Top Notch ServiceAfter noticing a crack in my windshield, I filed a claim with my insurance. I had the option to get my car serviced at Toalson Glass and jumped at the chance. I prefer to work with local businesses.I received a call from Toalson Glass the same day I filed my claim. Mariana was able to take my VIN # to check the specifications of my windshield/car and get me in the following week. I was given the option to go to the office or do on-site service. I chose to go to the office. They pulled my car in and got right to work. The staff was friendly, and professional, and provided excellent work. They filed everything with my insurance, so I didn't have to do anything but pay my deductible. I would recommend them for all your windshield needs.

James the owner came out and in just a couple hours at our house in the shop had it knocked out. We had an incident broke corner windshield but just an outstanding job very detail oriented would definitely be recommending. Thank you, James.

They came to replace my front windshield on my driveway. Wish I remember his name. I'm satisfied with the work done and the price I paid. Great customer service and professional on site. So far, no issue yet after 5 months. Highly recommended.

To be clear, I did not end up using this company for my windshield replacement. Really wanted to use a local company instead of Safelite through Progressive. Progressive got me on the phone with Toalson and okayed the windshield replacement. Toalson said they would call me back when the windshield came in to schedule. A week went by and I called and left a message to find out what the status was. No callback. A few days later I called again and the person said they would check into it and call me back. No callback. Another few days and I called and they said they hadn't even ordered it because they were waiting for the okay from my insurance. What??? Called my agent for help. Turns out they wanted Toyota parts not after market, although they didn't tell me that. I had to call insurance to ask if they would okay Toyota instead of after market. My policy doesn't allow it unless the after market fails first. The agent said the absolute only difference between the parts is that Toyota is etched in the bottom right. So I went with a different company. Sad to not use local, but I feel that this had been poorly handled and that I had not been given full information. I'm sure the workpersonship is fine.

Don't look any further for a glass place. This is the only shop you need. I don't want to replace my windshield again, but if I ever need to or knew someone needing it done, I would recommend these guys 1000x over again. Unfortunately people and businesses like this are very few far and between now days, but they are absolutely incredible. If you have a windshield that needs replaced and someplace that won't cut corners just to get through the job, this is your place. Thank you guys so much. Your professionalism and care not just for the job but for people will surely sustain you for many more years to come.

I had to cancel my appointment to take my Jeep to Toalson to have a window replaced due to mechanical issues that came up. When I called to reschedule, they offered to come to my home to replace it since I couldn't drive it. I've never done business with Toalson, but definitely will again in the future! A friend referred me . I had a big tractor windshield that was busted. James and his crew made it out to inspect the tractor quickly and scheduled a day for install. They were on time and very professional. I had contacted marks mobile glass before the referral and they never reached back out to me. I know these monster sized windshield are a pain and these guys did not hesitate to lend their services. Greatly appreciated.Service: Auto windshield replacement

James and the crew at Toalson Glass fixed me up quick and for a good price. I had been dealing with a chip that started to crack and I ignored it just long enough for it to crack across the entire windshield. When I finally had enough I called, they were friendly, got me scheduled the next day (since they had to custom order my windshield), and then it only took about an hour after I got there for them to finish the entire job. It was impressive. I m overly satisfied.

Toalson has been outstanding with our vehicle windshield repair process. I have spoken with Marina several times, and she is always so pleasant and helpful. She patiently worked with our insurance company (you know how challenging that can sometimes be). So far, the process has been top notch!

Recently had some work done on our Jeep Commander. I was treated like a queen! Customer service was out of this world. The estimates given for the work were reasonable and much better than what the local dealership laid down for me. The time as well was fast, fast, fast! In and out in very little time. They even washed my vehicle! Every staff member was so very pleasant and accommodating. Ryan, Debra and everyone there are fantastic people. I had what turned out to be a scratch instead of a rock chip, and was the best service by far. They immediately got me in, and I didn t have to wait with the fluctuation in temperatures for an apt in two business days plus the weekend for another local business. After experiencing the superb customer service, quality of work, and timeliness associated with Toalson Glass I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anybody in need of auto glass work. The owner (James) went beyond himself to accommodate me and replace my windshield on VERY short notice, despite already having a busy schedule, so that I could continue on my long road trip the same day. Better yet, he seemed genuinely happy to help me out. This place knows customer service! Prices were also better than others I had called to compare. Can't beat it.

The rear window seal on my '02 GMC Sierra pickup failed after the cab got extremely hot. Toalson Glass did a fantastic job replacing the seal; I have a bed topper and that had to be removed in order to replace the seal. They did the work at a great price, professional for start to finish, and they even reattached the rear view mirror on my windshield for free, which had also fallen off from the heat. I highly recommend Toalson Glass, they are well worth the short drive from Columbia!Services: Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield leak repair

I went to Toalson Glass today because I my back window was leaking on my son's truck. I made my appointment yesterday and was able to get in with no problems today.The owner James and his helper Russ quickly had the truck in the shop and working on it.Everyone was very nice and professional. They completed the job in a quick and clean manner and I couldn't be happier with the work they did.I will always take my glass repair to them and tell everyone I know to use them. Thank you James and Toalson Glass. I really appreciate your work!

My experience with Toalson Glass was an all around good experience. I went in with a shattered rear glass. They gave me a quote and secured my rear window for the night. The next day, James (the owner) got right on it. He and his crew are friendly and straight forward. The customer service is above and beyond, the price is right, and their work is outstanding. I have no problem recommending Toalson Glass to anyone in need of glass work.

I don't think I have ever left a review for a company, but I was so impressed with Toalson's friendliness and responsiveness that I decided to. They were so friendly and came to me the day after I called to fix the chips in my windshield. Their prices are also very reasonable.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner when I had my windsheild replaced at my house, and I don t think I ve met someone who runs and works his buisness with as much respect and integrity before! Toalson Glass does an amazing job, and the cost is lower than others around town. I wanted to watch the process, so we talked for a bit while the windsheild was getting swapped out, and it ended up being an overall great experience. I appreciate the work they did, it was definately worth the time and money.

Excellent work on a small chip in the windshield of my new truck. James (owner) is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and has a true passion for his business and his customers. I highly recommend Toalson for any auto glass work you may need!

I had the windshield on my Jeep Wrangler replaced here and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were very kind and helpful, they worked me into the schedule quickly, and the price was great (better than estimates I got from everywhere else). I would highly recommend Toalson Glass!

If you need a windshield chip replaced this is the place to do it!!! My car had a chip near the bottom of the winshield which needed drilling to be fixed. I called them in the morning ahead of time and brought it to their shop in the afternoon. They gave me a great and accurate price compared to other places in town. They told me it would take 20 minutes to do and 20 minutes later out comes a perfect windshield. They did such a perfect job that (if it wasn't for my fingerprint I left on the inside of my own winshield) it would have been pretty difficult to find where the original chip was.

Professional and friendly service by the lady who took my order over the phone as well as by the installer who came to our home. Quickly replaced the windshield on our Dodge Durango. Comparable prices to the competition but service was top notch.

The people at Toalson glass were very nice and courteous. I felt they valued me as a customer. They were prompt getting my wind shield fixed and I was in out in a short amount of time. I was recommended by Dents unlimited for this place, setting up appointment was easy and they worked around by schedule. Had to fix my car's windshield. I think price was fair and was done professionally and under the estimated time.

I have had a good experience with this company when I had a crack in my windshield. I called and my glass was repaired the next day. James Bonuchi took care of my windshield and did an exceptional job. Highly recommend.

I take all my glass work to James at Toalson. They've done a great job getting me in on short notice. I own a body shop and often need service fast and sometimes without notice.
