This shop found a serious issue with my Ford Escape, found it in time before I lost my engine; they worked with my warranty company immediately to get the repair covered as well as the shop gave me a loaner vehicle during the repair. The service manager assigned to my suv was friendly and professional, he did an excellent job for me.

I was told that all the appointments are booked up for the foreseeable future and walk-ins are hit or miss if they can get to your vehicle within a several hours. Finally got the truck in for the OIL CHANGE and the service tech left a shop rag in the engine compartment and didn t put all the clips back into the plastic shroud under the oil pan. Absolutely dissatisfied. I expected better from a dealer service center of this size.Service: Oil change

Went for routine 60,000 service. Arrived at 6:30 AM (they opened at 7 AM) and was second in line. Got in quickly. The service was excellent. Matt Walsh was my advisor and did a great job. Would recommend.

This is the last time I will be using this supposed quicklane. I have been sitting here going on 2.5 hours for an oil change. The kid working on my truck has been working on my oil change for 2 hours now. I let them know I am waiting but that apparently does not seem to render with them. I have watched this kid go and work on other peoples vehicles and talk around off and on when my vehicle is still on the lift. All of this waste of time for an oil change. Never again. There is nothing quick about this quick lane. Don t waste your time. Dobbs down the road gets you in and out in less than a half hour for a simple oil change. And they are also very nice and accommodating.Service: Oil change

Was told 1.5 hrs. Ended up being 2.5 hrs for a simple oil change. They should consider taking quick out of their name. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

My son who is a student at MU, had an appointment today at 11:00 at Machen's Quick Lane. He panned this time around his schedule as does anyone who makes appointments during the day. He was there until 3:00, nearly 4 HOURS. He notified the service dept. that he was having to wait for the car when he turned the keys over to them. That did not seem to matter. He had an oil change and tire rotation=45 minutes; wheel alignment=30 minutes maybe; and an alignment=30 minutes maybe these times were per the service man we spoke with. I can see having to spend maybe 2 hours waiting, but 4 hours is ridiculous. My son feels like the customer service guys that work the counter always try to get him to get something expensive fixed every time he goes here. He is a student for crying out loud. He also has parents who will tell him when he's being scammed. No THANKS!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Several years ago Quick Lane was great, but unfortunately service has gone downhill since then. The past three times I've brought my car in for an oil change, they call me an hour later saying that they've broken a part that needs immediate replacement, adding $400 to my bill. A broken radiator hose and two broken wheel studs, 3 for 3.Services: Tires, Oil change

Great experience. I called to see how long the wait was. It was a reasonable amount of time. When I arrived I was told the same thing. I chose to wait in the waiting area. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while I waited. My car was completed when expected. No hidden expenses. My car is running great. I appreciated the thorough assessment and report that was emailed to me. I will definitely be back for the next needed service.

Recently I came in for service and I gave the business a bad review but not the employees. This review would be either considered as a update. Same day I completed a review I received a phone call from a young lady from Joe machens Ford dealership and we had a pleasant conversation. This woman made me feel very comfortable and she tried her best to resolve the issue. And I reassured her, that my review had nothing to do with the employees or how the business is ran. This is more to something outside of their control. So, I decided to revise my review. Based on the conversation I had with her as well as the fact I've never had a problem at this business not once since I've been coming here. I've always had a pleasant experience, timely experience and all my questions were answered. So I give these guys a top rating of a A+. I highly recommend them and they will take care of you.

Service was okay, been loyal customer for a while. Asked for an oil change and to have my tires aired up to ~50 psi. Made them aware that the metal valve stim covers may be difficult to remove, and that if they had issues to contact me. Went to pick it up, i asked the customer service rep if they happened to get the tires aired up. They told me the technician said that they did and had no issues getting the valve stim covers off. Went to start my truck and my tires were the same psi when I dropped them off (37psi). Checked to see if they attempted to get the valve stim covers off, they were still stuck.Could just be a minor breakdown in communication or worse, idk . Prolly going to be double checking the oil after the next oil change.Services: Tires, Oil change

Been there twice and both times the oil change took 3 hours. Today they charged us for the guy behind us, had no clue how to refund, then made us pay for our oil change too!!!

I arrived at 7:00 am, about 10 cars ahead of me. After waiting 20 minutes I was told it would be a couple hours for an oil change: only had 4 workers. You may want to think about a name change. Nothing quick about your services! I will not return.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Just arrived here from out of state and our Escape wouldn't start - everything was dead. Got a jump and went to an O'Reillys and their tester said battery was ok. An auto service center couldn't help us for 2 days?! So called Machens Ford and they sent me to their Quick Lane and they said bring it in today! They put their equipment on it and the battery was defective. Didn't even charge me any diagnostics or labor. So thankful we went here.

I stopped in this morning in the middle of a downpour with windshield wipers flopping off the frame in my new-to-me vehicle. The service agent was simply remarkable, helping me above and beyond good customer service. The technician came out to the vehicle and fixed my wipers right away. I use Quick Lane regularly for oil changes, but this was just such exemplary service in a pinch, I was very grateful.

Twice now, I have come here and gotten poor service. The first time, a simple oil change where I sat for 3 hours after my car had been done I asked multiple times about it and was only told they didn t have any updates for me. This time, I get my oil changed and pull out of Joe Machens parking lot to a clicking coming from the rear. I went right back because of a screw that was in my tire and get to pay for an all new tire.Service: Oil change

My wife took her 2008 Volkswagen in for a oil change and balance and rotate, they Said we had a separated tire, said they would get tires, they would not call and when you called them they would say I was just about to call you, first they put on too small a tires, then it took forever to get right tires in, it took 8 days to put tires on and in process broke 3 the senors said that they would fix and get them working, well 2 weeks later and the new tire pressure sensors are still not working, they have continuously lied to us and won't call back, a woman name Jessica called and told me she wanted to make it right, she said if I gave them a 5 star rating she would try to expedite our car and give us 50 credit on repairs, she lied. The only reason I am giving the a one star rating is because they don't have negative stars or I would have given them a minus100 stars for the most miserable repair shop I have ever seen, I would stay clear of any business with any Joe Machens shop!Services: Tires, Oil change

The first two times I went here it was a pretty decent experience. My main issue with this place is that the service is incredibly slow. Even if you make an appointment, you ll be waiting 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Also they do the mechanic thing where they try to upsell you but won t tell you why. It s annoying but I guess to be expected?Services: Tires, Oil change

Complexity new staff since my last visit 3 months ago. The new cashier has zero customer service experience and is more focused on playing on her phone and doesn t pay attention to customers wanting to pay. They take 20-30 minutes to finalize your ticket from when they pull your vehicle out of the shop. Nobody cake in and went over my vehicle report card. What happened?

Asked for every filter to be changed and tire rotation. All I got was a 2.5 hour wait to find out they just changed the oil and rotated the tires. It seems like they had only kids working there and it shows. When I asked about all my other filters they went and had to ask the tech and he said no and they said they'd take it back again and I had left work to get this done and I didn't have another 2 hours to spare for this. I travel for a living and see several Quick Lane service centers a year. This one is by no means Quick. By far the worst one I've ever used.

I have been waiting 3 hours for an oil change. They advised it would be an hour 1/2 wait. I called after 2 1/2 hours and was advised they were taking my car in then. Coincidence? This is the slowest Quick Lane anywhere!!!
