I love this shop. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. I am always treated with respect. I am usually able to get my vehicles serviced right away and I get the best service here.

I have been treated professionally with every visit. The guys are highly trained, and they are able to answer every question I have, even the dumb ones. I feel secure in the service my vehicle receives. I highly recommend getting an oil change at De Soto's Valvoline Express Care.

Fastest oil change ever! I have been to a few Valvoline oil change stores and this was the best by far. I think it only took 10 minutes from the time we parked until time to pull out.

$101 for a simple oil change... Watch out of these scam artists. They won't tell you your car will be $101 till AFTER they bend yah over. Their excuses are.. "it's synthetic oil"... you can goto orielly autoparts or autozone and get a oil filter and oil for less then $50.. AGAIN, WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM ARTISTS!

Very quick and professional, they do good work from what I could tell. Biggest issue is pricing and lack of discounts and deals, otherwise, overall pretty great

Service has got alot better. There was one employee that would act like he didn't want to help, and doing the oil change was just too much work. But I haven't seen him recently and the crew now is great! Every time I go in I am treated good. Thank you guys!!

I was amazed by how fast they changed my oil. I was and out in less than 20 minutes. Great service and a friendly staff.

The attendant was very responsive and nice. Had no problem with doing 2 oil changes for 2 vehicles. Handed me the receipt and said have a great day.

Love this place. The employees are so nice and helpful. The other day I went and had a sleeping infant in a car seat and the man even offered to carry the seat to my vehicle for me. Very good service. Reasonable prices. You just feel like your in good hands here.

These guys ALWAYS do a great job and very efficient. I've never waited for long even when there's a few in line. Unlike other places, they actually look at your car and if they see something weird they'll let you know.

Went in for an alignment, they were great got me right in let me know if there was any problems that needed to be tended to but did not talk down to me as if I was an idiot.

If I knew they couldn't check my transmission fluid I would not have went there I would have bought the stuff and changed it myself but they were pretty good it didn't take long for them to do it

Really fast service. You get to stay in your car the whole time, which is important when you have a sleeping baby in the back! A little pricey, but you pay for good quality.

Very Rude and sarcastic bunch of guys. So thankful they couldn t do my oil change because honestly I didn t appreciate their attitudes whatsoever. I will be contacting someone about how they treat their customers!

Locally owned and operated with staff usually also coming from the local area. Facility is really clean and well maintained. Every service I've received here has been right on point and fully professionally.

Just went here this morning at the service was really good! I got there for a $40 oil change, sat in my car, and had my oil changed in about 5-10 minutes! I personally have zero complaints!

Well, I went to VE on a Friday nite about an HR before they're closing. My car was pulled into garage then quickly inspected, when I heard " I'm not touching this "!! Reasoning for refusing to do the oil change;, was my oil pan was messed up!! Com'on!! Really, there was no oil leaking, the pan got damaged as a result of a rocky mountain gravel driveway I'm up & down daily. Needless to say, my oil has still not been changed. Disappointed.

Had my oil changed. They said they checked tire pressure. All my tires were 10 psi short according to the tire pressure gauge in my Jeep. Almost had an accident the next day on the wet roads. Will not ever use them again. If you do, please make sure you have the right pressure in your tires.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
