I can't say enough good things about Cowtown USA. We live in San Diego, California and have been looking for a toy hauler for over 6 months. We found the perfect one at Cowtown USA Missouri. We talked to Rick the owner because yes, he answers the phone at his own business. He made us feel very comfortable about driving clear across the country to get the perfect trailer. We worked out all the details with Scott in sales over the phone and email. Scott was awesome! So when we arrived everything would be ready for us. You have to have a lot of trust to drive over 1600 miles for a trailer. It was a pretty flawless transaction. There were a few hiccups with the options on the trailer but Rick and his staff made sure everything was right before we left the dealership. Michael was great in showing us around the trailer plus Chris and Scott made sure everything was good before we head out on the road. Rick and Scott both called to check up on us as we head back to the West Coast. Rick runs a good honest dealership! Thank you Cowtown USA and your wonderful staff for making our dreams come true!!!

We were looking for a horse trailer and they have many brands and configurations to choose from.We'd researched them a lot on the Internet before making our trip. On arrival the sales staff were friendly and answered all our questions. They discussed pros and cons of the different options for what we were looking for based on our need. In the end, we left that day with a trailer. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.

I went on there website to find what would be the perfect used horse trailer for me and my husband however we are from Ohio so we would be traveling almost 10 hours to pick up. My husband made the trip over the weekend only to show up and find they did not clean/detail the trailer like they had promised. They knew for over a week we were coming to get this trailer however seems the people working there are lazy. Not to mention even though workers were not busy helping others, it still took almost 45min for someone to help my husband sign the papers. Plus Id hoped they be transparent about any issues with this trailer considering we were out of state but they were not. The only solution they had to the living quarter trailer door not lining up correctly was cut the frame. Also after getting it home we also found mold in the fridge/freezer and the black tank was over half way full with the last owners excrement. Not a good experience here and not happy with how we were treated especially spending a large amount on a living quarter horse trailer. I m just glad the cowtown vinyl stickers they put all over the trailer were easy to remove as I don t want to be walking advertisement for them. Would not recommend this place.

We recently purchased a used motorcycle from Doug. I have purchased many vehicles in my time and I must say this was by far the most pleasant transaction I have ever had. Absolutely no surprises and we were in and out in no time because they had all the paperwork ready before we arrived. Thank you all the staff at Cowtown!!!

My daughter and I have been searching for our dream trailer for a while now. We knew exactly what we wanted and there were many options available to purchase all across the US. We found the best fit for us at Cowtown USA and they were so prompt, helpful and friendly. There were a few minor modifications we asked them to do to the trailer prior to us picking it up. We traveled 830 miles one way and they had it all cleaned up and everything ready to when we got there. They worked around our schedule which saved us a lot of time and headache. I would 100% purchase another trailer from them again and recommend them to anyone in the market for a new trailer!

Good selection of large horse trailers not many 2 or 3 horse. Staff was very friendly and helpful Would try again. Inside display area needs to be cleaned up and more appealing.

I bought my first side by side and trailer at Cowtown USA a couple of weeks ago. I would HIGHLY recommend Cowtown! The sales staff (specifically Brian Greer) was extremely helpful through the entire process.The finance department was very friendly and knowledgeable!When I picked it up, they welcomed us in like they knew us! Thats the kind of service you want when you are making a big purchase. I will tell anyone that lives in St. Louis to make the trip to Cuba to buy their off road vehicle here. This place is AWESOME!Thank you so much guys! I will be a lifelong customer!

BUYER BEWARE. Don t make the same mistake I made.Responding to their ad on Horsetrailer World I called CowtownUSA in Cuba, Missouri. Jack, a Cowtown salesman, and I discussed the possibility of a trade in. I sent pictures and video of my really old and well used 1999 Hart trailer to Jack, drawing attention to several defects.In our conversation I made clear to Jack that I wasn t interested in hauling out to Missouri unless I had a hard number on what my old trailer would bring.Jack assured me that he understood.A few days later Jack called me back. Jack said something like "How does $25,000 for your trailer sound?"Jack s offer wasn t We ll give you up to 25,000 . There was no subject to inspection reservation with the offer.It was a hard $25,000 on trade.The only caveat was that I would have to pay an additional $250 Missouri transfer tax.Jack s offer sounded good to me and I accepted.As I understood it, I had a telephone "handshake" deal with Cowtown. That is Cowtown s asking price on a new trailer plus $250 Missouri transfer tax minus $25,000 trade on my old, well used trailer.On that basis I deposited $500 down and confirmed our agreement in a text.Here s what I wrote: Good morning Jack. I m sending the $500 non refundable deposit on the Merhow vin ending in 031466 for pick up on 10/17 at price of $89,995 minus $25000 for my 1999 Hart (2004 build out year) taken in trade. ($64995 + $250 MO transfer due). I appreciate getting the deal done and look forward to meeting you on Tuesday. Jack didn't dispute the terms. Again, Cowtown didn't add an inspection reservation or "We ll give you up to $25,000" language.Jack simply replied: Thank you very much See you on Tuesday. Thereafter Cowtown s office staff sent me the following message: Please let us know how you would like this titled/registered. Include the name(s), address, and an email address. Thanks. With that message I was further reassured that the numbers were good.I mean, why would Jack have Cowtown s office staff begin titling a trailer to me if we were still negotiating?I called and gave Cowtown the titling information.Thereafter, banking on what I understood to be Jack's word and Cowtown s agreement, I emptied my old, well worn trailer and hauled five hours to Cuba, Missouri.Once I got to Cuba, Missouri Cowtown s tune changed.Rather than first show me my new trailer, Jack and another Cowtown employee walked through my very old and well used trailer.Guess what happened next. Yup. Jack and his partner picked the old trailer apart. Its as if they were looking for stuff that was wrong. Of course they found it - its an old, used trailer after-all.Using the condition of a well worn floor as an excuse, Jack broke his word. Cowtown reneged on the trade value. Jack wanted to renegotiate.That left me with nothing else to discuss. I had been played. Having been played I wasn t interested in renegotiating the deal.As far as I'm concerned Cowtown broke our deal. To me that's unethical.I demanded the return of my deposit and left.Since I was in the area I stopped at Jim s trailers, also in Cuba, to have a look at their product line. They sell a different brand of trailer.I talked trade with them too.Jim s inspected my old trailer. On the spot Jim s offered me $25,900 in trade on a trailer in the same price range as the one over at Cowtown. That tells me that there is $25,000 in value in that old, used trailer of mine.Putting it all together, it seems Cowtown is willing to lure trade in buyers to Missouri and then chisel them down when they get there.That ain t right.Lesson learned I guess.

Highly recommend speaking with Jack if you're researching any of the trailers they carry. We're soon to be in the market for a new toyhauler. Jack answered all of our questions and went the extra mile in showing us some other options to think about with a no pressure approach. We will be trying to work with him in the future!

3 days of owning this trailer and I still can t believe it s mine! I came to Cowtown with a mindset to buy one trailer and decided to look around just to see. Cowtown took what I wanted and led me straight to the trailer of my dreams! The service was phenomenal and these guys truly care I could of cried and hugged everyone and I was only there for an hour! Hands down this is the business I will be purchasing any other trailers from in the future.

We made an appointment with Chris in the service dept three weeks out to take our 2020 Merhow trailer in for a few items to be looked at that were still under warranty and to have the wheel bearings checked and packed and tires rotated. They had our trailer for a month before we called to inquire and was told they had been pulling it in to work on it but had to repeatedly take it back out for service to other trailers that had appointments. We when questioned Chris that we had an appointment also, we were informed these other services were from sales. Apparently sales takes precedent over service to those who have already made their purchase.We picked up our trailer after six weeks and was told that the warranty items in question were fine. Paid for packed wheel bearings and tire rotation. The next day after we got the trailer home, we noticed one of the rear tires was worn bald on the inside tread and was upset nothing was said to us. Called Chris to inquire and he was going to talk to his tech and get back to us. Didn't hear from him so called the next day and was told he had forgotten to ask but the tech was there today and would inquire today. He called back and said the tech had told him but he was busy at the time and didn't hear him mention it. In addition, the electric awning that we had them look at due to slow rotation now has a hitch when rolling it out and a lot of creaking rolling out and closing. Regardless, the trailer left after questionable service. We asked if this tire might be an axle issue and would it be covered under warranty and was told no. We then asked for a quote on replacing this axle and to date, we still have not gotten a reply and it has been five days now. Needless to say we have lost all trust and respect for the service side of Cowtown USA and will not be using their services any longer.

Wonderful people & excellent customer service as well. Drove all the way from Indiana to here to pick up my Spyder and the staff was very friendly to me and my boyfriend from the time that we walked in! I love the Spyder by the way y all!

Best place to buy a horse trailer. They have all kinds. People are fantastic. Jack is the best. Never any pressure and they know their trailers. Must go see them

Bought our first horse trailer here to pull with our first diesel truck. We traded in a utv as well. From the power sports salesman appraising the trade-in, to Shawna and team handling the titles and transaction - Chris and the guys in the service/delivery department patiently answering all of our questions and sorting out all the little bits - all the way to Rick the owner (I believe was the gentleman's name) explaining how a gooseneck works to us and getting it all sorted out. 10/10 will do business again. Fantastic business run by people who know what they are doing, and care. Thank you.

Had purchased 2 trailers and a truck from Rick in the past that we were extremely happy with. Today purchased another horse trailer. Had extras added. Everything was installed extremely well. A big thank you to Jack (our salesman) for putting up with all my changes. The girls were so professional and friendly doing the paper work. Upon leaving Rick prayed with us. I recommend this dealership they don't try to sell you something you don't want just to make a sale. They try to find the best to fit your needs that you are looking for. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Even the man who hooked us up was so helpful asking if we needed anything else he could help with. I give them a 10/10. Thank you Cowtown USA team!

Great Service! These guys offer some of the best service around. Bought my boat from them two years ago and had a great experience. Fast forward to today. My boat engine was loosing power, I called and they let me know that they had been booked up on repairs for sometime, but for me to bring it in so they could take a look. Service department treated me like a valued customer, and took my boat in right away. Bo and Mark were extremely attentive and went out of their way to get my boat checked out. This was extremely beneficial since I live about an hour and a half away. They were busy with a ton of service, but took the time to look at my boat and determine if it could be fixed quickly. The technician Mark, diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair the issue. Engine was not throwing codes, but Mark was able to diagnose based off of years of experience. I can't say enough about his attention to detail and customer service.I was fixed and back out on the road in about an hour. I can't say enough about how good I was treated, and how great their team is. I am definitely recommending them if your looking for a boat, ATV, or trailer. Thanks guys.

I have read the reviews on this place and I can tell you my experience with this place was top notch. They listened to what I was looking for and showed me exactly what I wanted. There was no high pressure. The price was fantastic. I had heard from people how high this place was. The thing I think they are getting wrong saying this is they are not comparing apples to apples. The quality products this place sells is far better than the cheaper places have. The trailer I purchased was so well built for the price. It was not much different in price than a cheaper built unit and this one will last longer and has better capabilities than others I looked at. I was treated like one of the family while there. I will be back for future purchases. The people who wondered around the lot for twenty minutes before leaving and saying they won't wait on you, please know this is not a high pressure place. They will not hound you to buy. If you are interested you need to initiate the contact so they know you are serious. There are a lot of people who like the ability to look around without being hounded. I just went in and told them what I was looking for and they showed it to me and I asked the price and after they told me the price I said I will take it. No problems.

I made a deal to trade horse trailers with the folks at Cowtown during the week of July 8, 2019. THe problem was I was located in eastern montana and I was needing to use the trailer the week of July 15, 2019. So I put my trust in Cowtown based on the great conversations I had over the phone with them. The morning of July 13th, I took off and headed east on I94 an evening destination planned to be KANSAS CITY, MO. I arrived there shortly after midnight. We found a hotel and stayed overnight.The next morning, I got up and had breakfast took off and headed towards Cuba, MO. I started sending text messages to my salesman and told him we should be there by 11:00AM. I THINK I arrived about 11:20 after one wrong turn. WHEN WE PULLED IN, THE SALES manager or owner was there waiting for us. We talked through the deal again and went inside to take care of paperwork.We completed this in 15 minutes then went out to unhook our trade and hookup the new trailer. We were alll hooked and ready to go in 15 more minutes. I was back on the interstate headed west shortly there after. I could not talk more highly of a dealer. Everyhting was as expected when I arrived. No surprises on price or trade in or anything. Cowtown is a top notch dealer. They were 1150 miles away but would be a reccomended go to trailer dealer to work with. Excellent folks

Great experience. Purchased a 2021 Can Am Outlander Max Xt 850 which I had ordered. I was kept in the loop from the time it was ordered, updates, and once it arrived when it would be ready to pick up. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend Cowtown to anyone looking to purchase a atv or side-by-side.

My husband and I got a BRAND NEW can am side by side last year (2021) . They told us we get 1 FREE maintenance. My husband took off work to take it in today and they charged him $218 for the oil change. Said that a free maintenance wasn t in our paper work! You mean to tell me I paid $20,000 for a side by side and we don t get a free oil change like they said? RIDICULOUS! We also bought a 2022 trailer to haul the side by side on . They don t honor their word. We will NEVER be back to cowtown! And .. we we bought our side by side cowtown took it upon themselfs to put COWTOWN USA stickers ALLOVER my side by side for free advertising .:
