Impossible to do business with all I wanna do is spend money with this dealership but they re either never open. They hang up the phone on me when I call or I try to use the line that is listed on the Internet and it goes to the Sales Manager s cell phone Horrible business plan

I've always had a good service here.....until today.I called last week for a routine maintenance check. I was scheduled for 12:30pm today. Get there & was told my appointment was for 1:00pm.!The service techs are at lunch & won't be back till 1pm. I was not happy. Had to leave & come back....then get caught in the rain.

The service department is greatly lacking. I had to replace tie rods and all due to them not greasing. Have replaced several u-joints because of lack of greasing. Had oil changed in front differential and they drained it but did not put oil back in. The front axle had to be completely rebuilt. Was given a loaner while this was done and it was no where near as good a truck as I own. Very dissatisfied and will not be going back there in the future!!!!

Called on Wednesday for my Road Hazard Warranty and couldn't get me in till Monday at 3:00PM. Couldn't wait that long just paid for 2 new tires called in and out same day

We were on our way to our son's graduation from Duke University when our transmission went out. We also had to have rear end work done. They, of course, took care of the repairs.Instead of having to wait there for the transmission, (2 to 3 day wait)the dealership lent us a car, so we made the graduation, & all was well.These are a bunch of great guys & I highly recommend them.

Just came in to shop. They helped me find out what I needed to know but the salesman was a little offputting when we talked about how fast my car was. Just try to sell me something, don't tell me how I should or shouldn't drive my own property.

This is the best dealership around. They treat you like family. Morlan could take some lessons from Harry Blackwell. Have bought 5 vehicles from them. They have the friendliest staff as well. Would recommend them to anybody interested in buying a new vehicle.

This dealer tried to defraud me. They said my fuel system the be fixed would cost $7000 they wanted to replace everything but the fuel pump. They even said my fuel filters were bed even though they were changed 3000 miles ago and another dealer. They charged me a $190 to tell me this And have not offered to give me that money back. When I got back to Mississippi I took it to my mechanic shop and he told me that it was my fuel rail valve that was badd and he replaced it in at fixed.

Been here a few times in the past 6 months, excellent dealer. Steve in service has been exceptionally good. Honest people.Far better dealer than Larry Hillis in the Bluff.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at Blackwell dodge. I took a Jeep in for a repair, the service manager assured me that it was something they could fix. After three weeks and repeated phone calls the vehicle still was not done. I payed for a rental car out of pocket while the intire time I was promised one. Finally I had a vehicle towed to a different dealership that fixed the problem I m a day and less than a third of the cost I was quoted from blackwell dodge service department. Finally I received my Jeep back only to notice that idems where missing out of my vehicle. I contacted the towe truck driver that assured me they were not in the vehicle the day it was pick up from Blackwell dodge dexter. I trust the word one the driver, I ve used them many times. This thief is currently under investigation.

Robert Walters was a very patient salesman, I have credit just limited on funds and I can be pretty difficult at times, he was great, worked with me through this roller coaster of car buying to get me what I wanted/needed and at the right monthly payment, I gained not only a newer truck but a friend. Thank you.

Bought my car wrecked it took there to fix said they couldn't do my mechanic I usually use went to get it and they didn't even put it back together after they was done bad business considering I didn't want to take my JEEP there to begin with had no choice since everything is computerized but I still havta know how to rin the computers that hook up to cars computers wow
