After dropping off my vehicle for an inspection and oil change, the driver side mirror adjustment box had been snapped off. on further inspection i could see the tabs that hold it on where snapped off.When i called and asked about the issue, they were very rude and told me they didn't do it. After a short conversation Tim told me I was on my own and hung up on me! I called back and he was very angry that i was calling him a "liar". He told me to never bring him a vehicle again, I wont. So now i have a broken car and if i want to fix it, it will cost more than the oil change did.

My dad was driving through on a long road trip and had a break down. This place took great care of him. They fixed his car the next day and charged a better price then he probably would have got at home. Plus they had to deal with a grumpy old man. So happy that good honest people are still out there! The car finished the road trip with no issues. Highly recommend!

I had a brake caliper seize up while on a road trip with my family. I called several different auto shops and none were able to help. Multiple shops who were unable to help recommended I contact Tim's. Tim's was able to get my car in, diagnose the issue, order replacement parts and complete the repairs allowing me to get back on the road the same day. Their price was extremely reasonable, and if I lived closer I'd certainly rely on their services in the future.

Took our vehicle there because it needed a new part. They changed the price about 5 times , each time higher and higher for the part and labor, then they didn't order the part and we had to reschedule and left us even longer and the price changed again. We finally got it done but it was quite a hassle.

He did not charge me the other day to take one shock off and try the air shock I brought. But, today when I brought new cargo springs he added that time to bill. Told me not to worry about it the other day. The price was not that bad, but it is the point of saying one thing and doing another. This is after the othet day bringing my own oil and WIX filter for oil change, telling them it was in the back seat, and they used there own oil and filter anyway. Then nearly charged me $40 plus dollars for it instead of 20. Be careful.

In the military on my way to new duty station. I noticed smoke coming from my vehicle. Found Tim's garage, got there before he opened up. He arrived and I explained the situation. He was more than happy to take a look. Found the problem and he opened shop and got me right in. Great Guy...very professional ...got me out of a jam.

Been here since 12:01pm on monday august 6th and have not been able to find anyone in the shop. Tried calling and walking around abd saying "hello" finally someone opens a door somewhere in the building and yells "we are all at lunch come back at 1pm" then hear door slam shut. Mind you the hours posted on the door do not show they are closed for lunch at all, plus there is no sign saying out for lunch will be back at __time either. This will be the last time I ever come back to this garage.

They are honest enough, and do well on common and repetitive tasks. However, they are not good diagnosticians. they take longer than they should (in my opinion) to complete more complicated tasks.

Rip off artist. Mechanics don't know what they're doing. Tim doesn't even do anything. Don't know how to diagnose problems. Just sell you stuff you don't need.
