Even through I was the first to pull into the garage and also had an appointment the guy decided to check in the man behind me first. I guess he didn't like to wait on a female?!?Jason on the other hand came back and immediately helped me. Very friendly, maybe he should teach the other guy some etiquette and manners. Been here before but this was very disappointingThanks to JASON, I will revise my original rating, he went above and beyond to help me out, even took the time to find my extended warranty information. Kept me informed about the progress of the repair. Friendly, with a smile on his face.Thank you Jason, you deserve a raise

My vehicle was deemed total loss so went on the hunt to find me something new and have been wanting a truck for years. So glad I decided to stay local to home they got me in a very nice used ram that I couldn t pass up only one owner and they babied the interior just like I always do. Looks runs and sounds brand new and got it a little bit under market value! Thank you Jesse!

VERY pleased with my experience with Devan Ward and Pettus CDJR in Desoto, MO! I purchased a new 2023 Frostbite Chrysler 300 Touring L, and couldn't be happier! The atmosphere at this dealership is very laid back with absolutely no pressure from start to finish.After EXHAUSTIVE research, this Chrysler 300 was the only car in its class to score top marks in all areas of reliability and owner satisfaction, when compared to ALL of the nameplates in it's class, including Japan, South Korea, and Germany, according to the leading consumer rating(s) and reviews websites.Ultimately what sold me on this vehicle wasn't the fact that this dealership priced it lower than the preowned vehicles I was looking at from the aforementioned nameplates, and that I was treated with respect; the vehicle drives and handles like a dream; quiet, composed, solid, responsive, and powerful. And I have owned Toyota, Lexus, and Acura products, so my expectations are very high. Quite simply stated this IS the car to buy and Mr. Devan Ward is the man to buy it from!!!

Super happy with my visit to their service department. Sounds weird? Maybe. But it was just regular maintenance and they didn t try and create something else that magically needed to be fixed.Jason was my service writer and he was super chill, laidback and very friendly. Made me feel like a regular and I had only been there one other time.They have tons of vehicles on the lot so I ll probably be back this summer when we start car shopping again

Was in need of a newer vehicle and was in kinda of a rush to purchase one!Went to the dealership looking to talk to Brad Coleman but he was not in on that day , so we got the option to work with his son Marcus Coleman !!!!Marcus worked his tail off to make the deal happen for us!!! I purchased my 2020 Ram truck from Jerome Copeland at Pettus automotive on the last day of 2020. Jerome made this transaction with my wife and me go very quickly. Quite frankly I ve had vehicles buying last upwards of half to a full day. Various reasons from haggling to having the right person available to finalize paperwork. Jerome made Diana and me pleased for the time it took for the purchase.Also when I picked up my truck, he helped me understand all functions available on my vehicle. I have have follow up phone calls to Jerome that s saved me time figuring it.Thanks Jerome for all your assistance

My family has purchased multiple vehicles through Pettus and they ve taken care of us since the first one. Gave me more for my trade in than I expected and added an interior exterior ceramic coat to my new truck for free. Great relationship with Randy our salesman very straight forward and helpful. My vehicle was there 3 separate occasions for servicing. Each time I expressed my concern on it being my transmission. First time they claimed it was the clutch fan, then "ordered" the part, but never did. Followed up, they stated "you don't have a clutch fan on your vehicle" and that it was "spark plugs", which were not the issue. Third time they claimed it was my turbo. Paid 3 separate diagnostic fees for them to not get it right from the get go. Took it elsewhere and it in fact is the transmission, along with the catalytic converter. Would give 0 stars if I could for their lack of customer service, professionalism, and the inability the mechanics have.

These people are extremely unprofessional. I tried to buy a Ram 1500 from them, they took my information, ran my credit then ghosted me. I called and asked for a different sales rep, or anyone to contact me and they wouldn t return my calls. Retail locations get paid for running credit apps, this feels like a scam to get money from the credit company, not an ethical dealership that wants to sell vehicles and provide excellent customer service. Be warned!

I went in to see about a trade in. Wyatt and Evan helped me out and they were amazing. I dread doing that stuff, but they were very patient, not pushy at all. They wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Darryl, who went over the financials, was also extremely helpful in making sure I understood everything and gave some very helpful tips.

From the moment I hit the button on their website to check availability on this vehicle, late on a Saturday evening, the team @ Pettus rewarded my interest with the greatest car-buying experience of my life!!! And I never even set foot in the dealership building!! I received an incredible level of communication from Kyle Steinberg from start-to-finish!! I received top dollar on my trade and got a great deal on the vehicle!! And I had the vehicle in my driveway, 750 miles away, 5 days after starting the deal and without a scratch on it!!!! And to top it all off, they shipped it to me, and picked up my trade to take it back to MO, FOR FREE!!!! I am truly blown-away with the ease of the entire experience!!!! Your team certainly takes customer service very seriously!!! I can't thank you enough!!!!

Any company that willn t stand behind its products, isn t worth dealing with!! I brought a vehicle from them and 5 days later all the lights on the dashboard came on And lost power, Pettus has not come clean yet about it or fix it!! Save your time and money!!!!!

I wasn t really in the market for a truck at this time. However, Pettus had a great deal on my dream truck. I called and talked to Brad and he was very honest and informative. He was not pushy and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Brad made it very convenient for me and I spent minimal time actually at the dealership. I highly recommend Pettus and ESPECIALLY Brad in the Ford store. Thanks for a great buying experience!
