I will not ever be going back there again. Super disappointed with them. Bought tires specifically asked for the road hazard. Didn't get it. Left my car unlocked, and the parking brake not set. Put tires in the wrong place. Didn't listen to anything I said. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed. Seem like they patched one of the tires I wanted replaced and put it on the other side.

I ve had the privilege of their service a few times just this past month along with others in the past. I am very satisfied! They are very knowledgeable and professional. Also decent prices, quick, great customer service and a nice clean shop.Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things!! I came in with a flat tire, they got me right in fixed my tire good as new in 100 degree weather and at a good price. From the start to finish I d recommend Purcell to everyone!! Great job everyone. Thank you for getting me back on the road so fast!!!

I called to get a time scheduled to get 4 new tires and quotes. Staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions to get the best tires for me. I was in and out in less than an hour. The waiting room was clean and perfect for my wait. I appreciated the free hot coffee and the use of a clean bathroom while I waited. Great experience all around.

I took my car in to have a tire repaired and rim replaced. After waiting almost a month I finally arrived to pick up my car.IT WAS A MESS!!! Oil spots and grease all over the drivers side of my car!! After going over to complain, they were extremely rude. One of the guys in the garage came over with a rag and tried to scrub it out of my car, but basically just rubbed it in worse. So after that I was frustrated, so I decided to just leave went to start my car and it would not start. I believe the guy that is ahead of the garage is named John not really sure because he yelled it in my face and told me that I could tell anybody I wanted to and they wouldn't care because he runs this garage! Anyways, one of the guys yelled from the garage as he was looking at my car and said she probably needs a new gas cap. When I brought my car there it had a gas cap. Funny how he knew that it automatically needed a new gas cap. Also when entering the car it had on a different radio station that I would never listen to. I had also brought it in on a full tank and when I picked it up it had less than a quarter tank. And when I told them such, they all just started laughing and yelling at me. Doesn't bother me one bit, because I'm allowed to let you all know through this. Please don't ever take your cars there! The guy at the desk, yeah he's super friendly LOL

I called on a Monday morning with a screw in my tire. Got me right in with no hassle and was on my way in 30 minutes. Great guys and will definitely use them again in the future.

Great job done squeezing me in last minute before a long trip to get my oil changed. Thanks!!Always great service. Got my tires balanced due to excessive road force and finally no more shaking. Honest service, was told by another shop that I needed a tune up, turns out I didn't need that and they were honest about and didn't do what didn't need to be done. Thanks for the great service.

I needed my car for a very important appointment and they went out of their way to make sure that my car was available and running went back for a second service and as usual staff was friendly efficient and reasonably priced. So glad I have found them.

First time there, just got emission test, but the place seems great. Friendly, professional, and good timing. I'll be taking my vehicles here next time I need to. I've been to several shops in the area over the years and there's not many decent ones. I'd recommend you start here.

The management and staff at Purcell, went above and beyond, replacing the tires, and a getting a couple other repairs completed before I had to go out of town.Cathy called me personally to let me know I was 1000 miles over on my oil change, and wanted to know if I wanted them to do it while they had the car there.Absolutely, I did, and I appreciated her reaching out to remind me that it needed to be done.It s nice having people look after my car, like I would.

Made an appointment to get tires rotated. Job was done in a professional timely manner. Will return in 7,000 miles to do it over again. Nice people too.

I have been going to the Purcell Tire store in Desoto for years now and hands down best service, quick, reliable, and dedicated! I called on Friday morning knowing I needed new tires - Mark pulled up my information, had a great recommendation and the tires were in stock - got me in as the last appointment that day and made sure everything was perfect before we left. You really learn to value places that take care of their customers! Thanks to the whole team!!!

Guys are honest with decent prices. Also fast, he thought he was going to need it for a second day only to get called the same day saying my vehicle was finished. Would definitely recommend.

Professional and helpful. The rep said it would be an hour and it was. They have good selection of decent quality tires. I will use their services for my next purchase. Good product, good service, and honesty. Sounds like a winning combination to me.

So Far so good. Many inspections without hand up. Yesterday I had my headlights adjusted by Mark. $14. 95, good job. Like all mechanics I just waiting. So far they have been great. Greed is powerfull. Greed is powerful and I have only been into Five years, let us pray the young lady running the show now has tight rains on her crew. I believe she will continue. We are all aware of the rep that different service shops have. Just ask your friends and other folks. So far I am very satisfied with Purcell !

Kathy and John in the staff at Desoto for sale are awesome they treat you like family we appreciate everything they do for us we have been and will continue to be a loyal customer for Purcell Tire in DeSoto Missouri. At Purcell customer service comes first.

The service is great. The managers and workers are friendly and helpful. I bought a set of tires 1 year ago. I bought the 3 year service plan. We decided to sell the car and it would be nice if that service plan could be forwarded to the new owner. They may not even use it or it could introduce a new customer to Purcell Tire.

I needed to have my car inspected. I thought I would be sitting for a while but I was in and complete in a very short time. I watched 2 other people come in, one for an emergency tire repair and another for tire purchase, and they took immediate care of the customer needs. A few months ago I had some mechanical work done and service was excellent. I highly recommend Purcell.

Got the car care package which only took about half an hour and I was good to go. They even made sure to let me know of any other issues and how I can go about getting them fixed.

Extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship. They get the job done right. I didn't have the proper tools to do it myself as I've worked on cars my whole life. Anyway highly recommend Purcell. Tad bit pricey as they all are but these guys really seem to know what they're doing.

We were stranded on the side of the interstate with a blown tire on our 40 foot diesel pusher motorhome. I had already contacted a few other people to try and locate the correct size tire. Which happens to be 9R/22.5, a commercial truck size. Brandon was the person that I was directed to speak with. I hope I have his name correct. He was the complete definition of a professional! He was very polite, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond the usual customer service to make sure we got what we needed in a timely fashion and got us back on the road in a little over 24 hours. Even with having to order the tire, which he got at an amazing price! Approximately $3-400 cheaper than our insurance company!Once we actually arrived at Purcell Tire, the other staff members were exactly the same as Brandon, the picture of professionalism. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that actually did the work of mounting the tire (he had Great Dane dogs), but he also went above and beyond everyday normal customer service. Very polite and friendly to talk to. Both of the gentlemen that I mentioned deserve a huge pat on the back! They made that one particular stop on our grueling trip from Illinois to Louisiana (with 4 blown tires altogether) as pleasant and as brief as possible. Much thanks and gratitude to everyone at the Purcell tire in Sikeston, MO! We are willing and actually plan to drive back there to have them take care of us for all of our RV tire needs! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Lady set my appointment, got me in and fixed my car. Technition new exactly what my electrical problem was. Fair price.I recommend them. Very friendly.
