Do not buy a car from this place. Absolutely not. I just bought a vehicle from here not even a month ago and the transmission is out in it. I paid $4,500 for the car. Went up there to see if they would help. They told me they would help. I believed them then they started forwarding my calls to their voicemails do not buy anything from this dealer. I have to replace the transmission that's going to cost me $3,100

I got a 2009 Volvo from here and im so happy i did. We had a hard time finding something in our price range. They had a great car and the owner was really upfront about everything. My husband and I will go back in the future

Have had my car since April doing repairs. Owner sold me the wrong motor and refuses to refund my money. Thier mechanic has lied about repairs. "Fixed" my truck without authorization. Hope you have a lawyer if you shop/spend money here! I have pages of texts from mechanic and 2nd mechanic from thier contradicting each other. See ya in court boys!Positive reviews must be friends!!!

So I m gonna be honest never been here before but my fianc� has he wasn t impressed with the looks of the vehicles he was looking at but what he and I both can t understand is the way they are talking to the people who leave bad reviews because those people aren t happy with the service or vehicles they recieved or purchased I work in the service industry and I m appalled by the way they talk to people I m surprised they are still in business

What a terrible business wants to get on Facebook and call people morons for putting a offer in on vechiles definitely don't recommend this place at all. And before you go to respond I have pictures of what you said.

they were an absolute pleasure to work with! Made sure my payments stayed close to what I wanted them to be got a great vehicle! Definitely recommend these guys as far as I m concerned. Way they helped me I would definitely buy another vehicle from these guys!

I was waiting to leave a report because we were supposed to get a call from the manager but since that didn't happen I'll gladly leave one now! These people are CROOKS! We just bought a car haven't had it for even 2 weeks and it's been in the mechanics twice!! We have spent $1,000 already to fix it and still have $500 more to put into it! We weren't even told about the warranty we could purchase until after the fact we left the loft with it. I do not recommend this place at all. They say they will help anyway they can but here we are still no call and still no title to the car that we were told we would have in 2 weeks but that was a lie because they still didn't have the title from the state. So no this isn't spam I was waiting to see of of they'd have the decency to call back like promised. This car should have been thoroughly checked before selling but it obviously was not

We purchased a car there for our daughter a few weeks ago. The price was incredibly fair, the car is in exceptional condition, and the interior was practically spotless! The paperwork was quick and easy, and the warranty options offered were very reasonable. Overall we were very impressed with not only the car itself, but also the friendly, helpful, honest staff and how quickly they were able to get us in the car and on with the rest of our day.

Staff was nice up until we left the lot. Took almost a month to get our title from them, called many times only to be told that they did not know where it was, husband called and complained and all the sudden the title was in the safe. Also when you re on the phone with a customer it would be smart not to run your mouth in the background. Would never return or recommend this dealership. Also, the comments on the reviews of anything less than 5 stars says a lot. Rude and disrespectful staff.Also he s right, my name wouldn t come up in his system, my husbands would though

I was sitting there with my fiance for over 2 hrs. The manager took our money and left with his dog. The manager didn't even come back with receipt after making a payment. The manager Larry is horrible to his employees that were nothing but nice and great to us. The manager would not give our money back for the car we should of left with. We waited till the place closed and the manager never came back. Thankfully my mother is a lawyer and I am suing. now the manager is treating me like he is a teenager. Threatened me because I want to speak to the owner. There's my review, Larry.

Worked with him in the past and my mom bought a couple cars from him. He tells you everything he knows about the vehicle and gives you a fair price. Even works with you on payments sometimes. They have good vehicles and are nice and honest about it. Definitely a good place to go look for a new used ride.

Very helpful and informative staff. They were able to get me into an affordable car with very little down and affordable payment plan. They were also happy to explain in detail the entire financing process to a first timer. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends interested in buying a gently used vehicle or a fixer upper.

They're good with appearance of the vehicles, and treatment of the customers. But the liquids of the vehicles are drained. There was no Anti-Freeze, No gas, barely any oil. You'll be lucky to take the car off the lot without a problem in the next month. Both myself and several friends have bought vehicles from there, all of which have thrown red flags. Out of the 5 of us that bought from this dealership, mine is the longest standing at 2 years with 4 trips to the mechanics. When people on here are honest and say, don't go here. They are being true. Take this as a sign, do not go here for your vehicles or you'll fall down the pit the rest of us were tricked into. All of my hose clamps are rusted, (Surprised they're even on still, its that bad), part of my heat shield is literally dusting itself away from existence. The last 2 vehicles myself and my co-workers had noticed that my car, keep in mind not even 10 years old, is showing the same problems of multiple failures, and that my vehicle is ready to blow. It overheats to an insane amount, which was not mentioned in the vehicle record list, or by the dealers. I understand the dealers won't be honest about it, but even in the records? Seriously?? Find a new place to get your vehicles, because here is NOT the place.

Run from this place! They are so rude and arrogant. I went to look at a Ford Raptor they had for sale. Once I pulled in and started looking at it, there was rust all over it. Everything underneath was completely covered in rust very bad, not just normal rust but chunks were rusting off. There were large holes at the bottom of the door from rust. It was horrible. Out of curiosity I went in to see how much they wanted, they wanted $14,500 for it! When I laughed and said it was all rusted it out underneath he arrogantly said well it appraises for $17,000 online. Ha yeah maybe for one that isn t full of rust. He then rudely said BYE and turned away from me. Any place like this that would sell a vehicle in this bad shape that is just waiting for MAJOR mechanical problems isn t a trust worthy dealership. Also, look at all of his responses to and reviews that he does like. That should say a lot about the kind of person he is..

Easiest buying experience ever. My wife got a great car at a great price. We will be buying a second car from them in just a couple months. The team goes above and beyond working out any kinks before you know they are kinked. They work for you and with you. Mike is funny and made what can be nerve wracking easy and smooth. Highly recommend!

Larry is a nice person but i am 12 years old i am the mechanic kid but not the thing but Larry is a nice man but sometimes he is mad but i help him and nice with him and also i have been there for 2 years with my father so i help my dad and i help Larry and my dad but not the thing i am there because my dad needs my help because my dad has something called i have no clue what it is but i have to help but when i get my own time i do my own thing but when i help my dad i can�t do my own thing but when i have my own time i do my thing but that is not the thing but Larry is so nice and helpful and sweet and he is not a bad person

I met the owner and his mother and both were very pleasant. I ended up buying a good looking pickup truck. But I soon learned that looks can be deceiving and dangerous. Whenever I went to have the truck inspected the shop informed that the frame posed a serious hazard to the road traffic and it's occupants. Turns out the truck's frame was severely rusted and completely unstable. Thing is the owner knew the truck wasn't safe. So he ripped me off and nearly killed me in the process. If a warranty is available for EVERY VEHICLE as you claim in your response; what prevented me from receiving said warranty? Also, market value assessments for vehicles are never blanketed. These values are however, always based upon marketable variables which are subject to changes from vehicle to vehicle. Plus, as a consumer shopping for a vehicle at a car lot such as TLC, the value of the transmission alone seems highly irrelevant. Although, such information may be priceless at a junkyard, of course. So if that's what you're running why not say so: "TLC Junked Cars?"

TLC Motors lied to me about the condition of the car. I told them the low tire pressure was on, and they said it was broke, which it wasn't. They sent me home with a flat tire, with 7PSI in it, knowing I drove 3 hours there. When I called them they didnt care, since they already had my money. They told me the car had AC but it actually had a massive leak, they put enough freon on it to make it seem like it was fine. Very VERY disappointed. I've never been so disrespected.** I was NEVER given any options other than buying an overpriced warranty. But they still said nothing was wrong with the car and that was a lie! I was never told I could bring it to a mechanic before buying and couldn't if I wanted to because the car was on Empty and they refused to put gas in it.**

Just bought my 2006 Silverado from them this afternoon. Upfront, honest, and did everything they could to get me the best deal. Was able to get my truck financed well within budget, and they even filled the gas tank before handing me the keys to my ride. Definitely recommend, and will be the first place I go when looking for my next used vehicle.

I had a great experience shopping for my kia optima at TLC Motors! They gave me a great deal and the process was quick and easy with absolutely no hassle. They were even nice enough to leave me with a full tank of gas since i drove about an hour from St. Louis. Highly recommend!

If possible ask for Nick, good guy. No pressure and very fair. I got a great vehicle at a good price...was as painless as it could be. Not all used car dealers are created equal...TLC is a step above in my opinion.

Enjoyed my visit at TLC. I was with my nephew while he was buying a vehicle.Keith, Larry and the staff were very welcoming.I would highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for a used car. They make it happen!!
