Wednesdays lunch special was so delicious. Everything was homemade. Meatloaf, Mac & cheese, peas and a roll for $7.99. Drink not included. We had a good waitress, she was very friendly. That was the best meatloaf we've ever had from a restaurant.

A favorite local diner. Prices are very good these days, good food. Can be a wait when busy, but that's normal with cooked to order food in a popular spot. Only wish they were open for dinner more often! Great menu too and breakfast anytime!

Hubs ate there. Great old timey truck stop. Good food at a good price and nothing but smiles from great people. By the time he left there he swore his name was sweetie!

Our first time experience was excellent. It was.very busy which is a good.sign. We got the $5.99 daily special of SMOTHERED STEAK, mashed pots.w gravy and corn and roll. Steak was with yummy mushroom gravy and the roll tasted home made. Very quick service and even faster food delivery. Everything was great and our waitress, Ms. Diana, was the best. We would recommend this place to everyone.

Don t have a big selection of quick food other than the usual gas station quick store items like chips ect. But they do have a restaurant inside as well with pretty decent food. Usually pretty quick with service and I go here occasionally for lunch.

Loved it ! The environment is great and the staff applies courtesy with the best customer satisfaction performance. The Burger's are delicious . I'd definitely come visit again.

I love this truck stop! Nice friendly staff. And they have my favorite breakfast on the menu... chicken fried steak and eggs! And my husband just loves the seasoning they use in the steak and eggs. Will continue dining here!

Live in Joplin, travel to Lawrence, KS from time to time.. this is always a MUST stop, so good. Staff is amazing as well, my friend has food allergies (Alpha-Gal), the cook made her meal in a separate skillet from the grill, very accommodating and friendly about it as well. Thank you Emery s.. can t wait until next time!

The food is so good here. I have tried a lot of what they have to offer and have never had a bad experience. I can't say that for any other place I have eaten. Fast, cheap quality food for an excellent price!

We stopped here on our way yo the Lake of The Ozarks. We werevso impressed that we made a point to stop herevon our way home. We will alwaysbplan our trips through there areund this oaises. There is no better service and food between Wichita and the Lake of the Ozarks. Am planning our next trip now. A 25% tip truely was not really enough for our setvice and quality of food!

Small town feel is always great. Gotta love the gas station with the restaurant. Its more like a restaurant with a gas station. I loved the feel of this place. Everyone had good personality and was very professional. While the employee's having their own personal flare. Great food for any truck driver.

Awesome little old school truck stop diner. Very friendly staff, very fast service, and affordable fresh greasy spoon food. I love this place. Truck parking is a little rough especially after heavy rain, but it's manageable. Bathrooms are also very well maintained and cleaned regularly, a huge plus for a weary trucker.

Awesome food, friendly people, good prices! Plus you can take a 10 hr break here in your 18 wheeler! Chicken fried steak is out of this world!!!

It's a small truck stop diner with good food served hot. Nothing fancy, different special every day. Grilled ham n cheese sandwich w/broccoli cheese soup. With drink 2 orders totaled $15+. Nice hot meal, reasonable price, good service too.

Outstanding food! I got the chicken fried steak .it came with potatoes, beans, salad, and hot bread. Too much for me to finish and I can eat a lot. And, only 8 bucks! Restaurant is like an old style mom and pop country diner. Staff very friendly.Has parking for about 20 trucks. 2 fuel islands. Has 1 small shower. Not the fanciest truckstop around but it's quiet and the best part, No TA , Loves or Pilot junkies here. We'll worth driving 7 miles off I-49 to get here.
