Always have a good experience when I go to DeSoto O'Reilly's. Staff is friendly and service is quick, however it's usually busy in there on weekends though. Prices are fair with a large selection.

They got me what I need and exchanged the tools when I broke them. Even helped me carry everything I need out so I didn't need to make two trips. Better employees and customer service then AZ and AAP

Needed a hydraulic hose, took me 5 trips there for them to get the hose made correctly, then charged 90.00 for a 6' 1/4" hose.....seemed a too high to me.... not to mention the return trips after they made it wrong, BUT they were nice enough to not charge me for remaking the hose after they made it wrong twice, and then told me, how nice they were for not charging me, but 5 trips and 2 hoses later they finally got it figured out!!

David was great help with finding what I needed, however it was not going to work for the application I needed. Dylan was also very helpful and patient trying to find what I needed but to no avail. O'Reilly does a great job of hiring people that want to be there and are fairly knowledgeable in the field.

The staff was helpful and the store was clean however the pricing was a little steep for me. They had what I needed in stock but it was 20-25 dollars more than AutoZone and Wal-Mart.

I am a 67 year old woman with some health issues (which this young man knows nothing about me having) and I went to O'Reilly in DeSoto, Missouri to get a bulb for my brake light and not only did the worker (David) sell me the part, he also put it in for me! He was very polite! I wish everyone treated each other the way he treated me! I will definitely continue to trade at this store! I can't thank him enough!

Guys there are awesome! They are very helpful and are very kind. I have never seen anything like this at any other store facility restaurant text etc... Thank you O'Reilly employees! Way to go!!!

Very helpful, the employees always do their best to help. They do great when your working on a regular vehicle but struggle if you need anything for a custom application. Other than that it's my go to part store.

I needed 2 rotors resurfaced. I called ahead and they said they do it and it would be 15 dollars. I asked "Is that for both?" She replied yes. I verified and asked "So that's $15 total?" Once again, yes. When I dropped them off, I once again verified that's its $15 for both and was told yes. An hour later I came back and they charged me $30 for the two of them. It's a total bait-and-switch shop. I could have replaced them for $20 each. I'll never be back and neither should you.

They never have anything in stock.. always have to order... Hello how can I help you!Yes I need some brake pads... okay I can have them in by tomorrow evening.. ..okay what about a radiator cap..Yeah we don't have it in stock. But we can have it by monday.... they call themselves a part store.. more like a walk in to order store.. don't waist your time stopping here.. they don't have it.

Stoped in to hopefully find a fix for our ford explorer. Donald helped me.. Explained what was going on and what I think I needed. In no time flat he walked me to the exact thing I needed.. Down to earth and friendly. And it fixed my issue. Up and running.. If your in the need for auto parts and your in the area stop in and see donald or one of the other guys they will get you what you need... A+++

Had a check engine light come on. I was next door to an Auto Zone so I had them check it out. They hooked up reader but it wouldn't connect. Was told that there was a problem in the cable. Nice guy's, they tried. So I went to O'Reilly in Desoto. They hooked up their reader and it gave the same diagnosis. But their employee went the extra mile and figured out that a bad fuse to the lighter was causing the problem. Problem solved. Many thanks to Brian!! I hope that management realizes what an asset to the company that he is.

The employees are awesome and helpful, we ran into an issue with warranty brakes and they took care of it no problems. I ll definitely be getting all my parts from there!

I took a battery in to charge . It took them 2 days to locate my battery that turned out the employee over charged it and exploded my battery. They finally replaced my battery after I came in and argued with every employee there they even called me a lier and claimed I never dropped my battery off. Finally after a manager viewed security footage they figured out they were in fact at fault...if I could rate zero stars I would. Also AutoZone parts cost less and have the same replacement guarantee

Sold me the wrong part and my vehicle being disabled and no way to take the part back wouldn't take any measures to replace the item. Told me to hold it until I could make it back to return it. Jeep still disabled and no way to return the part. Not a happy customer and will never return to another O'Reilly's store again.

No communication drop batteries off to be charge called later and no one knew what was going I explained I dropped two batteries off and the second one need to be charged hour went by and they still didn't put it on charger like he said
