to do the trash.Service: Junk removal

We had a dumpster at our new carwash that had been used by someone that cleaned out a shed or something.. it was completely over flowing. I called Republic and spoke to Kristie Greer and told her we had no where to put any of our trash. She had a truck at our facility within 30 min... We are very happy with the service and Kristie was as professional and helpful as you could ever hope for... Will recommend to everyone.

Republic Service has been absolutely exceptional for service on all of my properties. They always hold up to their word and go above and beyond. Robin Modlin has been unmatched when it comes to customer service and consistently does extra to keep my business partners and I happy! 100% recommend!

If I could, I would give a 10 star review because Kristie Greer deserves that. She works around the clock even if it s not her office hours and she got the issue taken care of that I was having. I was impressed by how dedicated she is to provide an extra ordinary service and resolve the issue. It s nice to work with someone who is dedicated to the company they work for and resolve issues like their own.

Kristie has continuously met my needs when it comes to commercial trash pick up. Always easy to contact and best rates! Trash pickup is always timely and drivers are very friendly.

I do not recommend! I paid the prepayment which was $50 plus an additional payment for services that never happen. My trash has only been picked up once in the time that I have used this company. And now they have billed me for another $50. After time and time again of missed pickups, I would get another day as to when they would pick it up and they never do!

We have used Republic for quite some time here at Dexter R-XI Schools. They are quick to respond when we need trash picked up due to extra activities/more trash. If our trash bins get turned or move into an area that they do not belong they get them fixed immediately. We are happy with their service.
