Rude as hell people. They just stand around, being completely helpless. Everyone there is more judgemental than the last, you can see it in all of their faces. If you need to order something you absolutely HAVE to know what you need to the last specific because these people are completely clueless and have no idea how to work on a car. Some young guy was actually doing his job, being the only person who was helpful trying to help me find a part as everyone stood and watched. Then the shipment was wrong because nobody there actually knew about cars

Fast friendly and helpful. Although they have the inability it seems to give you the right parts on the 1st try.Maybe it's me but sometimes I'd rather pay the couple extra bucks for the piece of mind, you get from a different store. 50/50 chance of getting the right parts.

Stopped in for a single item because I was in the area. walked in, got it off the shelf and was walking up to check out within probably 30 seconds of entering with not a single other customer in the building. Was looked at, not verbally acknowledged by who I'd assume would be a manager or owner, before he chose to walk into the back and left me standing there, after coming back out a minute later he shouted for someone else to take care of me still without a word to me. Poor customer service and I'd rather give LITERALLY any other store that knows how to say "hi" or "give me just a sec" my business. Good thing O'Reilly's is right down the road

Tim Portell was amazing my mother has fought for 5 months to fix her car and get the right piece she needed. Tim made sure we wasn't leaving the store without the right one. We had went to other parts stores and either didn't have the part or gave us the wrong one. Tim made sure we had the right one he was the best

Sometimes you need a special tool to get you break lines off. They had the exact wrench I needed. More for my tool collection. Hahahaha

Husband ordered a part online for curbside pickup website said the part was in stock. The store called back within 5 minutes saying part was unavailable not a big deal sometimes on hand counts do not match website. When he asked if they were going to just cancel the order and give a refund we were told they could not do so that he would have to go to the location for a refund. What company charges customers for an item they do not have then demand the customer go out of their way for a refund. I have never heard of being charged for nothing. The website even states you will not be charged until you pickup the item and any order not picked up within a certain number of days is cancelled so why can they not simply cancell the order and not charge you to begin with?. After calling the store back and asking for the corperate number they said they would refund it without having to go to the location. Now waiting to see if they actually did. This is no way to treat a customer do not charge them for an item you do not have pretty simple.

Wow horrible I tried to get brakes for my cat I asked for metallic brakes only not ceramic but they gave me ceramic anyways then tool over 30 mins for them to figure out how to give a refund really pathetic I went to ohreillys and got the right parts the first time

Great price and service! My truck battery was having some issues so I had one of the guys check my battery and found it needed to be replaced. They found me a good one in my price range and installed it for me no extra charge! I was in and out in 20 min. Thanks

Cashier so busy flirting & trying to make sales that he was not only annoying but distracting enough that he made sure to get us to spend a little more for the reward points but then didn't get our reward card info & didn't give us our receipt. Guess he's racking up reward points for himself!

Knowledgeable staff. They are often very busy, but do their best to get to everyone in a timely manner. The loan a tool service is great. You just pay for it, and get your money back when you bring it back, and if you want to keep the tool just don't bring it back and they keep your money. It's nice to have the option. Thay have most parts and materials you could need, and any fluids or other things you could need for regular maintenance of your vehicle. I love their break pads that are lifetime replacement, just buy a set, put your originals in the box and any time you need new ones just bring them down and they will give you a new set and so on and so forth. Last set of break pads you will ever have to buy for your vehicle.

If I could give this auto zone 0 stars I would. Me and my daughter went in to get a battery for her car. When we walked in not one person greeted us or even said hi. We stood in front of the check out counter waiting for someone to assist us with getting the right battery for at least 5 mins and not one person even acknowledge that we were standing right in front of them. Just a hey we will be with you in one moment would have sufficed but no nothing we eventually just walked out and took our business to Orileys. I will never do business here.

Saying that something isn't under warranty. Yet the receipt shows lifetime.. But yet. Called a different store. Magically they said that they were and replaced em. The ones at kirkwood really need to be trained and respect their customers instead of speaking in Spanish and not thinking that someone knows what they saying.

There is one or two guys there that are very helpful seems like the whole rest of the staff runs in the back so they don't have to wait on you! And while you're waiting two of them may be helping one person! They do not seem as efficient as the ones that are in the city

Update: Absolutely the best autozone in Jefferson County. Great customer service and always very knowledgeable. I've had multiple bad experiences at O'Reillys so don't go anywhere else except autozone. And no I didn't get paid to say this. If a store continues to impress me then I give back by giving a good review.

Clean store. The associates are very friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to help customers, even to the point of being in the rain under a vehicle to help. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!!!

Ordered parts on a friday, was told they would be in on Tuesday. One of them was but the other one never came in. They never called. I went in 3 times and also called 3 times. Accountability on their part really stinks. Won't be back. Oriellys Auto is just down the street and they are way nicer and easier to deal with!

Everytime you go in this store there is different people working and usually a line and a long wait! I don't know if their employee turn around is high, but seems to me they can't keep anyone long enough to know what they are doing!

Was looking to fix bracket on windshield wiper. They had part at no charge. They put it on as well. Very helpful and friendly.
