Let me just tell you Heather Crawford is Amazing. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I was so nervous. I've cried left and came back. She was so patient with me and so kind that it made me feel better with her helping me and with me also calling a turn of family memebers about my new car because I just kept going back and forth. Anxiety is not a joke. Anyways Reagal is the place to be and Heather is the Girl. She is Phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!

Heather is awesome and if I was just rating it on her and Miles I would give 5 stars. The issue is I had the car less than week and it had to go into their shop and get the Turbo replaced. It ran great for 1.5 days and then was back to cutting out, sputtering, dying. I immediately called Regal and was told I would have to wait over a month and a half to get the car back in. I have to work a fact Regal does not seem to be fazed by. The fact that I dont have a spare car just sitting around while my "NEW" to me car that I pay $240 every 2 weeks for is breaking down. I have barely had this car a little over a month and I have been dealing with these issues until they can "squeeze me in" on 11/6/23. The reason? They only have 2 mechanics who so busy with other broke down customer cars that they just cannot get me any sooner. So, today I had to sit for an hour in a parking lot because my car was spewing oil everywhere. I had to spend over $100 for repairs because Regal is just too busy to care. I would not recommend strictly for this reason. It is so frustrating to spend this much and have to spend all the money I need to spend on Taxes on this car on limping it through until Regals shop can get it in. I will add pictures but a little too mad to do it right now. I bought what I thought was a reliable car to get to work and now I am in danger of getting in trouble for expired temp tags but this car is nickel and diming me to death while I wait not so patiently to be "squeezed" in. What does it tell you when their mechanics are that busy, they only work on CUSTOMER CARS. Super mad.

I may of not got a car from here but my friends did and they were so polite here and very patient basically service with a smile. So in the near future if I did want a vehicle I would come to Regal car's sales in Columbia Mo
