Spoke to the manager regarding a vibration I had with my vehicle at certain speeds. I also advised the manager that I had taken it to other shops in town, and it was never fixed. A couple hours later he called me, saying it was fixed and I can come pick it up. It drives perfectly now!! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Always willing to help and kind always call before doing anything to the vehicle to give us an estimate on what it s gonna cost. We are definitely repeat customers

Very fast and friendly! Nice wait room and the staff is very knowledgeable. I have never had to use the finance option but they do offer a finance option that would be very helpful to someone who need it! I have bought tires from here used the oil change service and had other work done on my car here and have always had a better than average experience

Top notch people. Went in for a state inspection. The truck was good but he saw somethings that could be potential problems down the road. Most places would just have done your inspection and sent you on your way. He s got my our business, they may even have the truck back in there to fix the potential issues.

I went in needing my tires rotated since my alignment was off and had worn my tires offset.Not only did they get me right in for the rotation, they also got me right in for the alignment.The counterman was friendly, courteous and got right to the issues I had. They were knowledgeable and was able to remedy the issues with my vehicle.Great customer service and support.

They're service is the best.Super professional.Mounted, balanced, and aligned 4 tires. My wait was more than reasonable.Definitely recommend the crew at the Dexter store.

I have been to Charlie's Tire Center twice and every time i was made to feel comfortable and appreciated i also felt that my business was welcome there they knew exactly what i needed didn't over charge me and even suggested a better way of paying for it the workers held conversation with us the hold time we was there both times and they really know their job and gives you the best advice they can I really like going there

Bradley & crew were so helpful!! As a recent widow, taking care of these things are unfamiliar to me but these guys made it (mostly) painless! A little kindness goes a long way! Will definitely give them my business in the future!

Went by without an appointment and I was able to get right in. Everyone was very nice. I needed wiper blades, my rear one they didn't have but they had a parts store to deliver it. I was so tickled. I thought I was going to spend my day making multiple stops (oil change, tires rotated, new wipers) all I needed was one...at Charlie's. Thank you guys so much!!

Charlie s tires is my go to. Brad is the best person to manage that place and to deal with customers. Not another personality like his. Prices are high but quality service.

I live in East Tennessee and when visiting my family in Dexter and I need an oil change, tires rotated, or brakes checked I come to Charley's. Great service at an even greater price and friendly service.

If you want to have your vehicle done with the best workers who actually do the best to get your vehicle done and with great service and actually talk to you like a human being this is the place to go. I've been coming to the dexter mo location ever since they have opened and I won't take my vehicle anywhere else then here

After having been burnt at other tire service providers, I went to see Bradley and the crew at Dexter's Charlie's Tire. They were extremely helpful and honest and provided great, fast service. I will always be a patron of this location!

I was in need of a tractor tire tube...and was referred to Charlie's Tire Shop...I was impressed with the hospitality and atmosphere that i received while purchasing the tire...if you haven't been there..You might be amazed at what they have to offer you...

Went by Charlie s without an appointment with a tire that had a slow leak. They got me right in and out in about 30 minutes. I waited there and it was clean and comfortable in waiting area. Great service
