Fantastic customer service. The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made buying my wifes engine a little less painful lol. Great company, great service, quick delivery, and reasonably priced.

I went here to get wheel for my Chevy Cruze the customer service was spot on he was very nice he made sure I had to right part for my vehicle and shipping was fast I definitely recommend coming here.

Awesome place with great prices. Helped us out when we had a tire separate. They don't mount them but gave us a great price on a used one and referred us to Doug Perry towing that hooked us up. Can't thank them enough

Good lightly used ties for wife's jeep at a great price. Bought a rebuilt motor once with good warranty and it worked like a charm. When trying to stay mobile choose the place that rhyme with my mom N----'$ name.

Derek and Cody did a tremendous job helping out me and my customers who were looking for a factory radio replacement. These guys are Great! I 1st started buying recycled antifreeze there years ago..I'm a woman who still does minor repairs on my own vehicle n also for friends who need assistance. I'm always satisfied by the parts, warranty and ESPECIALLY the service! The prices at Yanceys has saved me Thousands over the years! Thanks Fellas!

1st of all not affiliated with yancey, matter a fact found them on the web by accident. Called and talked with cody, OUTSTANDING!!!, customers service, great prices, parts are perfect. I flip vehicles and have found my new goto. So happy I found yancey.

I've used Yancy 3 times now to find parts for my vehicles. 2 of these were for tail light assemblies that had been broken. Online searches for both had the cost well over $200 but Yancy's had them for just over $100 in one case and $50 in another. Then I needed a spare tire doughnut for my wife's van. Again, online I could only find out of stock for used with prices over $200. The dealer wasn't sure he get one, so I tried Yancy's, not only did they have 2 in stock, they only cost 1/3 of what was offered online. The only down side is that they are always busy on the phone or with other customers doing searches but since they always seem to have what I need at a good price, this does not surprise me and I'm willing to wait.

I always look here first for quality used tires. I can usually find the size I need. The staff is so nice and helpful.

This guys helped me to get an IMA battery for my 2006 honda civic hybrid. 6 months warrant still no issue after 9months. Staff are so helpful. Thank u so much

very poor customer service! When you buy something they charge you a core charge up front and tell you they will pay when they pick it up and they do not. When I called and asked about it their response was and "that's not gonna happen" very sad!!! I would buy from ANYONE but these clowns.

My friend bought a tire and had mounted through Yancey's Auto and Doug Perry towing and the new tire has gone flat Doug Perry would not fix it they did not give a work order reciept

Cheapest on used parts in town time and time again. 1 day turn around for them to pull it and bring it to the store. Staff is very helpful.

Found an alternator for $60 with a $10 core charge when i called other Auto parts stores therer prices where crazy . lowest in town . Saved a tone of money

If you need a part yes it's a place and you can't go wrong with the price they've always done me right call them first before you buy a part anywhere
