I highly recommend Rob's Auto Works for several reasons. Rob consistently communicated with me the whole time my vehicle was in his shop. I had an extremely difficult insurance company to work with and Rob handled them as well. While my vehicle ended up being a total loss, the work completed looked top notch. There were no indications on the body that the vehicle had ever been involved in a major collision. If excellent quality of work and customer service are important to you, look no further than Rob's Auto Works.

I am extremely pleased with Rob's Auto Works. I took my 2017 Chevy SS in for them to paint and install for me some custom side skirts for my car that came all the way from Australia where my car was manufactured. His crew took the time to work with me to ensure we matched the color up accurately and fit me into their busy schedule. The entire process was extremely efficient and professional and Rob kept me updated during the entire process. I am VERY particular about my car and I entrusted it into their hands and I could not be happier.Service: Body & Trim

I 100% recommend Rob s Auto Works! Rob made getting my car fixed easy! He helped get in contact with the adjuster of my insurance and made a seamless communication between all of us. I even was able to get a rental through Rob s Auto Works while I waited on my car to be repaired. Rob kept me updated with my car and made sure I okay with the process. My car was finished in a timely manner as well. When my car was ready, he even brought my car to me, nice and clean as if the car accident never even happened!!! Amazing experience all the way through. From the first contact with Rob on if they had an opening to paint my vehicle till the day he let me know it was done! Rob and his team were able to meet my unnecessarily urgent time schedule to get my vehicle painted and painted it the day he said they would from the first contact. Steven (Steve-O) did an amazing job on the paint and it turned out better than I imagined. Highly talented team that can provide any finish you desire. What a great experienced I had at Rob's Auto Works-Collision & Performance. The owner Rob and his crew was very professional and knowledgeable concerning my needs. He even had some great ideas about interchangeable parts for my C8. So, if you need automobile repair/work or just some mounting & balancing of tires, give them a call/try. 10/10 I would highly recommend! I had someone side swipe my car & I needed to secure an estimate for my claim. Not only did Rob accommodate my schedule to ensure this was handled before a holiday he even made sure I knew what to expect from the entire process. As a woman who is not too familiar w accidents or cars I found this to be very helpful. Rob s Auto Works is not only efficient with your time they are thoughtful of their customers individual needs. If you re looking for a small local business with a BIG HEART you ve found the right place.

Such a great experience with Rob! He was so helpful while I was trying to figure out the insurance process to fix some bad hail damage. The bill ended up being so much more than the initial estimate done at a different shop and he was great with contacting my insurance so I didn t have to worry about anything.He kept me updated and let me know my vehicle was ready even though it was close to his closing time that day. That helped me be able to avoid another rental car charge by waiting until the next day to pick up.Thanks so much for everything! I will absolutely recommend Rob to everyone.

Hail damage repairs. Exceeded my expectations compared to other local service providers. Easy & great to work with. Quick, convenient, and flexible scheduling. Handled ins issues so I didn't have to. Finished tasks as planned. Attention to details. High quality work. Even helpful with offering reliable referrals for other needed work/services outside this project. Would now never go anywhere else for needed body work. Will HIGHLY recommend to anyone who asks. Thanks to Rob & his team! My car looks like new again.

Rob and his team did a great job on my truck. It had extensive hail damage from the recent storm. He got me in quickly, worked with my insurance, kept me updated on the process, and delivered a truck that looks better than when we bought it. Highly recommend!!

I was referred to Rob as I had a lot of hail damage. Rob walked me through the whole process of what he recommended and what he would do. He got me in the next day and he even helped set up the car rental for me. I m 100% satisfied with the work he did. I was rear ended two weeks after buying my car and decided to go with Rob s.Great customer service and excellent communication throughout the process. Called for my rental pick up when I dropped off my car. Worked with insurance when it was discovered additional repairs beyond the estimate were necessary and let me know so that I could extend the rental. Rob is very personable and easy to talk with. His shop did an outstanding job on my 2022 GMC Terrain. He went above and beyond working with my insurance company. When I picked up my vehicle he said look it over and if I wasn't satisfied to bring it back and we'll make it right. I had a little gap on the right side mirror, told him about it and he fixed it the next day I was available. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing body work for you vehicle. Great guy! I just had the best experience at Rob's Auto Works this week. My car, born in 2001, needed some cosmetic work because the black paint had become very dull on the hood and roof of the car. Rob stopped by to help my neighbor with his car last week and while here I asked about painting my car. He said sure he could re-paint my car and gave me a time to stop by his shop to schedule a paint job. Wow! Within a week I had a brand new-looking car. Great service! My front bumper was filled with rock chips and had a giant patch of paint missing. I had Rob and his team repair it. I dropped off Monday and picked up Wednesday which is much faster than similar shops were quoting me. For the work that they did the price is fair. I ll pay more for a higher quality job any day. I took my mom's car in to Robs Body Shop due to body repair. Rob was friendly and worked with our insurance company on the matter. He communicated as needed in this process. He insured us that we had a rental car that he took care of with our insurance company until the body work was completed.The quality was as expected by the shop was incredible and also professional. I had the best experience when I took my SUV to Robs Auto Works for maintenance and touch up after some normal wear and tear. It was nice to know they do a fantastic job on the smaller things as well as the bigger collision needs and take the needs of their clients equally important no matter how small or how big.The staff was more than friendly, responsive and attentive and Robert, the owner, went above and beyond to be sure my needs were met and everything was done to my satisfaction and on time so I was back on the road in my needed timeline.Their waiting area is clean, comfortable and really a great environment for ladies to feel safe while they hang out and wait for their cars as well. Our car had a good sized door ding and what I thought was a small rust spot on our SUV. I asked on Facebook where I should go and many people recommend Dents Unlimited. I found out they were no longer in business, but I discovered their top employee started his own buisness Rob's Auto Works. Rob was very busy, but very friendly. He took the time to look over our car and give us his honest opinion. He worked us in. Took out the dent and all of the rust (Which was worse then it looked). He fabricated and fitted and matched our paint in less than a week. He even hooked us up with a rental car while he had our car. Way to go Rob this is how you build a successful buisness. Rob has a fast estimate system. He called me the same day to explain what needed to be done for the repairs. He had options for scheduling since my car was drivable and it was right before the holidays. There is a texting service that keeps you up to date plus he called me to let me know my car was done.
