The people that work here are honestly incompetent. We bought 2 new tires for a front wheel car and specifically told the to get rid of the back two tires as they were bad and then put the tires that were previously on the front on the back and put the new ones on the front but did they do that no. That got rid of are perfectly good tires put the new ones on the back and put our bad tires, one with a nail in it I might add on the front of the vehicle. They refused to replace the two perfectly okay tires that they trashed and decided to just patch the hole which we all know is a temporary fix. I highly recommend going somewhere else because these people are complete idiots and have no idea what they are doing.

These people screwed my truck up stripped the hex off of my lugnuts. Then sent me away telling me they couldn't install the tires because the load range was wrong.

I had a previous set of tires I needed installed and the mechanic said they wouldn t fit my car, so I took my car to the festus Walmart and they said they would be more than happy to put them on. The guy just didn t wanna put them on at desoto.Service: TiresService: Tires

I've always been treated with respect and professionalism. I put a set of new tires on my car. I knew what I needed and they never tried to over sell me. I knew more about the product than he did. Not his fault, I was in the same industry for 30 years. He listened to me intently as I described the tire to him. It was like old times, enjoyed it immensely. He thanked me, and got the tires on in 30 minutes.

I have been here 3 times and every single time they are understaffed except one time one guy just took forever with the car cuz he couldn't get the piece out then finally after an hour the store manager came and made it look easy the auto manager WADE is always everywhere except here and never helps his workers it seems he's always conveniently on break any place in town is better even xfaxtor whish is the second worst in town behind only walmartServices: Auto battery replacement, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

This place was very busy on the weekends they did not have the staff to support all of the work. The girls who did the intake didn't seem to know what they were doing. They did not have my size tire in stock told me to come back the next day but still did not have it in stock the next day apparently it is a special order. Took an excessively long time to get one oil change like literally 2 hours. I ended up leaving with a 2 hour oil change and no tires. Google stated they close the shop actually closes at 6. I would not have gone had the correct time been posted online.

Very slow service. I came for an oil change and was told 45 minutes- it took more than 90. The check-in process is unusually long as well, taking about 15 minutes for them to key in all of my information into an ancient looking Blackberry-type device. They also advertise that a car wash and vacuuming are included in the more expensive oil changes, but I did not get either. Save yourself some time and irritation and go elsewhere.

I'm usually not one to gripe about service, but I had two people yesterday tell me their auto centers did safety and emissions inspections and then today was told they only do safety. I planned my day around the trip out there so now I have wasted time and gas. Not the end of the world, however it's kind of a pain. Hopefully this review will save somebody the trouble of going through the same misinformation and inconvenience.

Upon arriving There was no vehicles ahead of me. In the middle of the day. They told me it would take 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two and a half hours. I guess they take lunch at 4 p.m. And leave everybody to wait for 1 hour.

Very poor service 3 cars in front of me 5 people working and I sit for 15 minutes to get checked in. Then the guy who checks me in is totally clueless in what he is doing must have been his first day. Then after a prolonged checkin I ask how long and he proceeds to tell me it's going to be at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours BEFORE they even start on it. It was only an oil change......I dont mind waiting a bit for service but this was extreme and I'm sure the guy who would have been doing it would have cross threaded something as he had a difficult time doing anything. Time to go somewhere else

Very busy on weekends. If u have hours to wait for something simple then it s the place for u. Waiting over 2 hrs for tire rotation and balance. Was the forth one here this morning and other cars after me are gone while I m still waiting.

Had appointment at 11am for two tires to be put on it took them one iron 45 minutes to do it they told me it was only going to take 45 minutes to put them on not satisfied with that service

Took 3 hours to take 4 tires of rims and put on my truck, they worked on a vehicle before mine when mine was supposed to be worked on first

They were very friendly and got my tires on as soon as they could!!! I would definitely go back there for tires in the future!!!

First one there, last one to leave to change a tire, not that hard of a task and I made sure they knew, in a polite way at first that I was in a hurry. Two hours later and a missed show with nonrefundable tickets later + $98.... no thank you.

Tony the manager is friendly and explains things thoroughly. He shows he cares about his costumers and makes you feel as so.

this place is horrible , slow workers with attitude and single minded people who seem like they do not care. I wonder if walmart paid more, if their employees would have better service?

Oil and tires are always done by Walmart. Because if I get a flat somewhere there's a Walmart usually close by.
