Fantastic service, fantastic prices, I am beyond pleased with the quality work. I reached out for a quote, received a prompt response from Amanda, and was able to get my windshield replaced on the same day. Amanda is so sweet, and I learned so much about windshield's that I never knew while waiting. FANTASTIC local business that knows what they are doing, who put safety and quality FIRST for their customers. Go here for your glass needs.

I could not be more pleased. The pricing was better than any other I found in the area. They came out to us, quite a long distance, and didn't charge an exorbitant travel fee. They were able to get to us early and did the work quickly and professionally.Thank you. Will recommend.

Steve and Amanda at MasterTech Autoglass are incredible to work with. The quoting and installation process were very straightforward and timely. After they installed my new windshield, I ended up with a chip. I sent a quick text and was scheduled the next day to have it repaired. You can't even tell it happened. Definitely give them a try next time you're in need!

I had my windshield replaced with them and they couldn t have been better to work with. My schedule changed multiple times and I had to cancel my appointment and they were so gracious and even stayed after hours to help me. These are great people who really care for their customers. Would recommend to anyone they go above and beyond and do a great job.

Our insurance guy referred us to them, since our deductible way most likely more than a replacement. We priced a name brand place and then called Mastertech to try and support a small business. Can I seriously take a sec to tell everyone or my experience at master tech glass in crystal city they are in the old Purcell building ....they are magical what would have cost me over 2000.00 dollars in window motors and back class repair I have spent half that amount ... not only did I save money they were so fast and kind.... not only his wife Amanda but Steve her husband the owner as well is simply a pleasure ....please let's keep these people in business they are amazing and no I do not know them personally but they are a rare breed and deserve business and support in my eyes

I love the service.I had to replace a back drivers side window and looking at most places, the prices was insane. Their prices are very reasonable for the work. It didn't that long to do it. I can't say a bad thing about the whole experience from the updates on the window from the time it arrived at the shop. They did a fantastic job on my windshield! Friendly receptionist and a knowledgeable staff that got me in and out. Not the cheapest or the most expensive but fair in today's economy. Would use them again.

I recommend these folks. After I asked for an estimate, I got an immediate response via text message. They quickly handled the insurance side, and within a day, they showed up at my workplace to replace the windshield. Aside from my broken window disappearing, I couldn't even tell that they had worked on my car. If there was any mess, they entirely cleaned it up, even perfectly reapplied my safety inspection sticker. They made the whole experience entirely hassle-free. It was easy to schedule a replacement windshield. I decided to have it done at their spacious facility and they completed the job on time (about 1 hour). This is the 2nd windshield they did for us.

Great experience. Quick to schedule the repair, verified the appointment time and arrived on time. The tech who arrived was kind and professional. Work was completed and the broken glass was vacuumed up ( as best as can be expected). It s broken glass it goes everywhere. Will use this business again (hopefully don t need to). Got a quote online and they replied within an hour. Called to set up appointment and they were very flexible with scheduling a time for me to drop my car off. The staff was very knowledgeable and made the process super easy. I HIGHLY recommend Master Tech!!! From setting up my appointment, to the very end, I am VERY satisfied!!!!! The lady who made my appointment was very friendly, and answered all my questions throughly. The gentleman who replaced my windshield was by himself, and very friendly. He kept me updated on the process, and was very professional. Recommend this place over ANY place for your glass needs.

I have been to Master Tech twice now for my windshield repair. The service was quick and I was so impressed with the knowledge and service that Steve provided. He also found the root cause of an issue that my dealership did not. I had a really hard time finding a place to fix my window asap and they got me in the next day! The service only took about 30 minutes which was very convenient. Everyone was super friendly and they did an excellent job putting my new window in and took time to vacuum out any left over glass. My windshield randomly cracked in a circle, the size of a beach ball. They were able to give me a quote (which was $400 lower than safelite), give me info on recalibrating my windshield, and saved my info for when I was able to come in. My insurance called them, exchanged info and it was fixed 2 weeks later. The process took 2.5 hours which was way shorter than I expected. Everyone was so nice and helpful and I'm so happy I went here. It's close to home, a local business, and they take pride in their work. Thanks guys I'll definitely be back!

I chipped husbands windshield and didn t repair right away, resulting in spider cracks on whole windshield. Was referred to this business by a friend. Called Tuesday, windshield replaced Wednesday and waiting one short hour while they repaired my vehicle. Even vacuumed out my truck when done :)Great service!
