I am very happy with the alignment service I received from Quick Lane. I have taken my truck to several other shops before, but none of them could get it right. Quick Lane did an amazing job on the first try! My truck has never driven so smoothly and straight. They explained the whole process to me and gave me a print out of the before and after alignment. My truck looks and feels perfect now. I want to thank Bre and Victor for their excellent customer service and professionalism. They are the best! I highly recommend Quick Lane to anyone who needs alignment or any other service for their vehicle. 5 stars all the way!

I have been taking my vehicles to quick lane for as long as they have been open, The service is always quick and professionally done. Victor is the lead person at the establishment This person really knows how to treat people with respect and courtesy!! Also I would like to give a shout out to the owner for following up with a Follow-up call from the office.To make sure things have went away theyshould Mellisea This person also is very professional and really cares about the feedback.Thank you for all the great service

Went in on 2/22/24 for emissions, but was not able to get the car in. So the man at the counter told me I could get my emissions done on Saturday the 2/24 if I came in by 10:30am. I even asked for an appointment and clearly was told oh you dont need one. So I showed up 9:30 to be told they have no idea what I m even talking about and I can get in Tuesday. No not going to happen. Do better at your jobs guys. And don t just ignore the customer. I had a hard time not vocalizing my thoughts for you that early in the morning on a Saturday when I m a night shifter.

Victor and the rest of the guys are great. The last few days I've been able to get right in to have my car inspected or just drop it off and they took care of it.They can do most of the needed repairs right there in the shop.

I take (well used to take now) both my vehicles here for oil changes and tires. I got new tires (about 3months ago) and one got a bubble on the sidewall and they said it's from a porthole but I didn't hit anything! Never going back EVER!

I took a vehicle in for a saftey inspection it failed. That's ok, that's why we have saftey inspections took about 45 days for us to fix the issue finding parts etc... took the vehicle back 45ish days later only to be told that the ball joints were bad the truck had minimally been driven in 45 days how did the ball joints suddenly become an issue, when nothing was said about them on the previous inspection? They were inspected by another shop while the previous issue was being fixed and they stated they were fine. Decided to take the truck to another shop and told them the situation they took us back showed us their was no unnecessary movement on either side of the vehicle and passed the vehicle with no issues. Inspectors here need more training I'm not sure how you can incorrectly inspect ball joints when that's something your doing on a pretty daily basis for saftey inspections. Use caution if this shop tells you repairs are needed.

Giving one star because one of my center caps were missing when I picked up my truck. I know for a fact I had all them when I dropped the truck off. Called and asked if they forgot to put it back on. I had to pop two on when I picked it up because they didn't put them all the way back on. I called the next day because they were closed by time I picked up my truck. Lady at the front desk was nice and said she would look into it. When she got back to me they told her it was missing when it came in. There is nothing more I hate then being lied to. Own up to your mistake and admit you misplaced it. I would have understood but what I dont get is why lie to me. They have lost my business from here on out. Spent 2300 on new tires and you can't own up to losing something.

They're quite pricey and there's nothing quick about them. The last few times that I went there, it took right at 2 hours from the time I arrived to the time I left. Oil changes should not take more than 20 minutes once the vehicle comes in. Not 1 or 1.5 hours. You people need to spend more time getting your customers in and out instead of spending over an hour searching over every inch of your vehicle trying to make more money. I come for an oil change, not a 2,000 point inspection and multiple overpriced sales pitches.

Jessica and the staff were very polite and professional. I had a razor blade in my tire and they were quick to get me in a fixed. Highly recommended I will be back. Also the shop is very nice and clean

Always have a great experience here. Doesn t matter if it is an oil change or an issue with something else. I receive fast and courteous service every time. Jessica is helpful and polite. This team is the best.

Great service by Jessica every time I visit the quick lane. The bathroom and lobby are always so clean. Also, Jules was a great hire. Her and Jessica make a great pair. Both are great to work with.

You can't make an appointment and always have a wait of about 1 hours, but they have nice lounge. Staff always great to deal with.

Always the best, quickest service for oil change and tire rotation. We will continue to drive 20+ minutes for the DeSoto location specifically. Julianna was top tier for customer service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

I've been getting all of our vehicles serviced here for a few years now. Jen the manager is the best! Extremely professional and knowledgeable and even remembers my name and vehicles. Always happy to see me and makes sure her team is doing a good job. I tell my friends to come here because she's so nice. Way cheaper than other places in town too. I love this place!

In a rus, Last minute oil change before the holiday! choose this place due to its convenient location. I was in a rush but was, was quickly reminded (by myself) That I did wait till the last minute. They did everything they could to make sure I got out of there at least by the time I needed. The blonde boss lady whom I don't know her name made sure it all happened. She looked really strong like she works out and if they (workers) didn't stay in order then she made sure that she told who needed to be, to step it up. The other nice lady at the desk gave me paper and a pen so I could draw while I waited. Oh and they have good coffee Thank you guys for all your help.

Stopped in for an oil change and they noticed I was leaking oil severely. They worked extra hard and past closing time to find the cause. I ended up having to leave my car there for the night and they even drove me home. Truly the greatest people and you can count on them to treat you right. Will forever be customer at Quick Lane.

Awesome service! Both Woody and Jeff are amazing. We discovered the shop on a Saturday morning and have brought both our vehicles in for multiple services. The shop is clean, everyone is professional, they communicate well everything that needs or could be done, and their rates aren't bad. While waiting you can see vehicles while they're serviced, you can enjoy great conversations with the staff about your vehicles and local history (we're new to the area). We highly recommend visiting their establishment.

I have been to this business to have my oil changed the past two or three times with my vehicle and have had great service and very courteous staff. The woman that normally waits on me is very personable and professional. Today was different, however. I walked in and a young man was assisting another customer. An older employee was doing something on the computer and stated after a few minutes of me standing there that he d be with me shortly. He then proceeded to make a personal phone call and 5 minutes later the young man then helped me when he was done with the other customer. I asked him if I could use the coupon that was sent to me by the company (Pettus), and the older employee chimed in and stated that I could not bc it does not include vehicles that take fully synthetic oil. When checking out I asked if I could get the veterans discount that the woman who typically is there offers since the Pettus offer was not valid, and he stated that his boss was in a meeting and I d have to wait to see what he said. I had already been there for well over an hour so I just paid the invoice. When I went to sit in my SUV I noticed the tire pressure light was still on. I went back inside and asked if that was typically checked during an oil change and the young man assured me that it is and that once I drive around for a minute it should go off. Low and behold it is still on after driving back home. I think I will take my business elsewhere next time as the customer service today was disappointing.
