I tried to get tires ordered and twice no tires ordered and they said they would be there a certain day but no tires. Plus I had an oil plug fall out they paid me for the oil and plug but the fact is can you trust to drive on a trip after a simple oil change. Management has gone down hill. I m so tired of their incompetence I ll drive to another Plaza Tire than use them again for anything.

Sent car in for repairs on serpentine belt. They found other things causing the belt to get bad. It's not an easy thing but they fixed everything and still got it done same day. Price was very nice. Good people. I thank them. Great job.

I gave them a three, because the one good thing was they got us in on time we had appointment. The bad thing is it took 3 1/2 hours, to get a eliminate and two tires changed out. If I had known it would so long I would have dropped it off. I would think it wouldn't so long when you have a appointment. So just be prepared for how long it may take, even with a appointment.Have a great day!

Was able to get me in on the day I called and completed everything I needed to get done on my truck in a timely fashion. Was helpful on which tires to choose and the price was very fair compared to other shops in the area. Great service from all

I had a flat tire Sunday eve and was able to get my car to plaza tire desoto and leave it in their parking lot since they were closed. I called first thing monday morning and spoke with troy to explain why my car was out in the parking lot, although I'm sure they knew by the looks of the tire but troy was so kind and a new tire put on within like 30 mins of opening. I was texted pictures of my car with a report of the inspection done. Such great customer service and I'm so thankful. Thank you troy for being so kind and thank you caleb for looking over my car.

I was just really impressed with how positive, informative and kind that Troy was. He was so good in explaining and also understanding and willing to show us the problems on the tires. It was refreshing after our experiences with another big business store.

Amazing service! The gentleman helped me to understand the issues with my car, and reassured me that it's alright that I don't know that much about cars. He knew exactly what the problems were after I clumsily explained what I experienced while driving. That man deserves a raise!

Great advice and recommendations given. And 6 months interest free financing. Can't beat that. Edit to last review a month later needed new battery and oil change. OnlY disappointment was they check air pressure on tires and that's always been included. So took away a star. Still good folks.

Stopped by with oil change coupon I got in the mail. They told me I would have to make an appointment. First available would be 2 weeks.?? For an oil change? Nobody in the shop was doing anything. Standing around. Guess they can't bother with oil changes. Wouldn't buy tires from them. Might take a year.

Bought tires there supposed to get free rotation and was charged $25. I called and they said they would credit but qiuld be at least 3 days to show. Said he Saw it but forgot.

They were extremely helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable and they also helped me open a Plaza Tire card, with no interest for 6 months, that was a definite bonus! They also walked me through what was needed and why and didn't make me feel like a dummy for not knowing, which is always appreciated

Staff (Troy) shared the purchase options with me. He contacted me when the car was ready and then arranged to leave the keys in a secret locations when I got caught in traffic and couldn't get back to the shop before closing. Thank you!
