I went in on a Saturday 8am and they had 1 workerSo I scheduled an appointment Sunday 8am. I came in on Sunday. They had two workers this time,but could not get to my car. I rescheduled for the following Saturday 8am. This time when I got there they had workers, but not the tires I was priced an amount for. They had tires that were going to cost me a extra $100. Needless to say I will not return here for tires.

I d give this 0 stars if I could. I couldn t even be seen. They close at 7-8pm. I get there at 4:30 & they said they re closed/stop taking people at 4. How do you close FOUR HOURS early?! I can see 30 minutes before but 4 hours?! An oil change is 20 minutes . The only appointments they take are for tire changes. So if you can t handle the appointments plus 20 minute oil changes then what are you here for? Trash

Called and asked for help and had questions and they hung up on me after I told them I was in their parking lot. What is that? This place is an absolute joke and whoever answered the phone should be fired immediately. Terrible customer service. People in the parking lot were more helpful than that employee. Do not ever come to this auto center for any sort of help.

If I could give them zero stars or a negative rating I would I called four times got put on hold four times and nobody answered or came back to help me while I was on the phone. I stood on the phone each time I got put on hold for 10 minutes plus. Their customer service is trash. I understand it s Walmart and I shouldn t expect anything but that but still this is literally the most piss poor customer service I ve ever received in my life from Walmart. The lady would answer the phone take the tire size that I needed and then leave the phone on the counter for me to hear her talk to her, her coworkers, while she s not helping me at all her name is Sandra or Sasha or something stupid

I went to have an oil change, and received subpar service. I notched the oil filter, so I would know if they changed it. After I got my car back. I looked under my car and felt around the oil filter to see if the oil filter was new and felt the notch I put on the oil filter.

We're to start.. Front desk for automotive was excellent. 4 Tires being put on took about 2 hours. Now when I go to retrieve the car, The shop mechanics forgot to give me back my old tires as requested. I go to the front desk again.. they take me back to the shop area to tell the mechanics. Then the mechanics proceed to Complain and Use profanity over a customer wanting there property. We about get into a argument over his demeanor and aggression. Moving on I get the tires but then am told we're my TMPS reset is. Find out they messed up atleast one of my sensors , now I have to get it fixed. Honestly do expect some shotty work for the price they charge here. There understaffed across Columbia at every Walmart.. Those that are there are under mountains of stress. No excuse to start arguments and break things on our vehicles tho!

Extremely rude and crude staff; acted as though I inconvenienced them by bringing them business and just an overall poor experience. They also did not rotate my tires as requested, but did attempt charging me for a tire I didn't even buy (much more expensive than what I actually had). I recommend sticking with your local businesses - much more personable than Walmart!

This place was a joke and waste of my time I went to have 2 tires installed was there like 45 to an hour. For them to come out and then tell me that it was against their policy they couldn't put them on. More details my car has 215/50/17 tires I was putting 2 tires same size just a little wider & shorter tire a 225/45/17. Completely compatible. Had a pair to go on the fron for better traction in slick conditions and better breaking distance. They told me they could not and would not put them on cause it would eat my tires up... lmao that was bold face lie. Matching pair going on the drive tires would wear no different than if a pair of 215s was going the front. They just didnt wanna work and wasted my time till other shops in the area was closed. Funniest part another walmart laughed and talked down on them for straight lying to me and not wanting to do their job. Said other walmart installed the tires the next day no issues with the tires going on.

I had a great experience. Get me in and out really quickly! Changed my tire and explained everything in details. Did not make me buy more expensive things or anything I don t need. Honest about what I am paying for and how everything works!

Waited from 9am - 1pm for 4 tiers paid $476.00. The front drivers side tire wasn't put on correct so 2 days latter towed my vehicle back to wait 10am -2pm, they refused to admit that they put the tire on wrong so an additional $113.00. Slowest most expensive place in town. Big O, & Plaza tires is much better. You can definitely Save your time and money literally everywhere else.

Showed up for service at 8am, auto center closed still. Manager said due to low staff the auto center wouldn't open until 10am. I arrived back at 10am and even with some employees roaming around nobody could write anyone up for service. I stood there waiting for a late employee who was certified to write up service tickets but he apparently was a no show. After waiting 45mins with a bunch of other customers we where told nobody can help and that it would be 12pm before they could do their job. Now its 12pm and no employee knows what their doing and are completely ignoring everyone.Services: Tires, Oil change

While their work is done well, the tire and lube services at this Walmart are consistently slow. My husband and I have used their services three times. In one instance, I took my car here to have my oil changed with only two cars ahead of mine, and it took three hours. This would not be so much of a problem if they quoted the actual wait time more accurately. On this particular night, we were planning on having the oil changed before going to dinner, and and their quoted time (I can't remember exactly how long they said) made us think it would be completed in time for us to keep our dinner plans, but we were extremely late. The next time my husband took his car to have two tires replaced, they quoted an hour, and it took two and half hours. Unless you can afford to wait, I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

I ordered 4 tires from Walmart.com. I made appts to have them put on. My appointment got can cancelled twice because the tires were so late getting there! I finally got the tires put on, the same day we got a flat and they wouldn't fix it or replace it! Always get the extra tire coverage because they suck.

The auto care center did not take care of things to our satisfaction and we will not be using them again. My daughter bought 4 new tires and had issues with them ever since. She took it back and the guy Sean would not fix the problem to our satisfaction. Because of this my daughter or the rest of my family will not use the auto center again.

Dropped my car off today to do a simple tire balance while we picked up a few things. Came back to be informed they wouldn't do it and said I need new tires. All lies. I have since returned my items I bought today as this all was a huge waste of time. Watch out because these car shops will scam you.

Extremely slow. Second time I've used this walmart and was hoping the 2 + hour wait (even though there was only one person was in front of me) was just a mishap the first time I came here. Ive been here for 2+ hours today and not only used up my time for lunch, but am now having to use vacation hours for a tire change. I will be going to a different one from now on.

The morning service people seem to cut corners on full service oil changes. Don't trust that they actually checked everything checked off on list - buy the cheaper oil change and do the rest yourself. They wouldn't rotate my tires, all 4 of which were purchased there, because my vehicle has "rust". Had no problem installing them, however, just a short time ago. Of course it has rust! It's an older van in Missouri. Will not pay for the lifetime balance and rotation on tires here again because they don't want to honor it. Likewise, the full service oil change is sketchy - be safe and check your fluid levels/tires yourself.

I went and got my tires rotated. They were the last ones who changed my tires. After they finished the proceeded to tell me that my sensors for low tire pressure was broken on two tires and told me how much it would cost. Of course I told them they weren't broken before they changed the tires last time and they just didnt care. Didnt try to make it right or anything. I should have known not to go to walmart for any auto needs especially the one on Conley, definitely learned my lesson!

I came for an oil change over my lunch hour (which I have done consistently at Jiffy Lube in the past). It was 12:00, I asked how long it would be for an oil change, and I mentioned that I had a few items to pick up. I was told that my vehicle would be next in line, and wouldn t be long approx 45 mins. I have to be back to work, nearby at 1:30. They filled my paperwork out incorrectly (synthetic) and couldn t proceed with the oil change until it was corrected. It s now 1:00, and I m just now being advised of this. Bonus: a customer cut his finger and the attendant encouraged him, with blood dripping down his arm, to rinse it off in the public water fountain in the automotive waiting area. I am a registered nurse, and this manner of handeling a bleeding wound is not only unacceptable, but potentially a health risk to anyone who is exposed to that water fountain. After his use of the water fountain to clean his wound, he dug a paper towel out the trash can an wipped the visible blood from the fountain. Huge OSHA violation. I arrived to work at 1:50.

I bought 4 new tires and 2 of them were flat in two days. The wait time was long everytime I went and they acted like it was an inconvenience to fix or replace the faulty products they put on. I wouldn't buy tires there again

The automotive technicians in the garage were exceptionally polite, & worked quickly and efficiently. Thank you Corey for helping me purchase the correct headlight. Extremely satisfied!

Considering the type of customers that patronize this location I am impressed that the staff can keep their cool. I ve never had problems with staff or service and will continue to use the tire and lube center.

The staff is nice, but the service at this place is terribly slow. I have been waiting on 4 tires to be put on my vehicle for 3 hours now.. and I'm still waiting.Update: I was there for 4 hours waiting.
