For what it is, it's great. And they do try to be helpful. Seems like the last couple times I've been there though there's been some sort of office beef going on? I don't know. Atmosphere was just off. And be sure to check the tires. They gave me a pair of trailer tires for a truck. Not that trailer tires are bad tires, they just didn't last long at all and I didn't even think to look at them for that, ya know? Just sort of assumed that wasn't something they did. Still, it's a good place to go get tires for a discount.

Im not from this town i needed my tires mounted and this was the only place that help me, service was quick,cheap and i had a graet time there.

Cost effective, good and quick service. Only small complaint would be too much air in the tires but that s as easy enough fix

I am embarrassed to say that I gave this company my business more than once. The first time was a few years ago, the employee changing my tires had a domestic dispute in the parking lot and was yelling terrible things to his wife in front of the me and my kids. Then last year I went back, bc they were the only local place that had my tire size and they did not balance my tire. When I called the next day and asked about it, they said I needed an alignment. So I took it for an alignment and was told my tire wasnt balanced. Fast forward to today, I needed a set of tires that I bought online mounted and balanced on some rims. my husband called them and was told a mount and balance for 4 tires would be $40. It took them over an hour to get my low profiles mounted and then told my husband that he owed them $60. he asked why so much when he was told $40. They said they had to balance them. he told them that he was told $40 for mount and balance and that he will dispose the old tires, which they charge $2.50 a tire for... so technically, he should only owe $30. I guess the lady behind the counter couldnt do math and kept saying it was $60. He paid and got the hell out of there. My husband then called for a better explanation as to why he was charged $60, and they told him that they had to put sticky weights on them. he was never asked if he wanted that or if the upcharge would be ok. They didnt even tell him about the sticky weights when he was is the office. In my opinion, they worked up a story before my husband had called. Bottom line... fool us once shame on us, fool us 3 times.. we must be an idiots lol. Either way, this establishment is a JOKE.

Best deal you can get with great service, definitely not what I expected but they really came through and it didn't even take 10 minutes from the time I got there to the time I left

I heard about this place from a friend who knew I needed affordable tires. I'm glad he recommended X Factor. I was able to get 2 new tires for a reasonable price. Rachael at the counter helped me even though I didn't know the size. Most places would have been rude but they were very kind. Great customer service with a small business feel.

My husband, daughter and sons all have purchased new tires and had repairs done on 4 vehicles and are all very satisfied with prices and work done. They are honest and although busy take the time to help find the best solutions. Best of all, have never tried to add on additional charges. We love this place!

Called at least 15 tire shops searching for someone who just had my rare sizes tire in stock to get replaced that day, which was on a Saturday afternoon around 12:30pm. I found only 2 other places but they were both over $400 for only 2 new tires. Called X Factor & Rachel asked for my # so she could check & call me back. She returned my call in less than 5 min. informing me that they had all kinds of my size tire available and the price was less than $50 a tire! When I arrived I was serviced immediately and was done with replacement of all 4 tires (which I haven't ever been able to afford to replace all at one time ) within 30 minutes. I will never go any place else for my tire service again! I experienced some of the friendliest, fastest, inexpensive service I've had. As a business owner myself, know word mouth is your best advertisement. I will be telling everyone about this place! I 110% recommend X Factor.Thank you and great job guys! I am appreciative along with impressed by your service & pricing I received.

Price was good. Until my tire was flat again, they stripped all the lug nuts, staff was rude didn't want to give you a chance to talk.

They quoted me 1 price over the phone for 2 tires. Then raised the price when I got there and told me I had to buy all 4 at 75$a piece or nothing, When putting the tires on they broke 2 bolts and wouldn't fix them unless I payed for them parts and they broke my valve stem and charged me for that as well

I love Rachel and her crew there. I have been buying tires from there for my work vans and personal vehicles for years. This may not be you polished shiny tire shop, but instead you get down to earth, honest people.

I went in there recently I am a single mom not from the area I was told they are great.when I got there I waited 40 minutes they were helping people that came in after m when I went ask what's going on they had forgotten about me I was in on monday.when they looked at my car they told me tires are good and just needed to be balanced and rotated I believed them so I payed them while they were doing my car.i leave lot with my daughter in car my car didn't feel right it was worst then it was.me as a mom really concerned about my car it literally felt like my tires were gonna come off my car.so I was told to call Kennedy tires so I did.today I had to bring my car in they messed up my tires thank God my daughter and I are safe .so with that being said please do not take your car into them they will rip you off and not do the job right .

Great people cheap prices and true to there word. We've bought brand new tires for our truck pulling the car trailer and bought new tires for the racecar trailer. You may have to pay upfront for new tires but you can beat there prices and they stand behind there work

Went to have our tire replaced and they had our tire done in 10 mins. If that. Super friendly staff. I will definitely be going back.

Took forever. Said over the phone they had multiple tires my size then changed it once I got there. They took my tires off the rim before even finding out if they had my tires in stock. Left with two tires that had almost no tread.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT OPERATION, the lady that runs it will scam you out of tires one time and than charge you even if you GIVE themwheels and tires FREE, they were going to charge me almost $50 and I know they would sell them for three times that to someone else, as I called and checked prices yesterday. They treat VETERANS BADLY AND OVERCHARGE RIDICULOUS PRICES, if there was a minus star they would win it hands down, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU

Always happy to accommodate you as best they can large selection definitely will shop there again. Keep them in mind because sooner or later you're going to need some Falken tires!

These guys are super friendly & helpful anytime I stop by. I thought I needed new tires but they checked mine & told me my tire just needed a patch. Then they checked the rest & made sure they had the right amount of air, all for free. It's nice to know there are still honest ppl out there.

Best place I've ever went to. Only place I trust with my truck. best prices great service and very friendly environment. I've been to other places and all they did was bs me on what I needed done with my truck this is the only place that gives me me 100% true feedback and gives me the best work for my money I prefer this place over any other shop I can't stress it enough! This is the best car place I've ever went to nice people good service and good work!

Didn't even know they were there, and had a tire emergency...no appointment, and they got me right in, done, and out. No muss, no fuss, and NO JACKING THE PRICE!!! GREAT SERVICE, AND PRICES! NO DOUBT CHECK IT OUT!

X Factor just shut down every tire shop in Desoto and surrounding areas in my eyes!! I havent seen this good of customer service in a very long time!! They went over and beyond whats expected with the job that was paid to be done, I'm going to refer them to EVERYBODY!! Your missing out if you dont go tho them.. Is... Fair prices good work and a hell of a team to watch and very down to earth family oriented to say the least$!$ Good job u guys!!

These guys have always treated me well. I refer alot of business to them, and if it's something they can't fix, they are honest, and refer to someone who can. I've never once had any problems with them or their service.
