Melissa & Nick we re absolutely wonderful helping me understand ongoing issue with my car keys. Melissa did all she could to communicate within the company for me & was able to help me properly get the help I needed as well as Nick giving me new options for the best outcome. I really appreciate all their work & not just ignoring my concerns. I 10/10 recommend this service department.

Pettus Ford was able to get my vehicle in quickly and made the repairs the next day. They were extremely helpful and the communication was great. I am a returning customer to one of your delearships, Pettus Ford in Desoto, where I am currently at for repairs to my F-150. Two weeks ago, my diagnostic stick in my truck indicated that I had a few problems with my truck to include a Fuel Inlet Filter and O2 sensor that needed replacing which was causing my engine light to come on. I ve used the dealership in Desoto before, so I called to make an appointment for the truck to get repairs and told them what the codes were and what parts to order so they were in hand for repairs, my appt was set for last Friday, September 16th at 9am. I dropped the truck off at Pettus Ford in Desoto on the 16th at 9am and got a ride to work, leaving the vehicle there.By 3pm, I called the dealer service center to get an estimate on time and bill amount. I was told that the vehicle had only just been pulled in the service center, as since I wasn t waiting with the vehicle that they had moved my appt after lunch time. They also informed me that none of the parts for repairs were on hand for the repairs, and that they had to put more gas in the vehicle to perform the needed test for the fuel inlet filter; something they didn t tell me that the vehicle fuel tank had to be at a certain level. So, essentially by the time I would return to dealership to pick up the vehicle, none of the repairs would have been performed. I was rather displeased with this outcome and asked to talk with the service center manager, whom informed me that her service guys didn t have the time left in the day or the parts available to make the repairs.So, I voiced my complete disappointment in the service rendered and how I had lost near complete faith in the establishment because they couldn t listen to the customers information to order needed parts and they knowingly lower prioritization of my vehicle simply because I wasn t physically waiting on site with it. She blamed the lack of progress on a new customer service representative but asked if I wanted to order the necessary parts and make a return appt. I agreed that the parts need to be ordered and said I d return for this service next week, same time and day. But, when I arrived the morning of just before 9am, I learned that they changed my appt to 8am and that the tech that was scheduled for my repairs was moved onto another vehicle (which I understand).I firmly ask why this is allowed, because the service and attention to detail provided by this service center at Pettus Ford in Desoto, Missouri is horrific. I ve never been more disappointed and infuriated with a service center in my life. Me and my family have proudly owned fords for decades and used several different dealer service centers across this great country. In talking to the service center manage here, she exhibits a flippant attitude towards the matter and gave the excuses of well I don t have to service your vehicle and we will try to get it in, but it may be after lunch again . I m by no means satisfied with this service and feel all people need to directly know of the total lack of initiative and customer service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto sunroof glass replacement, Auto maintenance

Replaced 3rd break light as it was collecting moisture and water.. placed warranty work in June and I called them in September to ask what the hold up was?? I was told 4-5 days to get it in . Emmm why did it take so long and you dnt have it still! I was brushed off . None the less I booked my appt on my day off and wasted a hour at the dealership .. nonetheless it s changed out and I will drive further to a different ford in the future I even saw my vehicle outside work complete and asked service is my car done ? Or waiting to go inside ???? Ohhh it is done was the response ..(eye roll) worst experience .
