New Years Eve around noon were 2 mi into a trip south when a dashboard indicator light came on. Unsure if we should continue our journey without damaging the engine we pulled into the Cuba MO store and received immediate attention by employee Brenyne? sp? Using an analyze meter that he plugged under the dash, he gave us an idea of what might be wrong and reset the dash indicator light to see if the problem light would persist. At no charge! We turned around and drove home without worry. Thanks so much for your help!

Absolutely 100% 5 stars for trying to help a lady trucker get out of the mud!! Delivery was free to the friggin' TA truckstop I may never set a tire in again!!!

Employees have no Idea what is in there store , never have things in stock always have to order simple things that should be in stock . Or if it is in stock you have to find it yourself. Very unprofessional. Would rather shop at Napa 15 miles away when my local store is 1/2mile donw the street . Very disappointed with this place.

What a joke! Called yesterday for a part I needed but of course they didn't have it. So the person I talked to said they could order it and it would be here the next day. Go up there the next day and talked to the same person as yesterday and they said it wasn't ordered and blamed it on someone else! And the price more than doubled from the day before!!! Not happy with them at all!!

Have been a frequent customer here for many years. Increasingly the service has gotten worse. Today I waited in line for 15 minutes. 5 employees there and only one was helping customers while they others just stood around. I left and will take my business elsewhere

My experience in a nut shell - "Great Service! Great guys! The right parts the first time!" Details about my experience - I was driving out of state in my 2000 Yukon XL when my drive belt tensioner pulley packed it in. I found a safe place to pull over with my wife, 3 year old son, 10 month old daughter, and dog in the summer sun and June humidity. After doing a quick search on my phone, I realized I was only 5 miles from the town where the O Reilly Auto Parts store was located. After two hours went by, Uber was no help (my guess is there was no money in picking myself up from where my Yukon broke down) and AAA made me a low priority (again, my opinion) as I was stopped off the highway in a safe place . O Reilly Auto Parts store to the rescue. They had the right parts in stock for the repair for my 2000 Yukon XL; an employee volunteered his time, vehicle, and fuel to pick and drop me off; and the manager was thoughtful enough to upgrade the parts that I purchased to lifetime warranty . I told the manager over the phone about my situation (i.e. out of state and roasting in the midday sun of Cuba MO with my family and dog) and his response could have been go pound sand buddy . Instead, these guys at this O Reilly store went above and beyond the call to help my family get back on the road. A HUGE shout out for O Reilly Auto Parts store in Cuba, MO THEY ROCK!!

I called was VERY clear about what I was looking for, they said they had it.Gave me a price. When I arrived I was told they didn't carry the item.I wish I had wrote down the person's name I spoke with I would've had a talk with that person's manager.( as if it would've done ANY good) I wasn't happy. I took my business to American Auto & got what I was looking for. At a MUCH lower price.

The employees are always so nice when you walk in. They stop what they are doing to say hello to you. It's a busy spot in this small town. The employees get you what you need and are very polite.

The store is newly renovated and looks much nicer than before, but when i went in to rent a fuel pressure test kit they only had two employees working and had a line nearly 20 minutes long. Also when I got the kit home and went to use it, I discovered it was missing nearly halve of the adapters, the test leads, and a few other parts as well.

They were awesome!! Very helpful and friendly!! My boyfriend and I were on a trip and needed antifreeze and without asking the gentleman came out and put it in our car! Wonderful staff!

Car broke down on our way from the upper peninsula of Michigan down to Arkansas. Jeff went out of his way to help us and work on our car in 21 degree weather. Super friendly employees and very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Jeff you restored our faith in humanity!

Went there for help on refilling my ac not knowing what I was doing and the 1st lady that came out told me the wrong place to put the refill then walked away.... then the 2nd person we went to for help came out and said she was wrong pointing us to the right spot then walked away... we tried hooking it up and refilling but it would take any of it. Neither of the employees took the time to make sure we had it or understood....

They do good work tires brakes check engine for oil radiator washer fluid and transmission fluid and inspection for vehicles they do a good job

Dylan helped us evaluate the problem with our truck battery and replaced it. He also gave us some advice for our heater problem. He is awesome! Would have liked to get a smile! :-)

From the so called (NON) manager Tim on down this sorry store could screw up a 1 car funeral. Tim will straight up lie to you and say he ordered your part when infact he did not. He will not visually double check his inventory before telling you via phone "yeah I have it in stock" when infact someone sold that part and did not take the sold part out of computer. He has a smart a## attitude also. Distric manager has been notified more than once about Tim and yet this incompetent person is still running a rudderless ship into the ground. Theres only 1 person in all the staff that knows parts, the stores operating system and has common sense. His name is Benni. Never an issue when this guy works. I call to see if Benni is working. If not I do not go into that cluster squank at all. Tim has got to go!

Ordered a part for my car paid $215 for it had to wait 5 days for it to come in and when it did it was the wrong part they ordered the wrong part so had to send it back in and wait another 5 days for it to get to me I just hope it's the right one this time I'm tired of getting pulled over for my break light being busted
