We go here for tires, because flat repair is free for members and they sell the tires we need for a better price than other shops. Service staff isn't rude like at Big O and the wait isn't nearly as long.

I'm so positive with my experience last week. I was looking for tires and Jarel helped me with that. He is so knowledgeable, patient, friendly and fun. I was kind of skeptical on what size and brand fits my vehicle better. He spent at least 10 minutes explaining everything. I would definitely go there again.

Made an appointment to get my tires changed, I waited for more than 2 hours and the managers explanation was that they auto techs were dicking around . Would not recommend to anyone.

I purchased a set of tires. Went in and had them rotated as scheduled and the car pulled to the left really hard. I took it back to have them check the tires in Columbia and after 1 1/2 hours still not close to looking at the tires. Every visit seems to exceed a 2 hour wait. It wouldn t be bad if you didn t have to stay and wait. But a lot of wasted time in a 2 week period.

Overall a horrible experience. Jarel is great, but they have a worker named Adam that is extremely rude and disrespectful!He initially claimed that my tire with sidewall damage needed to be replaced but they were too busy to get it done. Brought it back at a later date and then the same guy (Adam) said that it's just superficial and they wont replace it.4 hours of my life wasted!!!

He seemed surprised women can legally drive...The associate who answered the phone in the tire area was shocked that I knew my tire size, he said "wow, look at you!"I ignored that condescension and moved on, asking him questions about the service and warranty of tires purchased at Sams Club. I specifically asked about sidewall coverage and nail punctures and his response was to laugh and say "of course, you women tend to hit curbs all the time."Nothing about the organization made me think it would be progressive so I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised, but this associate's attitude made my decision easy, I took my business elsewhere. I'm not interested in being condescended and paying for it.

Jarel was exceptionally helpful! Took the time to explain everything thoroughly and looked around for best deal on rebates and pricing for me.They are constantly short staffed but that's not the fault of the workers. Be patient and plan around it.

Can walk-in and buy tires but getting the free follow up balance and rotate takes an appointment several days in advance.

Told me the work would take 60-90 minutes, tops. Waited for almost four hours, causing me to miss an important meeting. If I had known they would take over twice as long as quoted I would ve come back at a different time.

Very rude and racist behind the service counter. Helped many white patrons while ignoring me and my black friend while looking and snickering. This is the type of behaviour that they should be ashamed of. I would never go here again and I hope those people working get a clue. Ignorant people like this should not be able to represent Sam's Club like this.

The most unfriendly mam at Sam's club auto and tires center. He has issues, seems like he hates working here. I wish if the management responds to this review so I can tell them how rude that man was!

I am trying to get an appointment for tire rotation from last 6 months, they are always busy and won't give an appointment. I would prefer to go to a dealership or tire shop.
